1.Correlation between full-crown restorations and periodontitis observed by periodontal pathogen test
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(1):105-108
Objective:To explore the effects of different full-crown materials on the periodontal tissues.Methods:120 defected teeth were restored by full-crown with Ni-Cr alloy,Co-Cr alloy and all ceramic respectively(n =40).Periodontal clinical examination (include SGI,PLI,PD)and PCR detection of Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg),Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans(Aa),Prevotella intermedia(Pi)and Fusobacterium nucleatum(Fn)in subgingival plaque of the abutment teeth were performed before and after restora-tion.Results:6 -24 months after restoration SGI,PLI and PD of Ni-Cr and Co-Cr groups were increased(P <0.05),while in all ce-ramic group were not changed(P >0.05).12 months after restoration the detection rate of periodontal pathogens of Ni-Cr and CO-Cr groups was higher than that of all ceramic group(P <0.05).Conclusion:All ceramic is superior to Co-Cr and Ni-Cr in crown resto-ration for periodental tissue.
2.Investigation on Drinking Water Safety in China in 2006
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the health management condition and water quality of centralized water supply units and secondary water supply facilities. Methods Data identification, on-site investigation, sampling test were conducted in 2006. Results The most serious problem existing in the municipal and self-constructed water plants was unqualified water quality testing facilities and the eligible rate was only 71.7% and 46.7% respectively. 32.7% of self-constructed water plants did not have health permits. Only 68.5% of drinking water related products and disinfection products used in the secondary water supply facilities were holding valid health permits. The eligible rates of source water quality in the municipal and self-constructed water plants were 75.3% and 80.0%, in the treated water were 85.0% and 77.5%, in the tap water were 92.4% and 82.0% respectively, in the secondary water supply was 80.8%. Conclusion Health management work still needs to be strengthened and water quality monitoring should focus on the microbial indicators and perceptible indicators.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate diagnostic value and clinical application of MRI in the children with sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) before cochlear implantation.
METHOD:
MRI images of 80 children with the diagnosis of SHNL were retrospectively analyzed in combination with the latest classification of inner ear malformation.
RESULT:
There were 152 ears of inner ear malformation of 80 cases (160 ears), including 38 ears of cochlear malformation, 33 ears of vestibular malformation, 41 ears of semicircular canal malformation, 37 ears of vestibular aqueduct enlargement, 40 ears of internal auditory canal malformation, and 46 ears of cochlear nerve malformation.
CONCLUSION
MRI can provide detailed and reliable anatomical information for children with SNHL before cochlear implantation, and help to make the classification diagnosis. Therefore MRI is of great clinical significance for operation plan guidance and prognosis assessment.

4.Application of serum PGⅠ,CEA and G-17 in assessment of chemotherapy effect in patients with gastric cancer
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(11):1482-1484
Objective To discuss the application value of serum pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and gastrin-17(G-17) in assessment of chemotherapy curative effect in patients with gastric cancer. Methods From Feb.2014 to Jun.2016,a total of 90 patients with gastric cancer were selected, and treated with docetaxe/cisplatin/5-fluorouracil(DCF) scheme for two courses. All patients were divided into effective group and ineffective group, according to the assessment criterion, proclaimed by World Health Organization.Serum levels of CEA,PGⅠand G-17 were detected before and after treatment.Curative effect was also assessed according to the changes of CEA,PGⅠand G-17.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve) was used to analyze the performance of PGⅠ,CEA and G-17 in the assessment of curative effect. Results Chemotherapy was effective in 29 cases, accounting for 32.22%.After chemotherapy, serum CEA and G-17 level of effective group were lower than ineffective group, while PGⅠ level was higher(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under ROC curve, sensitivity and specificity of combined detection for the assessment of curative effect were higher than single detection of serum PGⅠ,CEA and G-17,taking 70 g/L,7.35 g/L and 14.22 pmol/L as cut-off value(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of serum PGⅠ,CEA and G-17 could be with high accuracy, specificity and sensitivity for the assessment of chemotherapy effect in patients with gastric cancer.
5.Progress in long non-coding RNA in hematopoiesis
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(9):572-576
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) , which are closely related with human critical illness, can regulate gene expression and involve the physiological and pathological processes on epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels through several mechanisms. LncRNAs also play important regulation roles in the maturation and differentiation process of hematopoietic cell. Besides, in-depth exploration of their mechanism will provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases.
6.The use of life quality questionnaire for postoperative follow-up of patients with chronic venous insufficiency
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1994;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate postoperative life quality of patients with chronic venous insufficiency(CVI). Methods According to the chronic venous insufficiency questionnaire(CIVIQ) of four sorts and twenty items, the life qualities of 169 postoperative patients receiving respectively three different surgery: super venous, perforator venous, and deep venous. The average life score of 80 is regarded as good. ResultsThe average score is 84?16 in super venous group、88?14 in perforator venous group and 82?16 in deep venous group. ConclusionsThe life quality of postoperative patients treated by deep venous valvuloplasty is satisfactory. CIVIQ is reliable and practicable for the life quality evaluation.

8.Damage of autonomic nerve function in diabetic patients with gastrointestinal symptoms
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2010;09(11):765-768
Objective To observe autonomic nerve function damage in diabetic patients with gastrointestinal symptoms. Methods Twenty-four patients of diabetes mellitus (DM) with gastrointestinal symptoms, as well as 20 cases of DM without gastrointestinal symptoms and 17 health volunteers were recruited from the clinic of gastroenterology, Jishuitan Hospital, Beijing during December 2008 to May 2009, and standard cardiovascular reflex test was performed for all of them to determine their functions of the autonomic nerve. Results Respiratory rate (an indicator of parasympathetic nerve function) was ( 14 ± 5 ) times per minute in patients of DM without dyspepsia, obviously lower than that in healthy controls [(20±10) times per minute], and that in patients of DM with dyspepsia was (9 ±6) times per minute, obviously lower than that in healthy controls and asymptomatic ones ( P < 0. 05 ). Scores of five indicators of the autonomic nerve functions, and the sympathetic, parasympathetic nerve and overall autonomic nerve functions were significantly higher in patients of DM with gastrointestinal symptoms than those in the patients without dyspepsia and healthy controls. Abnormality rate of autonomic nerve functions was 96 percent (23/24) in the patients with dyspepsia, 58 percent (14/24) in those definitely and seriously involved, and five percent (1/20) in those without dyspepsia. Conclusions Autonomic neuropathy exists in most diabetic patients with dyspepsia, both sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve involved. Impairment of parasympathetic nerve function occurs earlier than that of sympathetic nerve in patients of DM.
