Objective To study the pathologic characteristics of eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis.Methods Pathologic characteristics of eutopic endometrium were studied in 176 patients with endometriosis in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2007 to December 2008 retrospectively.Results About 72.2％(127/176)of eutopic endometrium were in proliferative phase,19.9％(35/176)of were observed as endometrial polyp,including 32 cases with simple endometrial polyp and 3 cases with abnormal hyperplasia combined with endometrial polyp.And 4.0％(7/176)showed abnormal hyperplasia.The incidence of pathologic changes in eutopic endometrium was 22.2％(39/176).Among 53 endometriosis patients combined with infertility,the incidence of pathologic changes of eutopic endometrium was 35.9％(19/53),which was significantly higher than 16.3％ in non-infertile patients (x2 =8.24,P =0.004).Among 65 cases with irregular menstruation,the incidence of endometrial polypus and endometrial hyperplasia were 20.0％(13/65)and 10.8％(7/65),which were significantly higher than 17.1％(19/111)and 0 in normal menstruation patients(x2 =13.839,P =0.003).Conclusions The eutopic endometrium of endometriosis were in proliferative phase state.The pathologic changes of eutopic endometrium were more in patients combined with infertility and irregular menstruation.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect and safety of extracorporeal shock wave (ESW) in the treatment of pain symptom of type III B prostatitis.

METHODSWe treated 50 cases of type III B prostatitis by ESW once a week for 4 weeks. Then we evaluated the clinical effect and safety of the therapy based on the NIH-CPSI scores, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, IIEF-5 scores, prostate volume and morphous, state of urination, color of urine, results of routine semen analysis, and changes of cytokines (IL-6, TNF-α and IL-1β) in expressed prostatic secretion (EPS).

RESULTSAll the patients successfully accomplished the treatment. Compared with the baseline, decreases were observed after 4 weeks of cytokine treatment in the pain scores (14. 61 ± 1. 82 vs 9. 36 ± 1. 47, P <0. 01), urination symptom scores (4. 59 ± 1. 01 vs.4. 66 ± 0. 89, P >0. 05) , quality of life scores (6. 51 ± 1. 03 vs 4. 56 ± 1. 02, P <0. 01), NIH-CPSI (25. 43 ± 1. 72 vs 18. 28 ± 2. 32, P <0. 01 ), and VAS (6. 59 ± 1. 10 vs 3. 02 ± 1. 07, P < 0. 01). The concentration of IL-6 in the EPS was significantly increased ([55.82 ± 6. 28] vs [86.59 ± 4. 55] ng/ml, P <0. 01) , while the level of TNF-α ([3.89 ± 0. 12] vs [3. 19 ± 0.22] ng/ml, P<0.01) and that of IL-1β ([3.21 ± 1.01] vs [1.48 ± 0.95] ng/ml, P< 0. 01) remarkably reduced after treatment. However, there were no statistically significant differences in IIEF-5 scores (18. 58 ± 2. 03 vs 18. 51 1. 89, P >0. 05) or various sperm parameters before and after treatment (P >0. 05). And no significant changes were observed in the prostate volume, morphous or internal echoes.

CONCLUSIONThe ESW therapy is effective and safe for the pain symptom of type III B prostatitis.

Objective To design a set of feasible program of data monitor based on the database's security of the "No.1 Military Medical Project" in many years of running successful operation to enhance safety audit of database.Methods The system was consisted with date's collection of active and passive for safety information,preservation of backup data,and analysis of credibility dictionaries and auditing.Results The complete processing program of network security monitor which could form alarm message and advance corresponding disposal plans was came into being and its better reliability.Conclusion By using the way,the question of the "No.1 Military Medical Project" in database monitoring is solved in network environment and ensured safe operation of database,the network security of the "No.1 Military Medical Project" system is promoted.

Objective To investigate the role of vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF), nm23 and microvessel density (MVD) in the pathogenesis of malignant melanoma(MM). Methods The specimens from forty-seven cases of malignant melanoma and 10 cases of melanocytic nevus were examined for VEGF, nm23 and CD34 by immunohistochemistry. AIM:To explore the differences between unilateral recess-resection (R & R) and bilateral lateral rectus recession (BLR-rec) in the treatment of basic intermittent exotropia.METHODS: A retrospective analysis of treatment of basic intermittent exotropia in 89 patients,in which 49 cases underwent unilateral recess-resection,40 cases underwent bilateral lateral rectus recession of external rectus retroperitoneal surgery January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital.The stereopsis and strabismus were observed in 1d,1,6mo,1 and 2a after operation.RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the success rate and oblique degree between the two groups after 1d,1,6mo,1 and 2a (all P>0.05),but the success rate of the operation was reducing as time passed.After 2d of the operation,the drift of the R & R group was 12.10±5.74PD and the drift of the BLR-rec group was 7.78±4.21PD,the difference was statistically significant (P=0.021).The R & R group was more likely to cause lateral slanting than BLR-rec group.Two groups of patients with nearly stereopsis were both significantly improved,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the two groups (x2=4.530,P=0.210).CONCLUSION: The long-term stability of BLR-rec is superior to R & R.

