Visual perceptual learning refers to the special improvement of perceptual performance benefit from repetitive training with a visual task.A typical time course of visual perceptual learning presents an initial rapid improvement,and then gradually processes like an asymptote in gain.During the process of perceptual learning,the influence of critical amount and perceptual learning rules on learning effect,memory consolidation and interference,and the role of sleep on preventing interference and promoting consolidation in perceptual learning,all get involved.This article reviewed the aforesaid content and then elaborated some strategies in application of visual perceptual learning in the treatment of amblyopia.

AIM: To explore the clinical effects of high frequency electrical capsulotomy in maturation period cataract surgery.
●METHODS: A total of 68 cases of maturation period cataract were selected and underwent the surgery of continuous circular capsulorhexis using the high frequency electrical capsulotomy.
●RESULTS: The success rate was 91% in 68 cases with the high frequency electrical capsulotomy.
● CONCLUSION: The high frequency electrical capsulotomy in maturation period cataract surgery has significant advantages and brilliant clinical values.

The changes of some parameters of Gray type Ⅰ synaptic interface in the brain of mice treated with desglycinamide-arginine-8-vasopressin (DGAVP) have been analysed quantitatively two hours after DGAVP injection. The animals were killed and the hippocampus and sensori-motor area of cerebral cortex were prepared for electron microscopy. Objective To discuss the informatization of multi hospitals. Methods Considering about the current situation of in‐formation construction to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, a set of solution was put forward based on the all in one card together with the two level information platform. Results Initial trials proved the feasibility of the solution. Con‐clusion The informatization of the multi hospitals contributes a lot to the source sharing between the regional hospitals, the im‐provement of hospital management and a better medical service.

Objective To analyze CT manifestations of inguinal canal lipomas (ICLS).Methods CT datas of 104 pa tients with ICLS was retrospectively analyzed.And the imaging features were observed by MPR.Results The main CT manifestations of the ICLS were fat density in the inguinal canal and were unconnected with the abdominal fat.Among the 104 ICLSpatients,male (90/104,86.54％) was more than famale(14/104,13.46％;x2=55.538,P＜0.001).Thele sions were located at bilateral sides in 8 cases,left side in 66 cases and right side in 30 cases.The lesions in left side were more than those in right side (x2 13.500,P＜0.001).The mean maximum cross-sectional area of ICLS was (3.89 ± 2.12)cm2.There was no statistically significant difference between male and famale in maximum cross-sectional area (t=1.038,P=0.302).Conclusion In ICLS patients,male is more than famale.And more lesions are located at the left side.The CT manifestations of ICLS have certain characteristics,and MPR images are helpful in diagnosing ICLS.
