The authors report a case of Von hippel Lindau disease in a 20 years old patients with presenting signs: diminution of visual acuity, intracramial hypertension with a left cerebollar syndrome and existence of an retinal angioma on the right side and papilla oedema on the left side. A scanning examination revealed a cystic tumor with a solid little mass. Angiography showed a capillary nodus coressponding to the mass lesion, with feeding arteries coming from the anterio superior cerebellar artery. Removal of the cyst and the tumor was successful. Pathological examination: Hemangi oblastoma. Negative ultrasound examination of the kidney, pancreas.

Objective To investigate the infection and distribution situations of diarrheogenic Escherichia coli among food practi‐tioners in Changsha City and to understand the carrying status of its virulence genes .Methods Totally 258 food practitioners from 9 units of Changsha City were extracted as the research subjects .Diarrheogenic Escherichia coli was detected by adopting the real time fluorescence multiple PCR .Results The infection rate of diarrheogenic Escherichia coli was 15 .5% (40/258) ,in which EAEC accounted for 10 .9% (28/258) ,EPEC for 3 .1% (8/258) and EHEC for 1 .6% (4/258) respectively ,EIEC and ETEC were not found .Among 28 strains of EAEC ,26 strains carried uidA gene ,13 strains carried aggR+pic gene and 27 strains carried astA gene , the carrying rates were 92 .9% ,46 .4% and 96 .4% respectively ;eight strains of EPEC all carried eae and uidA genes ;among 4 strains of EHEC ,3 strains carried eae gene ,moreover all 4 strains carried stx1+ stx2 gene .Conclusion Establishing a mechanism for continuously monitoring diarrheogenic Escherichia coli and deeply studying its molecular epidemiologic theory not only provide the essential data for the supervisory departments formulating and evaluating the public health measures ,but also has an important significance for evaluating the food safety status ,which can effectively control infectious source and protect the people′s health .

As a connecting bridge between innate immunity and specific immunity,the Toll-like receptors (TLRs) play a significant role in inflammation,cellular signal transduction,and cell apoptosis.TLRs are also essential factors participating in immune regulation and immune escape in the pathogenesis and development of malignant tumors.A large number of clinical and experimental research have shown that the abnormal expression of TLRs can be detected in adenocarcinoma,such as lung cancer,breast cancer and colon caner.In recent years,the relationship between gynecologic malignant tumor and TLRs has received great interest.This article will review and summarize research progress of TLRs in ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,and endometrial neoplasia.

Objective:To explore the effects of different full-crown materials on the periodontal tissues.Methods:120 defected teeth were restored by full-crown with Ni-Cr alloy,Co-Cr alloy and all ceramic respectively(n =40).Periodontal clinical examination (include SGI,PLI,PD)and PCR detection of Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg),Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans(Aa),Prevotella intermedia(Pi)and Fusobacterium nucleatum(Fn)in subgingival plaque of the abutment teeth were performed before and after restora-tion.Results:6 -24 months after restoration SGI,PLI and PD of Ni-Cr and Co-Cr groups were increased(P <0.05),while in all ce-ramic group were not changed(P >0.05).12 months after restoration the detection rate of periodontal pathogens of Ni-Cr and CO-Cr groups was higher than that of all ceramic group(P <0.05).Conclusion:All ceramic is superior to Co-Cr and Ni-Cr in crown resto-ration for periodental tissue.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of estradiol valerate and drospirenone applying in missed abortion and curettage before and after operation.Methods 160 patients with missed abortion parallel curet-tage were chosen,who were randomly divided into the observation group and control group by the number table meth-od.Two groups of patients were oral misoprostol 400 g before uterine curettage 1 h,and then were treated with ultra-sonic curettage after filling the bladder and postoperative routine use of antibiotics for 3 D.3 D before the curettage, observation group were treated with oral estradiol valerate 4 mg for 3 D,2times a day..After curettage of the day, drospirenone orally was given for 1 tablet every night,used in conjunction a cycle for 3weeks.The control group before and after curettage were given without estradiol valerate and drospirenone.Operation time,bleeding volume,postopera-tive bleeding time and bleeding volume,the time of the first menstrual cycle,endometrial repair and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results In the control group,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,for the first time the resumption of menstruation tide time,endometrial thickness,postoperative complication rate were (6.05 ±0.49)min,(50.88 ±9.18)mL,(36.51 ±1.95)d,(4.08 ±0.56)mm and 15.0%;the data of the observation group were (4.46 ±0.45)min,(35.63 ±8.24)mL,of (29.28 ±1.57)d,(6.11 ±0.76)mm and 3.8%.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,for the first time the resumption of menstruation tide time, endometrial thickness,postoperative complication rate differences of the two groups were statistically significant(t =-11.264,-16.643,-24.93,19.151,χ2 =5.959,all P <0.05).Conclusion Giving estradiol valerate and flexor buspirone before and after missed abortion and curettage,can effectively improve the short -term and long -term complications of uterine curettage,and improve the clinical efficacy of dilatation and curettage.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of treating traumatic gonarthromeningitis with acupuncture combined Chinese herbs.Methods:Seventy Patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture and cupping therapy.The control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Tablets,Corydalis Analgesic Tablets and Vitamin C Tablets.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined therapy with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine has a remarkable therapeutic efrect on treating traumatic gonarthromeningitis.

