1.A case report of Von-hippel-Lidau disease
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2001;263(9):108-111
The authors report a case of Von hippel Lindau disease in a 20 years old patients with presenting signs: diminution of visual acuity, intracramial hypertension with a left cerebollar syndrome and existence of an retinal angioma on the right side and papilla oedema on the left side. A scanning examination revealed a cystic tumor with a solid little mass. Angiography showed a capillary nodus coressponding to the mass lesion, with feeding arteries coming from the anterio superior cerebellar artery. Removal of the cyst and the tumor was successful. Pathological examination: Hemangi oblastoma. Negative ultrasound examination of the kidney, pancreas.

2.Comparison of clinical effectiveness of peripherally inserted central catheters and peripheral intravenous catheters in tumour chemotherapy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(1):54-55
Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC) and peripheral intravenous catheters(PIV) in tumor chemotherapy. Methods A total of 180 patients with intravenous chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. 108 patients in the PICC group, 72 patients in the PIV group. The holding time and complications were observed and compared. Results The rate of complication in the PICC group were much lower than the PIV group, however was much longer than the PIV group in holding time. But there was no statistical difference in the positive culture rate of bacteria of two groups. Conclusions It is very safe to use PICC which can reduce the rate of complication of catheters and venipuncture times and is worthy of spreading in practice.
3.A comparison of two methods for anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody of double-antigen sandwich assay
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(2):185-187
Objective To investigate the sensitivities and specificities of enzyme-linked inununosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunogold labeling technique in the detection of anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody.Methods(1)Sensitivity test:15 sera from patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)diagnosed by western blotting were diluted proportionately,we detected the anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody in all diluted sera using ELISA and immunogold labeling technique, and recorded the maximum dilutions of the two methods that the anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody was positive.(2)Specificity test:200 sera from patients with nonAIDS were detected by ELISA and immunogold labeling technique, and we recorded the negative rates of the two methods.Results(1)Sensitivity test:The maximum dilution of ELISA was significantly higher than that of immunogold labeling technique(P < 0.05).(2)Specificity test:The negative rates of the two methods were 100%,and there was no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion The sensitivity of ELISA in the detection of antihuman immunodeficiency virus antibody is better than that of immunogold labeling technique, but the sensitivities and specificities of the two methods are consistent when the serum is detected,so the immunogold labeling technique is able to replace ELISA as a screening test for AIDS.
4.Treatment status of parenteral nutrition-associated cholestasis in preterm infants
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2014;21(5):313-316
Parenteral nutrition (PN) is one of the important measures to cure premature babies and critically ill infants. In recent years, with the improvement of rescue techniques in the perinatal period,a growing number of preterm infants alive, very low birth weight and low birth weight infants gradually become an important part of the neonatal disease. The gastrointestinal development of these premature babies are not mature or combined with other diseases,in a long period of time after birth need partial or complete PN support.Due to the use of PN,provides the children with survival and greatly reduce the case fatality rate, but the cause of parenteral nutrition associated cholestasis would become one of the main complications of premature infants, seriously affect the patient's quality of life.In this paper, the treatment of premature parenteral nutrition associated cholestasis status is summarized.
5.Progress of PedsQLTM in cerebral palsy children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(5):527-530
More recently, the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Measurement Model (PedsQLTM)is wildly applicated in the research of pediatric quality of life as a pediatric population health measure. Considerable emphasis has been placed on the measurement of the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy, and many scholars carried on the investigations using the PedsQLTM abroad, while there was no related literature reported presently in China. This paper summarizes the basic structure and scoring method of PedsQLTM, and synthetically sums up the determinations of reliability, validity, and sensitivity of PedsQLTM in cerebral palsy children, and gives an overview of the effects on assessment of clinical efficacy and making a medical decision. The PedsQLTM has some superiority in measuring the quality of life in cerebral palsy children.
6.Prudent use of SCI and IF in medical research organizations
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(1):50-52
It is a popular practice for Chinas academia to regard SCI(Science Citation Index)and its IF(Impact Factor)as fundamental indexes for research competency evaluatiop. This article however holds that SCI and IF are but quantitative measurements for evaluating periodicals, and whether it is scientific to evaluate research results with such indexes as they are remains to be jusfified. It also suggests that practitioners in research organizations fully comprehend the meaning of SCI and IF,and use them correctly,so as to guide researchers to contribute their works to proper publishers.
7.Influence of health education on satisfaction degree with obstetric department in grass-root hospi-tals
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(21):17-18
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of health education to the pregnant women and their relatives on patients' satisfaction degree in grass-root hospitals. Methods200 pregnant women in our hospsital were divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group was given systematic health education, while the control group only received the traditional reception. Then a survey was carried out in the two groups and the satisfaction degree of maternal women and their relatives with medical workers was compared. ResultsThe satisfaction degree Of maternal women and their relatives in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. ConclusionsHealth education in gy-necology and obstetrics department and carrying out nursing with humanity can improve satisfaction degree of maternal women and their relatives to medical staffs.
8.Progress of msenchymal stem cells in lung injury
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):375-377
Lung injury is a group of lung inflammation and fibrosis diseases which is caused by a variety of reasons. There is no specific and effective treatment for it.Late irreversible damage is an important factor that cause respiratory dysfunction even the death of patients. Therefore, finding a breakthrough in the treatment of lung injury is one of the research focuses.Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)can migrate to lung and participate in reconstruction of injured lung.MSCs can be obtained and cultivated easily, and has characteristics of strong plasticity and immune tolerance.
9.Thoracic radiotherapy in limited-stage small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(4):296-299
The effective therapy of limited stage-small cell lung cancer( LS-SCLC) is combined chemotherapy and thoracic radiotherapy(TRT). Early thoracic irradiation is better than later one. Start of any treatment and end of radiotherapy less than 30 days is associated with improved survival in LS-SCLC patients. Concurrent chemoradiotherapy results in longer survival time than sequential and alternating chemoradiotherapy. There are no clear answers on optimal irradiation dose. Hyperfractinated irradiation may have therapeutic benefit compared with conventional irradiation.
10.Utilization of Oral Antihypertensive Drugs in Emergency Department of Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in the emergency department of our hospital.METHODS: By using drug utilization index, the oral antihypertensive drugs used in the emergency department of our hospital from Mar to Aug in 2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of the drug categories,DDDs,DDC etc.RESULTS: Leading the list in terms of DDDs and DDC were calcium antagonists,ACEI and compound preparations.CONCLUSION: The utilization of oral antihyperetensive drugs in the emergency department of our hospital was basically in line with that of the currently common antihypertensive drugs, however, the application categories should be extended, esp.for those with prolonged action.Furthermore, individualized medication should be advocated and great importance should be attached to ADR.
