China Pharmacy 2017;28(24):3321-3325
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the construction of suitable evaluation index system for the implementation of National Essential Medicine System in community health service center.METHODS:The frame of evaluation index system was designed by theoretical analysis, literature study and expert interviews methods.Delphi method was used to establish evaluation index system for National Essential Medicine System in Shanghai community health service center.Analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weights of indicators at all levels.RESULTS:The positive coefficients of the two rounds consultations were 88.24% (15/17) and 86.67% (13/15).The authority coefficient of structural index, processing index and result index in the first round consultation were 0.68,0.68 and 0.69,respectively,which showed that the authority degree was higher. The coefficient of concordance in the second round consultation was higher than the first round (the indexes of structure, process and result in two rounds consultation were 0.286,0.306,0.193 and 0.345,0.358,0.337,respectively),which indicated the expert opinions were highly consistent.Established evaluation index system consisted of 3 fiust-level indexes,13 second-level indexes and 27 third-level indexes.CONCLUSIONS:The selected experts were representative, the consultation results were reliable, established evaluation index system was rational and the setting of weights was scientific. Also this study was a methodological exploration.
2.Influence of Technical Barriers to Trade of Herbal Medicines in European Union on Export of Traditional Chinese Medicines
China Pharmacy 2005;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE: To analyze Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT) of herbal medicines in European Union(EU) und-er The Directive 2004/24/EC and to provide thoughts for the export of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM).METHODS: TheTBT set by European Medicines Evaluation Agency (EMEA) was discussed from aspects of the simplification of restrictions on application, technical standard specifications and authentication system, and documents for registration etc, and some suggestions for the export of TCM were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Firstly, Chinese government should strengthen the communication and cooperation with European governments. Secondly, more advanced TCM quality specification should be set up. Thirdly we need to seek for support through multinational investment. Finally we should set up some information consultancy agents and to get access to information related to TBT.
3.Expression and significance of eotaxin in nasal secretions
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(3):288-289,292
Objective To discuss the expression and significance of eotaxin in the nasal secretions of the patients with nasal pol-yps .Methods The nasal secretion samples were collected from 40 patients including 15 cases of nasal polyps ,15 cases of chronic si-nusitis and 10 cases of nasal septum deviation .The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was adopted to detect the concen-tration of eotaxin .Results The average concentration of eotaxin was (468 .82 ± 440 .64)pg/mL in nasal polyps ,(443 .85 ± 334 .68) pg/mL in chronic sinusitis and (149 .23 ± 49 .01)pg/mL in nasal septum deviation .The eotaxin concentrations in the nasal polyps group and the chronic sinusitis group were higher than those in the nasal septum deviation group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The eotaxin concentration in the nasal secretions of the patients with nasal polyps is significantly increaseed ,which might be concluded that eotaxin may play an important role in the occurrence and development process of nasal polyps .

8. Establishment and evaluation of a nicotine-treatment and -withdrawal rat model
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(2):156-161
Objective: To establish a nicotine-treatment and -withdrawal rat model and to evaluate its characteristics and application through analyzing 3 parameters. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats, aged 10-11 weeks old, were randomly divided into normal saline group(subcutaneous injection of saline [0.5 ml/kg] for 6 weeks), nicotine-treated group (injection with nicotine [0.5 ml/kg, 3 mg/(kg · d)] for 6 weeks), and nicotine-withdrawn group (injection with nicotine [0.5 ml/kg, 3 mg/(kg · d)] for 3 weeks and followed by saline injection for additional 3 weeks). Body weight, food intake, and water intake of animals were recorded during the treatment in 3 groups. The model was evaluated through analyzing body weight, serum parameters and adipose tissue weights. Results: The body weight of rats, as well as the serum levels of triglyceride and insulin, were all decreased after nicotine treatment; the weights of subcutaneous fat, visceral fat and periaortic fat were also decreased. The above indicators increased after withdrawal of nicotine. Conclusion: The established model can be used to study multiple pharmacological effects of nicotine; it can also be used for smoking and smoking cessation related studies.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(6):973-974
Objective To compare the curative effects of intertrochantefie fractures in aged by two operative methods. Methods 85 cases of elderly patients suffered from intertrechanteric fractures were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Out of the 85 cases,45 cases were treated with dynamic hip screw(DHS) and 40 cases were fixed with Gamma nails. The curative effects and complications were compared simultaneously. Results The total excellent rate was 83.5% in 85 patients, the rates of DHS and Gamma nails group were 77. 8% and 90% (X2 = 2. 84, P 0. 05), re-spectively. The operative time (66. 4 ± 19. 4)min in DHS group were less than the Gamma nail group (875 ± 25.5) rain (t=2. 451 ,P < 0. 05), but the length of surgical incision (19. 6± 5. 1)cm greater than the Gamma nail group (10. 3 ± 4. 7) cm(t = 2. 501, P < 0. 05). The complications of DHS group (11.1%) were significanfly higher than that of Gamma nail group(2. 5%) (X2 =3.94,P<0. 05). Conclusion As long as the physical condition can toler-ate,surgery recommend the use of DHS and Gamma nail surgical techniques in aged patients with intertrechanteric fractures.
