1.A case report of Von-hippel-Lidau disease

The authors report a case of Von hippel Lindau disease in a 20 years old patients with presenting signs: diminution of visual acuity, intracramial hypertension with a left cerebollar syndrome and existence of an retinal angioma on the right side and papilla oedema on the left side. A scanning examination revealed a cystic tumor with a solid little mass. Angiography showed a capillary nodus coressponding to the mass lesion, with feeding arteries coming from the anterio superior cerebellar artery. Removal of the cyst and the tumor was successful. Pathological examination: Hemangi oblastoma. Negative ultrasound examination of the kidney, pancreas.

6.Pharmaceutical Care for Patients Treated with Cyclosporine A Combined with Anti-tuberculosis Drugs

Objective: To explore the pharmaceutical care mode for drug treatment and interactions through participating in the treatment of patients using cyclosporine A combined with anti-tuberculosis ( TB) drugs. Methods: The clinical questions were pro-posed and refined, the literature evidence was retrieved in the electronic databases, the questions were answered and the procedure and mode of pharmaceutical care for the similar clinical problems was established. Results:For the patients with cyclosporine A treatment, strong anti-TB drugs should be chosen to ensure the effectiveness and decrease the drug interactions, and the concentration monitoring of cyclosporine A should be paid more attention. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can implement the pharmaceutical care for the pa-tients with immunosuppression and TB infection through developing anti-TB regimen, avoiding the drug interactions, improving the drug safety and so on.
7.Analysis on detection results of diarrheogenic Escherichia coli among food practitioners in Changsha City by real time fluorescence multiple PCR

Objective To investigate the infection and distribution situations of diarrheogenic Escherichia coli among food practi‐tioners in Changsha City and to understand the carrying status of its virulence genes .Methods Totally 258 food practitioners from 9 units of Changsha City were extracted as the research subjects .Diarrheogenic Escherichia coli was detected by adopting the real time fluorescence multiple PCR .Results The infection rate of diarrheogenic Escherichia coli was 15 .5% (40/258) ,in which EAEC accounted for 10 .9% (28/258) ,EPEC for 3 .1% (8/258) and EHEC for 1 .6% (4/258) respectively ,EIEC and ETEC were not found .Among 28 strains of EAEC ,26 strains carried uidA gene ,13 strains carried aggR+pic gene and 27 strains carried astA gene , the carrying rates were 92 .9% ,46 .4% and 96 .4% respectively ;eight strains of EPEC all carried eae and uidA genes ;among 4 strains of EHEC ,3 strains carried eae gene ,moreover all 4 strains carried stx1+ stx2 gene .Conclusion Establishing a mechanism for continuously monitoring diarrheogenic Escherichia coli and deeply studying its molecular epidemiologic theory not only provide the essential data for the supervisory departments formulating and evaluating the public health measures ,but also has an important significance for evaluating the food safety status ,which can effectively control infectious source and protect the people′s health .
8.Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Qinggan Lidan Capsule by Orthogonal Experiment

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extract technology of Qinggan lidan capsule.METHODS:The extraction technology of Qinggan lidan capsule was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the content of anthraquinone and ethanol extract, the extracting amount of chloroform and n-butyl alcohol as index and with extracting amount of ethanol, extracting frequency and extracting time as factors. RESULTS:The optimal extraction technology was adding 8-fold, extracting for 2 times and for 1.5 h. CONCLUSION: The extraction technology is appropriate and feasible and it provide theoretic basis for the production of Qinggan lidan capsule.

10.Effects of RNAi-silenced livin gene on glioma cell lines U251

Objective:To construct eukaryotic expression vectors by usingthep Silencer2.0 vector for inhibiting human livin gene by RNA interference,and to detect the effect of the silenced livin gene on the growth and apoptosis of U251 cells. Methods:Two target gene segments were synthesized and cloned into the pSilencer2.0 vectorrespectively to construct two recombinant eukaryotic expression vectors: pSilencer2.0-liv1 and pSilencer2.0-liv2,both of which were identified by enzyme digestion analysis. Then the U251 cells were transfected with the recombinant vectors and the interfering effects were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. The proliferation of the U251 cells was detected by MTT method and their apoptosis index detected by flow cytometry. Results:The results of Enzyme digestion analysis showed that two target segments were cloned into pSilencer2.0 vectors. The results of RT-PCR and Western blot indicated that pSilencer2. 0-liv1 and pSilencer2.0-liv2 vectors could knock down the transcription and expression of livin gene,but the effect of pSilencer2.0-liv2 vectors was better than that of the pSilencer2.0-liv1 vectors. Obvious decrease in growth of the U251 cells was observed after transfected with pSilencer2.0-liv1 and pSilencer2.0-liv2 vectors,along with 17%increase of the apoptosis index in the U251 cells transfected with pSilencer2.0-liv2 vectors. Conclusion:The transcription and expression of livin gene were inhibited effectively in the glioma cell line U251. Aftertransfected with pSilencer2.0-liv2 vectors,the apoptosis index of the U251 cells was increased and the growth inhibited.
