2.Enterostomy and associated problems.
Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2012;15(4):317-319
Stoma has been used in colorectal surgery for various indications. Stoma type and stoma location are associated with stoma complications and quality of life with a stoma. The question regarding how to avoid stoma complication and improve quality of life should be considered when stoma creation is planned. The benefit of stoma should be balanced with complications brought about by stoma creation.

3.Improvement of the survival rate and life quality of patients with local recurrence of rectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2011;10(6):423-426
Despite progress in the understanding of perirectal anatomy and subsequent adoption of total mesorectal excision, local recurrence after curative resection for rectal cancer continues to be a significant concern.Local recurrence of rectal cancer is associated with a wide spectrum of clinical symptoms and morbidities, and decreased quality of life. The management of locally recurrent rectal cancer is challenging because of the altered pelvic anatomy, postoperative adhesion and difficulty in obtaining a definite diagnosis before surgery.Surgery is the mainstay treatment for locally recurrent rectal cancer, and the use of radiation and chemotherapeutic agents provides significant improvement in survival rate and quality of life.
4.Strategies and techniques for surgical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2014;13(8):591-595
Surgical treatment is an important method for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) when it is complicated with other intestinal diseases or medical treatment fails. The appropriate timing of surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and is the key factor for the success of treatment.Excessive emphasis on medication and blindly extending the course of medication in case of invalidation will make patients lose the best opportunity of surgery.Surgeons should master different surgical techniques of acute and selective surgeries for IBD.Multi-disciplinary treatment mode is recommended.Adjustment of the preoperative medication, improvement of the nutritional status and the overall condition of the patients are necessary when surgery is unavoidable.
5.Treatment of 36 Cases of Infantile Enuresis by Acupuncture
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2003;1(6):28-
Treated 36 cases of infantile enuresis by acupuncturing Zuyunganqu (Foot Motor Sensory Area),Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), Zhongwan (CV 12),Zusanli (ST 36), Yinlingquan (SP 9), Pishu (BL 20),Weishu (BL 21) and Shenshu (BL 23). After two courses,29 cases were cured, 5 cases were improvement and 2cases were no effect.
6.Cuff technique for cardiac xenotransplantation
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1997;18(4):212-213
The mouse heart was transplanted into the neck of rat using the cuff technique deseribed by Heron with a little modification. The graft accending aorta to the host common carotiel artery and the graft pulmonary artery to the host exteral jugular vein were performed.22 times of formal transplantation were done with the successful rate being 86%.The mean survival time was 2.10±0.80 days. The method is easy, quick and reliable. The superficial cervical localigation of the transplant is easily observed. This is a good model to observe the hyperacute rejection(HAR),to induce the translantation tolerance, and to screen the new immunosuppressive agents.
8.Characteristics of fundus autofluorscence in patients with atrophic age-related macular degeneration
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(4):363-366
Background The early diagnosis and treatment is vital for the age-related macular degeneration (AMD).Previous examining methods were fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)and optical coherence tomography (OCT).However,a new diagnostic technique, fundus autofluorescence(FAF),is applying in ophthalmology.objective This study was to observe the FAF characteristics of atrophic AMD. Methods Thirty-nine eyes of 28 patients with atrophic AMD were diagnosed and collected in our hospital and classified based on the criteria of Chen Song.FAF was performed by a confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscope(Heidelberg Retina Angiograph 2,HRA2).Characteristics of FAF images were compared with FFA images or color fundus photographs.Written informed consent was obtained from each patient prior to the examination. Results Areas with abnormal increased or decreased FAF signals were consisted or unconsisted with funduscopically visible alterations.Seven manifestations of FAF were found in the eyes with preatrophic stage of atrophic AMD,including slight change, focal increase pattern, patchy pattern, linear pattern, lacelike pattern, reticular pattern, and speckled pattern. In atrophic stage of atrophic AMD,geographic atrophy showed a well-defined hypoautofluorescence area;while non-geographic atrophy showed a ill-defined hypoautofluorescence area. There were three abnormal FAF patterns(focal, band and diffuse)in the junctional zone of geographic atrophy and diffuse pattern in the junctional zone of non-geographic atrophy. Conclusion FAF imaging is helpful for the diagnosis of atrophic AMD as a new non-invasive technique.

China Pharmacist 2015;(3):500-503
Objective:To study the dissolution behavior of panax notoginseng saponins R1 , ginseng saponin Rg1 and ginseng sapo-nin Rb1 in Xuesaitong soft capsules in two different dissolution media. Methods:The dissolution test conditions were confirmed accord-ing to“quality of medical drugs information set” of Japan and the dissolution media were chosen in accordance with the physicochemi-cal properties of Xuesaitong soft capsules, the in vitro dissolution of Xuesaitong soft capsules was inspected respectively in pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer and water. The dissolution rate was determined by HPLC-ELSD, and the similarity of the release curves for the three components was compared with similarity factors ( f2 ) method. Results: The assay displayed a good linearity over the concentration range of 0. 8-16. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 6), 3. 0-60. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 8) and 4. 0-80. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 7) for panax notog-inseng saponins R1 , ginseng saponin Rg1 and ginseng saponin Rb1 , respectively. In pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer and water, f2 of ginseng saponin Rg1 and ginseng saponin Rb1 were both above 50 when compared with panax notoginseng saponins R1 . Conclusion:The meth-od is simple, accurate and reproducible in the dissolution determination of the soft capsules. The dissolution of ginseng saponin Rg1 and ginseng saponin Rb1 has similar characteristics with that of panax notoginseng saponins R1 in Xuesaitong soft capsules.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
To optimize bacteriocin production, researching was done on the respect of incubation condition and the media components. And the optimum incubation time was 24h, the optimum temperature was 30℃, the optimum broth initial pH was 6.5. The optimum media component was: lactose 30g, trypone 15g, soybean peptone 20g, meat extract 30g, peptonethe 20g, Tween 80 1mL, K_(2)HPO_(4 )2g, NaAc 5g, Tri-Ammonium citrate 2g, (MgSO_(4)) 0.58g, MnSO_(4) 0.25g, H_(2)O 1000mL. Production of bactericoin under the optimum broth was 640AU/mL, 8 times than MRS media.
