1.Study on Formulation Process of Tangkening Granule
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(06):-
[Objective]To ascertain the best formulation process of Tangkening Granule. [Method]By determinating hygroscopicity, granulation and dissolubility, the appropriate recipient and its formula are selected. [Results]The best excipient is 1∶0.5. The made granules have low hygroscopicity and high granulation and high dissolubility. And its critical relative humidity is 70%. [Conclusion]The experimental results provide the basis of the ascertainment of formulation process and the control of product inviroment of Tangkening Granule.
2.Survey of Health Knowledge Needs of Patients with Sequela of Stroke and Receiving Infusion Treatment in Community
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(12):1170-1171
Objective To understand the health knowledge needs of the patients with sequela of stroke and receiving infusion treatment in community service center.MethodsAn investigation on health-related needs of 300 infusion patients with sequela of stroke at Nanning Nanmian Beihu Community Health Center was performed with self-designed questionnaire.ResultsMore than 80% of patients wanted to know following knowledges: the cause of stroke and disease, treatment and more, and the name of the drug treatment, infusion of attention, and other matters.More than 80% of patients hoped to receive health education. The difference of the needs of patients with different profession for the health education was significant(P<0.01).ConclusionThe patients with sequela of stroke would like to know the disease-related knowledge, scientific guidance to health and health care in outpatient infusion clinics during treatment should be based on the needs of patients,to carry out the relevant health education.
3.Evaluation of teaching effects of evidence-based medicine in graduate students
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2008;0(S1):-
Objective To assess the courses of evidence-based medicine among graduate students. Methods A sample of 118 graduate students who took the course were surveyed twice by using the same self-designed questionnaire at the beginning and the end of the course.Pre-post comparison was conducted to measure the impact. Results The students were able to grasp the most of the contents of the course, and reshaped their opinions on evidence-based medicine, with which,a positive impact on their medical practice was expected. Conclusion The course of evidence-based medicine for graduate students has resulted in a positive consequence.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene transfer on intrahepatic vascular resistance (IHVR) and portal venous pressure (PVP) in cirrhotic rats. Methods (1) 5 days after eNOS gene transfer, the in situ liver perfusion system (ISLP) was prepared and in different groups of controls and eNOS treated rats, the followings were analyzed: portal perfusion pressure (PP) dose-response curve to norepinephrine (NE); the effects on PP caused by specific nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor N-monomethyl-L- arginine (L-NMMA) or the nitric oxide (NO) synthesis substrate L-arginine (L-Arg). (2) The experiment of perfusion via portal vein in vivo was performed and the effects of L-NMMA on the PVP was observed. Results (1) In ISLP model, after L-NMMA was added into the perfusate of the control rats, PP dose-respose to NE increased remarkably and the peak of PP increased to (26.7?0.9) mm?Hg. The increased PP response to NE caused by L-NMMA was offsetted by L-Arg and the peak of PP decreased to (23.2?0.9) mm?Hg. In eNOS treated rats, PP response to NE was significantly lower than that in controls (P

6.Clinical analysis of orbital implantation and postoperative complications
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2015;(1):68-69,70
Objective To discuss the cause, managment and prevention of the postoperative complications of orbital implantation by clinical case analysis, and to provide reference for the future clinical work. Methods 175 cases of orbital implantation from Aug. 2011 to Aug. 2013 were retrospectively analyzed in our department. The postoperative complications occurrence, related symptomatic treatment, and the reasons of complications were analyzed. Results Complications occurred in 175 cases of 9 cases(5. 14%),including 4 cases of the con-junctival cyst (2.29%),3 cases of orbital implants exposure(1.71%),1 case of orbital chronic infection(0.57%)and 1 case of subcon-junctival tissue atrophy(0. 57%). All of them had obtained good curative through cyst excision or orbital implanting again after the active treatment. There were no complication occurred again. Conclusion The postoperative complications should be positively analyzed, and early positive precaution could reduce most of the complications.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(02):-
1.5 mm were included for the analysis. The results were compared with catheter coronary artery angiography. Results In all patients, 16-slice CT were performed without complications. 1?267 segments were considered as stenosis by 16-slice CT. With the results of conventional coronary angiography as the golden standard, the sensitivity of 16-slice CT was 75.43% and its specificity was 95.88%. Its positive predicted value was 74.58% while its negative predicted value was 96.01% and its accuracy was 93.05% for stenosis of greater than 50%. Conclusion 16-slice CT provides a good visualization of the coronary tree in most patients, allowing accurate non-invasive detection of significant coronary stenosis.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(19):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the subsequent performance after the merger & acquisition (M&A) in the form of cash in medical industry during 3 years from 2000 to 2002.METHODS:Base on the financial data of the merging party and by means of principal component analysis and factor analysis,a scoring system was built for the evaluation of the performance of M&A so that the comparison of effect scores before and after M&A could be realized.RESULTS:The effect scores fluctuate dramatically after M&A,but finally reverted to the initial level before M&A.CONCLUSION:M&A in the form of cash failed to bring long-term profits to the entire medical industry.