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of retroperitoneoscopy combined with inguen small incision surgery in treatment of urothelium carcinoma.Methods Ninety-eight urothelium carcinoma patients were divided into observation group (56 cases) and control group (42 cases) according to the surgery method.The patients in observation group were treated with retroperitoneoscopy combined with inguen small incision surgery,and the patients in control group were treated with open surgery.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,postoperative ambulation time,drainage tube removal time,hospitalization time,incision fat liquefaction,incision hernia,incision prolapse,incision pain and discomfort,postoperative analgesia,postoperative 3 months incision satisfaction and postoperative 36 months tumor recurrence were observed.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group:(135.23 ±32.18) min vs.(177.58 ±57.29) min,(119.33 ±35.02) ml vs.(161.29 ± 72.06) ml,(2.03 ± 0.73) d vs.(2.79 ± 0.79) d,(20.68 ± 9.75) h vs.(32.41 ± 11.12) h,(8.51 ± 0.93) d vs.(9.81 ± 2.21) d,and there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01).There were no statistical differences in postoperative drainage volume and drainage tube removal time between 2 groups (P ＞ 0.05).The rates of incision fat liquefaction,incision hernia,incision prolapse,incision pain and discomfort and postoperative analgesia in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group:1.79％ (1/56) vs.26.19％ (11/42),0 vs.11.90％ (5/42),0 vs.7.14％ (3/42),1.79％ (1/56) vs.11.90％ (5/42),1.79％ (1/56)vs.11.90％ (5/42),the rate of postoperative 3 months incision satisfaction in observation group (92.86％,52/56) was significantly higher than that in control group (78.57％,33/42),and there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.01 or ＜ 0.05).The rate of tumor recurrence in observation group (14.29％,8/56) was significantly lower than that in control group (47.62％,20/42),and there was statistical difference (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Retroperitoneoscopy combined with inguen small incision surgery in treatment of urothelium carcinoma can significantly reduce the patients' treatment and recovery time,improve the beauty of incision and patients' satisfaction degree,and reduce the postoperative tumor recurrence rate.

Objective: To explore the pharmaceutical care mode for drug treatment and interactions through participating in the treatment of patients using cyclosporine A combined with anti-tuberculosis ( TB) drugs. Methods: The clinical questions were pro-posed and refined, the literature evidence was retrieved in the electronic databases, the questions were answered and the procedure and mode of pharmaceutical care for the similar clinical problems was established. Results:For the patients with cyclosporine A treatment, strong anti-TB drugs should be chosen to ensure the effectiveness and decrease the drug interactions, and the concentration monitoring of cyclosporine A should be paid more attention. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can implement the pharmaceutical care for the pa-tients with immunosuppression and TB infection through developing anti-TB regimen, avoiding the drug interactions, improving the drug safety and so on.

Three active components were isolated from the metabolite of Pseudomonas sp.20~(#)-5 by using organic solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatogram and C-18 reverse phase chromatogram in HPLC.Two of them were identified as phenazine-1-carboxylic acid and 3-n-heptyl-3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline-2,4-dione respectively.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the inhibitory effects and mechanism of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae on the angiogenesis of new granulation tissue in sponge.METHODS:The experimental endometriosis in female rats was established with sponge implantation.The effects of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae on the angiogenesis of new granulation tissue in sponge were observed after intragastric medication for 2 consecutive weeks.The staining of endothelial cell specific Ⅷ factor and vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) was carried out by immunohistochemistry method.The expression of VEGF mRNA was detected by RT-PCR assay.RESULTS:In rats receiving high dosage of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae(SC),the area of new granulation tissue in sponge,the number of blood vessels,the expression of VE-GF and VEGF mRNA were all significantly lower than in model group(P
