Objective To assess the association of tag single nucleotide polymorphisms ( tag SNPs) of SH2B adap-tor protein 3 ( SH2 B3 ) gene with essential hypertension ( EH ) in Han population .Methods Six tag SNPs ( rs7309325 , rs11065898 , rs10849947 , rs2239196 , rs2238154 and rs739496 ) were genotyped in 510 patients with EH and 510 healthy controls using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method ( PCR-RFLP) .Results Compared to CC genotype , the T allele carriers of rs2239196 were more likely to be hy-pertensive ( OR=2.59 ,95%CI 1.36-4.96 ,Bonferroni correction P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The rs2239196 T al-lele is potential a risk factor of EH in Han population .

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The changes of some parameters of Gray type Ⅰ synaptic interface in the brain of mice treated with desglycinamide-arginine-8-vasopressin (DGAVP) have been analysed quantitatively two hours after DGAVP injection. The animals were killed and the hippocampus and sensori-motor area of cerebral cortex were prepared for electron microscopy. The electron microphotographs were analysed by IBM-PC computer image processing system. The main results of the experiment are as follows:1. The thickness of postsynaptic density apparently increased in both the sensori-motor area of cerebral cortex and CA_3 area of hippocampus after injection of DGAVP (P

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2017;33(7):1007-1009
Objective To analyze CT manifestations of inguinal canal lipomas (ICLS).Methods CT datas of 104 pa tients with ICLS was retrospectively analyzed. And the imaging features were observed by MPR.Results The main CT manifestations of the ICLS were fat density in the inguinal canal and were unconnected with the abdominal fat.Among the 104 ICLSpatients, male (90/104,86.54%) was more than famale(14/104,13.46%;x2=55.538,P<0.001).Thele sions were located at bilateral sides in 8 cases, left side in 66 cases and right side in 30 cases. The lesions in left side were more than those in right side (x2 13.500,P<0.001).The mean maximum cross-sectional area of ICLS was (3.89 ± 2.12)cm2.There was no statistically significant difference between male and famale in maximum cross-sectional area (t=1.038,P=0.302).Conclusion In ICLS patients, male is more than famale. And more lesions are located at the left side. The CT manifestations of ICLS have certain characteristics, and MPR images are helpful in diagnosing ICLS.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2000;0(06):-
Objective To obtain recombinant human Smith D1 (Sm D1) antigen and establish detecting assay. Methods Human Smith D1 antigen was synthesized by PCR using human Leukemic cDNA. The prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-ST-Sm D1 was constructed and transformed into E.coli.BL21 cell.Protein expressed under the induction of IPTG.We established DIGFA for detecting anti-Sm D1 antibodies with purified Sm D1 antigens. Results Sequence and restriction analysis revealed Sm D1 gene was cloned in frame into pGEX-5T,SDS-PAGE profile showed a clear protein band with a relative molecular weight of 39 000 and western blotting indicated that the expressed product specifically reacted to polyclonal anti-human Sm D1 genes. There was no significant difference between DIGFA and IB.The agreement between DIGFA and IB was 91.7% as calculated by Kappa statistical method. The sensitivity and specificity of DIGFA were 100% and 83.3% repectively. Conclusions Human Sm D1 gene is successfully cloned、 expressed and purification. The DIGFA,using purified Sm D1 antigens,is as good as IB,rather simpler, more rapid and reliable assay.

Objective To discuss the informatization of multi hospitals. Methods Considering about the current situation of in‐formation construction to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, a set of solution was put forward based on the all in one card together with the two level information platform. Results Initial trials proved the feasibility of the solution. Con‐clusion The informatization of the multi hospitals contributes a lot to the source sharing between the regional hospitals, the im‐provement of hospital management and a better medical service.
