Objective To discusses the effect of different nursing methods on anastomotic healing after low colorectal surgery. Methods 60 patient with colorectal cancer undergoing low anastomosis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The experimental group adopted modified nursing care, while the control group received routine nursing care. The defecation times and incidence of complications were observed between the two groups. Results The defecation frequency of the experimental group was less than the control group, and the incidence of rectal stimulation sign, anastomotic fistula and obstruction was less in the experimental group. Conclusions Modifed nursing methods have certain effects on preventing postoperative complications of low colorectal anastomosis.

Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of diabetes mellitus and to provide effective prevention and intervention methods in rural area in Kunming. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 3 440 permanent residents aged 20~74 years in kunming rural districts. Results The general prevalence rate of diabetes was 4.01% and the standardized rate was 2.90%.The standardized prevalent rate for male(3.55%) was higher than that for female(2.61%),and the prevalence rates varied among different groups of rural inhabitants. Conclusion It is necessary to take effective methods to prevent and control diabetes in rural area.

The aim of this study was to design a simple, economic, with high Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR), preamplifier and multi-channel masticatory muscle surface electromyography (sEMG) signal acquisition system assisting to diagnose temporomandibular disorders (TMD). We used the USB interface technology in the EMG data with the aid of the windows to operate system and graphical interface. Eight patients with TMD and eight controls were analyzed separately using this system. In this system, we analyzed sEMG by an optional combination of time domain, frequency domain, time-frequency, several spectral analysis, wavelets and other special algorithms under multi-parameter. Multi-channel sEMG System of Masticatory Muscles is a simple, economic system. It has high sensitivity and specificity. The sEMG signals were changed in patients with TMD. The system would pave the way for diagnosis TMD and help us to assess the treatment effect. A novel and objective method is provided for diagnosis and treatment of oral-maxillofacial disease and functional reconstruction.

Objective To induce bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) differentiated into hepatocyte-like cells with rebirth liver tissue lixivium of mouse in vitro. Methods Mouse BMSCs were isolated and directionally induced with rebirth liver tissue lixivium of mouse 36 h after partial hepatectomy (PH). The morphology of cells was observed under an invert microscope, and the characteristics of differentiated cells was identified by immunofluorescence test. Results 7 days after induced by liver lixivium, the spindle shaped BMSCs became round and resembled hepatocyte-like cells. 1~2 weeks later, the differentiated cells expressed albumin, CK8 and CK18, which were known as characteristic markers of the hepatocyte. Conclusion BMSCs of mouse can be differentiated into hepatocyte-like cells under induction of liver tissue lixivium of mouse.

Objective To investigate the effect of different delivery modes and related obstetric factors on the short-term function of the pelvic floor. Methods One hundred and twenty healthy primiparae women were interviewed at 6-8 weeks postpartum, with 72 women in the vaginal delivery group and 48 women in the elective cesarean section group.Questionnaire on stress urinary incontinence and measurement of diastolic and contractive function of the pelvic floor muscles by electromyogram(EMG)were used for the evaluation and comparison. Results The prevalence of stress urinary incontinence in the vaginal delivery group and the elective cesarean section group was 21% and 10%(P=0.134),respectively.The values of the right act, right work, and average work surveyed by EMG in vaginal delivery group were significantly lower than those in cesarean section group(right act,12.9?0.8 vs 17.3?1.7,P

Objective To construct an eukaryotic expression vector with human adipose most abundant gene transcript 1 (APM1) gene, and to investigate the transfection and expression of pCDEF-APM1 eukaryotic expression plasmid in HEK293 cells. Methods pCDEF-APM1 eukaryotic expression plasmid was constructed by DNA recombinant method.Expression vector pCDEF-APM1 was transfected into HEK293 cells with Effectene reagent. The level of human adiponectin protein in the supernatant of cell culture media was detected with double antibody sandwich ELISA.Results The sequence of DNA fragment from constructed pCDEF-APM1 plasmid was identical to that published in GenBank. There was raised human adiponectin protein level in culture supernatant of HEK293 cells tnmsfected with pCDEF-APM1.Conclusion The pCDEF-APM1,an eukaryotic expression plasmid for APM1 gene is successfully constructed.High protein expression of adiponectin can be obtained in HEK293 cells transfected with pCDEF-APM1 eukaryotic expression plasmid.

Aim & methods The antagonism of L-dicentrine to contraction of isolated porcine coronary artery strips induced by 5-HT KCl and Ca2+ was observed with U-135 electrophsiological recorder. Results The contractions induced by 5-HT KCl and Ca2+ after high K+ depolarization in the strips of porcine coronary artery were markediy inhibited by L-dicentrine.L-dicentrine significantly depressed maximal response and caused rightward displacement of the dose -response curve. Showing a non-competitive antagonism. In Ca2+ free solution,L-dicentrine inhibited 5-HT-induced contraction of porcine coronary artery, which is dependent on Ca2+ relesed from intracellular store. After Ca2+ concentration in bath solution was restored,L-dicentrine did not influence the contraction of porcine coronary artery depending on extracellular Ca2+.Conclusion L-D have significant relaxation on porcine coronary artery ,which possibly has 5-HT receptor and histamine receptor.
