2.Bone morphogenetic protein 9-induced osteogenic differentiation of dental follicle cells in vitro
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(14):2255-2260
BACKGROUND:Bone morphogenetic protein 9 is proved to promote the osteogenic differentiation of various kinds of stem cel s, but whether it can induce the osteogenic differentiation of dental fol icle cel s in vitro is yet unclear. OBJECTIVE:To investigate whether bone morphogenetic protein 9 can induce the osteogenic differentiation of rat dental fol icle cel s in vitro. METHODS:Purified rat dental fol icle cel s at passage 3 were transfected with bone morphogenetic protein 9 adenovirus. Then, alkaline phosphatase activity, calcium deposition and expression of osteogenesis-related factors at mRNA and protein levels were detected in the dental fol icle cel s. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After transfection with bone morphogenetic protein 9, the dental fol icle cel s showed continuously enhanced alkaline phosphatase activities and obviously enhanced calcium deposition. Real-time PCR results demonstrated that the mRNA expressions of alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin, bone sialoprotein, osteopontin and core binding factor were increased significantly. The western blot assay showed that the expression of osteopontin enhanced in the dental fol icle cel s after transfection with bone morphogenetic protein 9. In summary, bone morphogenetic protein 9 can induce the osteogenic differentiation of dental fol icle cel s.
3.Discussion on Laws about Iatrogenic Injury
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
This article talks about the essential problems of iatrogenic injury from the point of basic laws, such as how to distinguish iatrogenic injury and how to solve medical disputes about iatrogenic injury.Iatrogenic injury is an objective phenomenon,we should observe and analyze in on an objective and peaceful position, seek for a rational viewpoint, and give a moderate description.Through discovering and discussing,we hope to control and lower medical disputes and set up mature and reasonable doctor-patient relationship to some extent.
4.Influence of Technical Barriers to Trade of Herbal Medicines in European Union on Export of Traditional Chinese Medicines
China Pharmacy 2005;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE: To analyze Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT) of herbal medicines in European Union(EU) und-er The Directive 2004/24/EC and to provide thoughts for the export of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM).METHODS: TheTBT set by European Medicines Evaluation Agency (EMEA) was discussed from aspects of the simplification of restrictions on application, technical standard specifications and authentication system, and documents for registration etc, and some suggestions for the export of TCM were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Firstly, Chinese government should strengthen the communication and cooperation with European governments. Secondly, more advanced TCM quality specification should be set up. Thirdly we need to seek for support through multinational investment. Finally we should set up some information consultancy agents and to get access to information related to TBT.
5.Consideration and experiment on medical cell biology teaching affaires
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(09):-
In order to improve the quality of teaching, stimulate students’ interest in studying medical cell biology,we performed a lot of innovation on cell biology teaching program according to the requirement of basal course and the characteristic of freshman. First, choose the contents of the study seriously. Second, introduce bilingual teaching gradually. Third, bring up the spirit of activity in their studies progressively. Last, take full advantage of tutorship to help students build up the studying confidence, master studying method and enhance self-study capability. The result shows that these methods help students conquer their fear of difficulties and achieved an expected teaching effect.
6. Establishment and optimization of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis condition for Candida albicans proteome analysis
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;28(4):438-441
Objective:To develop and optimize a two-dimensional(2-DE) gel electrophoresis condition for Candida albicans proteome analysis. Methods: Total cellular protein of Candida albicans strain SC5314 was extracted and subjected to 2-DE under different conditions. The optimal conditions for sample preparation and 2-DE were screened by comparing the following parameters: cell broken methods, contents of lysis buffer, on-gel protein contents, and linear or non-linear immobilized pH gradient gels. Results: We successfully established the method for Candida albicuans protein sample preparation and optimized 2-DE condition for Candida albicans proteome analysis. A satisfactory 2-DE map with good repetition and resolution was obtained. Conclusion: The optimized condition of 2-DE in this article is suitable for Candida albicans strain, which paves a way for analysis of global protein profile in Candida albicans.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2016;9(9):13-19
Since the China's new healthcare reform has launched , beneficial policies introduced by the central and local governments has promoted the rapid development of private hospitals .This paper taking Sichuan Province as an ex-ample analyzes the development of private hospitals from four points of view:hospital amount, scale, location and services package, using 2002—2014 hospital-level data, which provides decision support for formulating and improving relative pol-icies.As per the analysis of the data at hand , it has been confirmed that private sector has developed quickly during the 13 years, with the number of hospitals increasing by 19.2%annually.Private hospitals were mainly of small-scale.Although the proportion of services provided by privates sector has grown yearly , it was merely 14.5%in 2014.The hospital location that the private sector selected concentrated mainly in developed regions , but the proportion of private hospital in the un-derdeveloped region has risen steadily .In terms of types of service provided , there were certain differences between private and public sector.Compared to the public sector, the private sector provided a higher proportion of specialized medical services, concentrating on otolaryngology , cosmetic plastic surgery , cardiovascular services , etc.

Objective To explore the role of long noncoding RNA ( lncRNA) CTD-2012K14. 6 in the development of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) related macrosomia. Methods The quantitative real-time PCR ( qRT-PCR) was performed to measure the expression of CTD-2012K14.6 in placentas of women with or without GDM, and the quantity of CTD-2012K14. 6 expression and its association with fetal weights were analyzed; Bioinformatic analysis was performed to predict the downstream molecules. CTD-2012K14. 6 over-expressing lentiviral and siRNA was constructed in human trophoblastic cell line HTR-8/SVneo cells, qRT-PCR and Western blot (WB) were used to invest its effect in modulating the expression of downstream molecules. Results The expression of CTD-2012K14.6 in GDM placentas was significantly higher than that in normal controls (1.70 ± 0.63 vs 1.00 ± 0.56,t=3.68,P<0.01), and positively correlated with fetal weight (r=0.8501, P<0.01); on-line analysis showed that CTD-2012K14.6 was located at chr16:67,549,214-67,563,958, which was located in the intron of CCCTC-binding factor( CTCF); Up-regulating CTD-2012K14.6 could significantly reduce the expression of CTCF mRNA and protein, and increase the expression of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ( IGF-Ⅱ) mRNA and protein, while down-regulating CTD-2012K14.6 could significantly increase the expression of CTCF mRNA and protein, and reduce the expression of IGF-ⅡmRNA and protein. Conclusion The CTD-2012K14. 6 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of GDM related macrosomia by upregulating the expression of CTCF and IGF-Ⅱ.
