1.A case report of Von-hippel-Lidau disease
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2001;263(9):108-111
The authors report a case of Von hippel Lindau disease in a 20 years old patients with presenting signs: diminution of visual acuity, intracramial hypertension with a left cerebollar syndrome and existence of an retinal angioma on the right side and papilla oedema on the left side. A scanning examination revealed a cystic tumor with a solid little mass. Angiography showed a capillary nodus coressponding to the mass lesion, with feeding arteries coming from the anterio superior cerebellar artery. Removal of the cyst and the tumor was successful. Pathological examination: Hemangi oblastoma. Negative ultrasound examination of the kidney, pancreas.

5.A comparison of two methods for anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody of double-antigen sandwich assay
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(2):185-187
Objective To investigate the sensitivities and specificities of enzyme-linked inununosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunogold labeling technique in the detection of anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody.Methods(1)Sensitivity test:15 sera from patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)diagnosed by western blotting were diluted proportionately,we detected the anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody in all diluted sera using ELISA and immunogold labeling technique, and recorded the maximum dilutions of the two methods that the anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody was positive.(2)Specificity test:200 sera from patients with nonAIDS were detected by ELISA and immunogold labeling technique, and we recorded the negative rates of the two methods.Results(1)Sensitivity test:The maximum dilution of ELISA was significantly higher than that of immunogold labeling technique(P < 0.05).(2)Specificity test:The negative rates of the two methods were 100%,and there was no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion The sensitivity of ELISA in the detection of antihuman immunodeficiency virus antibody is better than that of immunogold labeling technique, but the sensitivities and specificities of the two methods are consistent when the serum is detected,so the immunogold labeling technique is able to replace ELISA as a screening test for AIDS.
6.THE RATE OF APPEARANCE MICRONUCLEI IN PERIPHERAL LYMPHOCYTES IN PATIENTS WITH GASTRIC CARCINOMA AND CHRONIC GASTRITIS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
In the study, we determined the rate of appearance of micronuclei in lymphocytes of patients with malignant or benign gastric disorders as well as healthy subjects. The values are 3.40?0.26% for healthy subjects, 9.85?0.75% for gastric carcinoma, 5.62?0.33% for atrophic gastritis, and 4.86?0.23% for superficial gastritis (mean?SEM). There are very significant differences between gastric carcinoma and controls(p0.05). The results suggest that the rate reflects the degree of mutation and damage of chromosomes. The number of micronuclei increases with the degree of malignancy of carcinoma, suggesting that the determination of micronuclei may have a prognostic value and predictive of a relapse of carcinoma. The authors suggest that this method may be used as a tool in mass screening of gastric cancers.
7.Study of Preparing the Red Cell Reagent Serum by Sepharose 4B Immunoadsorption
Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(02):-
The absorption of anti-A and anti-B in reagent sera containing non-ABO antibodies, performed by coupling the ABH substance to se- pharose 4B,was introduced. The sera containing both ABO antibodies and anti-D(11),-C(5),-E(5),-c(6), -e(4),-M(1),-N(1),-s(1),-K(1), -Kp~b(1),-Fy~a(1),-Js~b(1)absorbed by this method, were tested then by the ABO-incompatible cells lacking relevant non-ABO antigens, and the panel red cells(O).As a result, all the ABO antibodies were absorbed exclusively, but all the non-ABO antibodies were preserved fullyThe non-ABO antibodies can't give the false positive reaction and their titer can't decrease after repeated absorp- tion. The advantages of this method and the factors that have influeced on effectiveness of the absorption were discussed.
8.Construction of heart heterotopic transplantation model in inbred strain rat
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective: To establish the model of inbred strain rat heart heterotopic transplantation. Methods:Male Lewis rats were used as recipients and Brown-Norway rats as donors, and the heterotopic transplants were done using ono's method with some modifications. The ascending aorta and pulmonary artery of donor were anastomosed end-to-side to the recipient abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava respectively.Results:48 heart transplantations were performed. We summarized surgical technique after sixteen rats of preliminary experiment. The successful rate was improved to 96.88% in 32 rats of formal transplantation.Time of cold ischemia, hot ischemia and rebeat were shorten significantly and operational time reduced to 60 min. Conclusion:To strengthen the protection of donor heart and perioperative treatment is the key point in the heart heterotopic transplantation in inbred strain rat.
9.Intervention effect of compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain on endothelium dependent dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of the compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain on endothelium dependent dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:Twenty-four patients with both confirmed diagnosis of coronary artery disease(diagnosed by coronary arteriography) and endothelium dependent dilation(EDD) [expressed by flow mediated dilation(FMD) examined through high-resolution ultrasound] were enrolled into this investigation. They were divided into Group CAD,and Group HZ at random. Each group consisted of 12 patients.Group HZ,was administered the compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain 10 grams per time, three times a day for 14 consecutive days.EDD0 and EDD14 were examined before and after the administration of the compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain for 14 days.Group of normal control(Group NC) consisted of 12 age-and sex-matched healthy people.Results:EDD0 and EDD14 were(11.76?0.95)% and(11.83?0.70)% in Group NC,(5.37?1.15)% and(5.50?1.01)% in Group CAD which had significant difference compared with Group NC,(5.62?1.22)% and(9.84?1.83)% in Group HZ which were significantly different from those in Group NC.In GroupHZ,EDD14 was higher than EDD0 and had no significant difference compared with Group NC.Conclusion:The compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain can improve endothelium-dependent dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease.
10.Study on Extraction Technique of Whitmania Pigra Whiman
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To select an optimal extraction technique of Whitmania pigra whiman.METHODS:The af?fecting factors such as variety of solvent, temperature, time, the amount of solvent and the frequency of the extraction were studied on the basis of protein content in the hirudo extract and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT).RESULTS:The optimum extraction result was obtained in4%NaCl solvent of10-fold as much as the medicine with3times of extraction at60℃for6h((3h+2h+1h).CONCLUSION:The present technique is simple, scientific and practicable.
