Objective To determine the serum level of pepsinogenⅠ,Ⅱ(PGⅠ,PGⅡ) and PGⅠ/Ⅱin the residents from Zhuanghe county,a high risk area of gastric cancer in North China, and to explore their distribution as well as related factors. Methods Serum PGⅠand PGⅡlevels were detec- ted with ELISA method in 6990 subjects.Gastric diseases were diagnosed by endoscopy and histopatho- logic examination.Serum H.pylori-IgG antibody was determined by ELISA method. Results The me- dian values for PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGⅠ/Ⅱwere 86.9/?g/L,10.6/zg/L and 8.1 respectively.Serum PGⅠand PGⅡin male(95.2?g/L,12.1?g/L) were significantly higher than those in female(79.7?g/L, 9.4?g/L;P=0.000),PGⅠ/Ⅱratio(7.9) was significantly lower in male (8.3,P=0.000).There were significantly decrease in PGⅠ/Ⅱratio along with age increase.PGⅠ/Ⅱratio decreased signifi- cantly following with progression of gastric mucosa from normal (10.4) to non-atrophic lesions(8.8) and to atrophic lesions (6.6).Serum PGⅠand PGⅡin H. pylori positive subjects (88.7?g/L,11.4?g/L) were significantly higher than those in H.pylori negative subjects (81.4?g/L,8.4?g/L;P= 0.000),PGⅠ/Ⅱratio(7.7) was significantly lower in H.pylori positive subjects (9.6,P=0.000). For patients with atrophic lesions, the area under the PGⅠ/ⅡROC curve was 0.622.The best cut-off point for PGⅠ/Ⅱwas 6.9,with sensitivity of 53.2%,and specificity of 67.5%.Factors linked to PGⅠ/Ⅱwere identified using multinomial logistic regression:male (OR:1.151,95% CI:1.042—1.272, P=0.006),age=61(OR:1.358,95% CI:1.188—1.553,P=0.000),atrophic lesion(OR:2.075,95% CI:1.870—2.302,P=0.000),and H.pylori infection (OR:1.546,95% CI:1.368—1.748,P= 0.000).Conclusions The serum PG levels are significantly skewed from normal distrubition in the residents of Zhuanghe county, and affected by age and gender,as well as associated with gastric diseases and H.pylori in- fection.Compared with PGⅠand PGⅡalone,PGⅠ/Ⅱis more suitable for screening gastric cancer.
3. Research on compatibility rule of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia based on data mining
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2020;51(18):4712-4718
Objective: To summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) by data mining. Methods: To collect the relevant literatures of TCM treatment of HHcy from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, CBM from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2019. TCMSS V 2.5 was used to count the frequency of medication, common drug pairs and drug combinations; Association rules, improved mutual information method, complex system entropy cluster analysis were used to analyze drug association rules and core drug combinations; Unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering was used to analyze the new prescriptions. Results: There were 156 prescriptions with 199 Chinese medicinal herbs and 46 Chinese medicinal herbs of them with functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, promoting urination and draining dampness, pacifying liver and extingushing wind and tonic deficiency were used for more than 10 times,. A total of 33 high-frequency drug combinations were obtained through data mining, and the top five combinations were Poria-Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Astragali Radix, Carthami Flos-Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Gastrodiae Rhizoma. A total of 20 core drug combinations and 10 potential new prescriptions were obtained through evolution. Conclusion: In the treatment of HHcy in TCM, blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicines, urination-promoting and dampness-draining medicines, liver-pacifying and wind-extingushing medicines and tonic deficiency medicines were mostly used. These prescriptions show that the main methods of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and resolving phlegm and turbidity, as well as supplementing qi and invigorating spleen, promoting urination and draining dampness, removing phlegm and widening chest reflect the characteristics of addressing both the symptoms and root causes of TCM.
4. Correlation study on HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of Astragali Radix decoction pieces-standard decoction-dispensing granules
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2020;51(10):2781-2789
Objective: To establish an HPLC fingerprint spectrum of for decoction pieces-, standard decoction- and dispensing granules of Astragali Radix, and evaluate the correlation among them. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the content of 7-hydroxy- 4'-methoxy isoflavone, calycosin-7-glucoside, calycosin, and ononin in decoction pieces-, standard decoction- and dispensing granules of Astragali Radix. The common pattern of the three fingerprints was established and the correlation was evaluated through the control fingerprint spectrum. Results: The average contents of 7-hydroxy-4'-methoxy isoflavone, calycosin-7-glucoside, calycosin, and ononin in 20 batches of decoction pieces were 0.097, 0.482, 0.142, and 0.237 mg/g, respectively; The average content of these four index components in the standard decoction were 0.116, 0.912, 0.214, and 0.434 mg/g, respectively; The average content of these four index components in the dispensing granules were 0.088,, 0.623,, 0.160, and 0.289 mg/g, respectively. There were six common peaks in all fingerprint spectra of 20 batches of decoction pieces-, standard decoction- and dispensing granules of Astragali Radix. The similarity between dispensing granules and standard decoction was 0.980, indicating that the components difference between them was very small. Conclusion: The study establishes an HPLC fingerprint spectrum, and itwhich reflects the whole picture of multi-component of decoction pieces-, standard decoction- and dispensing granules of Astragali Radix. It provides reference value for the identification and quality control of Astragalus dispensing granules of Astragalus Radix.

Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2013;16(4):304-307
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) has become a common ailment in China in the past decade. At present, the level of diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in China still falls behind Western countries, while the incidence increases rapidly. Chinese IBD Working Group made a new consensus on diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in 2012. This article is to interpret some key issues in the consensus.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the HIV infections states in tumor patients for clinical diagnosis, treatment and to prevent HIV infection in the tumor hospital.METHODS The result of HIV detection in tumor patients from Dec 2000 to Aug 2006 was analyzed by the review statistics analysis.RESULTS Totally 48 101 tumor paients were detected, and the number of tumor patients with positive HIV antibody result was 51(0.106%).Among the positive patients there were 21 cases with blood transfusion history,14 cases with blood donating experience,2 cases with both these two kinds of experiences and 14 cases without the two kinds of experiences.Their rate was separately 41.0%,27.5%,4.0% and 27.5%.Most of the HIV positive patients had no clinical synptoms.CONCLUSIONS The HIV positive rate of patients with blood transfusion or blood donating is significantly higher than the patients without these experiences. The routine detection for the HIV before the operation, blood transfusion or other traumatic detection is very necessary.
