Objective To investigate the effect and safety of urinary kallidinogenase on acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and sixty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group with urinary kallidinogenase(86 cases)and control group (78 cases).According to Chinese guidelines for prevention and management cerebrovascular disease, two groups were treated with basic therapy, such as antiplatelet, neurologic protection, blood pressure control, and so on.On basis of control group, treatment group Was administrated intravenous injection of urinary kallidinogenase 0.15 PNA U per day for 10 days. The primary efficacy Was evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and Barthel index. Results The score of NIHSS and Barthel index at 15 days after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group[(6.67±3.02)scores vs(7.42±3.02)scores;75.36±23.56 vs 68.36±22.36,P<0.05].Urinary kallidinogenase could significantly reduce neurological deficits in big artherosclerosis type by TOAST typing. Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase may be effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

Objective To explore the function of chemotherapy and embolization of uterine artery in treating cervical gestation. Methods 11 cases with cervical gestation were emergently undergone intubation in bilateral uterine arteriae, then the perfusion of Methotrexate was performed through the catheters, after that, the embolization of bilateral uterine arteriae was carried out with grains of gelatin sponge. The uterine aspiration or curettage was carried out under B-ultrasound guided within a week. Results Chemotherapy and embolization of uterine artery were successfully executed in all cases.Within a week, the uterine aspiration or curettage was done smoothly with little hemorrhage in the process of the operation. Conclusion Chemotherapy and embolization of uterine artery provides the secure guarantee for the conservative treatment of patients with cervical gestation, and it's a kind of safe effective therapy.

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for ischemic stroke and its effect on ET-1 levels in IS cases.Method:The 63 cases were randomized into a treatment group (31 cases),receiving acupuncture and routine method, and control group (32 cases),receiving routine method alone.Seven days constitute a course of treatment,a 2-day interval between two courses. The clinical efficacy and ET-1 level in two groups were compared after four weeks.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 96.8% and 75% respectively, with a statistical significance (P<0.05);the ET-1 level in blood plasma also with a statistical significance after the treatment (P<0.05);the pre-treatment and post-treatment ET-1 level in the treatment group showed a statistical significance (P<0.01),whereas the control group didn't.Conclusion:Acupuncture is effective for ischemic stroke and can lower the ET-1 level in ischemic stroke cases.

Traditional Chinese medicine market is a typical market with information asymmetry, which may lead to "lemons" problem. Third-Party Certification is efficient path to solve the problem of information asymmetry. For this reason geo-authentic and commodity classes certification seems to be very important. But as we know, information asymmetry happen in the stages of traditional Chinese patent medicines market. So a signaling transfer mechanism, which can deliver the quality signal, is badly needed in TCM market. This paper analysis and design of signaling transfer mechanism based on Third-Party Certification, which called quality prestige index of TCM enterprises (QPITCM). QPITCM can display quality information as a signal run through the TCM market.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of endemic fluorosis in Guide county of Qinghai province, in order to provide appropriate measures to monitor and control the disease. Methods Damo, Wenquan, Baoning villages(water source has been changed) and Taiping village(water source has not been changed) in Guide county were involved in the study in 2008. One tap water sample was collected in dry and rainy seasons, respectively. Water fluoride was tested in accordance with the "Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water" (GB/T 5750.5-2006); of all the children aged 8 to 12, dental fluorosis was diagnosed using Dean criteria; 6 copies of urine samples were collected in each age group, urinary fluoride was measured using fluoride ion-selective electrode (WS/T 89-1996). According to the "Clinical Diagnostic Criteria of Endemic Skeletal Fluorosis "(WS 192-2008), clinical skeletal fluorosis was determined in adults over the age of 16 by X-ray examination for 10 people in each selected village. Results The mean water fluoride was 0.58,0.38,2.28,0.37 mg/L in Damo, Wenquan, Taiping, and Baoning villages, respectively, and that of Taiping village exceeded the national standard(1.0 mg/L). One hundred and ninety-three children aged 8-12 were checked, the detection rate of dental fluorosis was 49.74% (96/193); urine samples of 116 children were tested, median urinary fluoride was 1.49 mg/L A total of 1503 adults over the age of 16 were examined, the clinical detection of skeletal fluorosis was 51.63%(776/1503); a total of 82 people were X-rayed, X-ray detection of skeletal fluorosis was 20.73%(17/82). The characteristic of X-rays were degeneration and ossification of interosseous membrane. Conclusions Prevalence of dental fluorosis of children and adult clinical skeletal fluorosis are higher. The endemic fluorosis is still comparatively serious. Prevention efforts need to be further strengthened.

To investigate the suitable site environment for Atractylodes lancea, field trials in different niches was carried out, and the seedling growth, biomass and volatile oil components in different microhabitas was studied. The study found that the survival rate, plant height, volatile oil content of those which growing under the bamboo were significantly higher than those exposed in the open field. The survival rate understory was (76 ± 15.1) %, plant height understory was (77 ± 14. 8) cm and the summation of the four kinds of volatile oil content understory reached up to 4.09%; The same evaluation values of these indicators of the four faces in the open field respectively: survival rate is 30%, plant height was (77 ± 14.8) cm and the summation of the four kinds of volatile oil content was 2.24%. But, the yield of the understory (41 ± 22.3) g was significantly lower than those four faces in the open field (104.5 g) on the contrary. For the four open field towards, the yield of the east facing, which organic matter and other nutritional conditions were better than others, was significantly higher than those in the other facings. A. lancea was found to be an anti-poor and shading-like or growing in east facing slope herb through the correlation analysis of light, temperature, soil and leaf nutrients with seedling growth, biomass and volatile oil components. It also reminds us that the understory herb with high survival rate, low incidence, low management costs, and high medicinal ingredients, although it's production is not so high, but it can be improved by increased organic fertilizer. So the ecological planting patterns which can intercropping herbs with the forest was proposed.