Abstract? AlM: To explore the effect of Danshen injection iontophoresis combined with lumbrukinase on early patients with retinal vein occlusion ( RVO ) , and observe the prognosis to provide objective basis for clinical?METHODS: Eighty-two patients ( 117 eyes ) with early RVO were randomly selected in our hospital from January, 2011 to April, 2014, 41 cases (59 eyes) of control group treated with Lumbrokinase. Forty-one cases ( 58 eyes) of the observation group, treated with Danshen injection iontophoresis combined with lumbrokinase. The main indexes were the treatment effect, visual acuity and retinal circulation time.?RESULTS: The total effective rate of the observation group was 85. 4% ( 35/41 ), more than that of control group 68. 3% ( 28/41 ), the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The invalid rate of the observation group was 14. 6% (6/41), lower than that of the control group 31. 7% ( 13/41 ), the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The vision of the observation group 4. 8 ~5. 0 was 53. 7% (22/41), more than that of control group 41. 5% ( 17/41 ), the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). The restore vision of the observation group 4. 3 ~ 4. 7 was 31. 7% (13/41), lower than that of the control group 41. 5% ( 17/41 ), the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ). After treatment, retinal circulation time of two groups were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). After treatment of retinal vein circulation time of the observation group was 8. 15 ± 1. 30s, 9. 70 ± 1. 28s lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05).?CONCLUSlON: There is better effective on Danshen injection iontophoresis combined with Lumbrokinase for early retinal vein occlusion, and can improve the patient's visual acuity, promote the rehabilitation of patients.

Objective By means of analyzing the antihypertensive use of hypertension patients of Guiyang in 2013 and impact factors for basic drug use,to evaluate the impacts of the essential medicines list in place in Guiyang to hypertension patients in communities in Guiyang.Methods 969 hypertension patients were surveyed with structured questionnaire of stratified random sampling at 6 community health centers in Guiyang city.Results Hypertension patients in communities averaged 1.4 types of antihypertensive,and the essential medicines used accounted for 39.8％of all the antihypertensive.The distribution differences of the ratio of essential medicines use are significant interms of age,gender,and household annual income.Use ratio of non-essential medicines of the 55～64 age group and 65～74 age group are 3.48 times and 0.47 times over that of the 75 and above age group.For hypertension patients of low income and medium income,their probable use of non-essential medicines is 2.05 and 2.87 times that of high income households.Conclusion As the use ratio of hypertension patients in Guiyang is relatively low,and the factors for it are age and household income,focused intervention is recommended for the 65～74 age group and low-income households,for the purpose of high use ratio of essential medicines of such people.

Objective To determine the feasibility of human routine blood tests as a surrogate for CD4+ T cell count through studying the correlation of CD4+ T cell count with total lymphocyte count(TLC),hemoglobin(Hb),blood platelet(PLT),and white cell count(WBC)in HIV/AIDS patients.Methods 1 038 person-time blood tests among 778 HIV/AIDS patients were performed and Spearman correlation analysis was used.Predictive power and the cut-off for potential predictors of CD4+ T cell count were assessed through receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.Combination test was used to assess the capability of multipie indexes to serve as surrogate markers for CD4+ T cell counL Results Significant correlations with CD4+ T cell count were observed for TLC,Hb,PLT and WBC.The Spearman correlation coefficients were r=0.64,P=0.000;r=0.36,P=0.000;r=0.24,P=0,000;r=0.09,P=0.000,respectively.No correlation between TLC and CD4+ T cell count was found when,TLC was more than 2 000 × 106/L(r=0.12,P=0.15).The areas under ROC curve of TLC and Hb for predicting CD4+ T cell count were between 0.82 to 0.84,and 0.66 to 0.70,respectively.When CD4+ T cell count were less than 50,200,350 cells/μl respectively,the optional cut-off value was TLC＜1 100 × 106/L,1 200 × 106/L and 1 400 × 106/L.When the study combined TLC＜1 200 × 106/L and Hb＜120 g/L for prediction of CD4+ T cell count＜200/μl,the sensitivity was 45.3% and specificity was 82.8%.Conclusion There is no significant application value for combination of TLC＜1 200×106/L and Hb＜120 g/L as a surrogate for prediction of CD4+ T cell count＜200/μl.
