2.Relationship Between Behavior Preference in Network Game and Internet Addiction
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2006;0(05):-
Objective: This research mainly concerns the relationship between the behavior preference in network game and internet addiction for players. Methods: This study surveyed 324 players with Behavior Preference in Network Game Questionnaire(BPNGQ) and Internet Addiction Questionnaire(IAQ). Results: There was significant difference in playtime and years of internet for achievement and killer. All scores in factors of BPNGQ were significantly correlated with IAQ. All scores in these factors excluding attitude and emotion of aggression were significantly higher for addictive players. All scores in internet addiction of four typing players excluding achievement and killer were significantly different. Conclusion: Scores of BPNGQ for players could forecast internet addiction. Players of different types display various addiction in network game. Too many behaviors of aggression in games lead to internet addiction for players.

As a result of observation in lab. ,it showed that the rice straw attracted snail well,it at-tracted uninfected and infected snails, and adult and young snails respectively without singnificant difference. On this basis,we can investigate the snails under water by rice straw curtains during water raising season. This paper reported that the method for weaving rice straw curtain fixed by stone, and using foamed plastics as buoy were easy and convenient. The rate of snail-attraction was highest when it took 14 hours ,especially in August.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;(11):1290-1293
Pressure ulcer is a kind of cutaneous and subcutaneous exelcosis and necrosis as suffered long-term pressure. Pressure ulcer mainly related with age, long-term in bed, chronic diseases, lower resistibility, vasculitis and less activities, as well as long-term pressing, poor blood circulation and untidy body environment. Pressure ulcer can be classified into 4 stages with severity. The risk to pressure ulcer should be evaluated, mainly with Braden score. Prevention of pressure ulcer included keeping clean, avoiding long-term pressure and find-ing potential pressure ulcer as soon as possible, based on improving the system situation and dealing with original diseases. For the patients suffered from pressure ulcer, it was important to decompress, debride the wound, keep humidity, and apply some new dressing with external drugs and vacuum sealing draining (VSD) and good psychological nurse and communication.

Objective To investigate the incidence of cholecystolithiasis in 1iver cirrhosis and analyze its influencing factors and clinical significance. Methods We selected 128 patients with 1iver cirrhosis who were di-agnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from Oct. 2014 to Aug. 2015 as the observation group. Meanwhile, 140 cases received medical examination served as the control group. The liver cirrhosis group were divided into class A (group A), class B (group B), class C (group C) ac-cording to the Child-Pugh grades. We measured the levels of fasting serum albumin (ALB) and cholecystokinin (CCK) of all subjects. The relationship of cholecystolithiasis in 1iver cirrhosis to gender, liver function Child-Pugh classification, ascites, levels of ALB and CCK was analyzed. Results (1) Univariate analysis revealed: compared with the control group, the incidence of cholecystolithiasis in 1iver cirrhosis group was higher (35.2%vs 8.6%, P<0.05). With increase of the degree of liver damage, the incidence of cholecystolithiasis increased. And the incidence of cholecystolithiasis in group B and group C were both higher than that of group A (group A 22.9% vs group B 35.0%vs group C 50.0%, P<0.05). The incidence of cholecystolithiasis in the 1iver cirrhosis group with ascites was significantly higher than that of the control group (38.6% vs 22.2% vs 8.6%, P < 0.05). With increase of the degree of liver damage, the level of ALB in liver cirrhosis group decreased compared with the control group (P<0.05), while the level of CCK was obviously higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The morbidity rate did not differ between the males and females with cirrhosis (P>0.05). (2) Multiple Logistic regression analysis re-vealed that the level of ALB is the main influencing factor (P<0.05). Other factors were not statistically significant. Conclusion Cholecystolithiasis frequently occurs in patients with liver cirrhosis, which has no correlation with the gender of patient, but it correlates with liver function, ascites, the levels of ALB and CCK. Among of them, the level of ALB is the main influencing factor.

Objective To investigate the relationship between positive experience and social support of spouses' of community stroke patients. Methods 100 stroke patients and their spouses in two communities were conveniently selected and investigated about their positive experience and social support with General Information Questionnaire (GIQ),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Positive Aspects of Caregiver (PAC),Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS).Results The mean score of the spouses' positive experience was (22.74±5.85); the dimension of serf-affirmation was (15.82±3.84),higher than the dimension of life expectation(6.92±2.95).The scores of the spouses' positive experience were significantly different among age, gender, education of spouses and age and ability of daily life of stroke patients; the score of the spouses' positive experience was positively correlated with social support, subjective support, utility of support;multiple linear regression showed that age of spouses, ability of daily life of stroke patients and utility of support were influential important factors of spouses' positive experience. Conclusions The spouses' positive experience was below average level,we must pay more attention to improve it,utility of support can improve spouses' positive experience.

Aim To explore the behavior and CBS /H2 S levels of hippocampus in post traumatic stress dis-order (PTSD)rats and study the effect of exogenous H2 S on PTSD rats. Methods Single prolonged stress paradigm was adopted to prepare PTSD animal model. Morris water maze test was adopted to test space learn-ing and memory ability.CBS /H2 S content in hippo-campus tissue sample was measured using Western blot and methylene blue method. In vivo extracellular single unit recording was used to examine the frequency of spontaneous discharges of hippocampus neurons.Re-sults ① Escape latency increased and quadrant time (%)and platform crossing times decreased in Morris water maze test of PTSD group compared with normal group(P <0.01 ).CBS /H2 S level in hippocampus tis-sue of PTSD group also decreased compared with nor-mal group (P <0.01 ,P <0.05 ).② Escape latency decreased and quadrant time(%)and platform cross-ing times increased in Morris water maze test of NaHS+PTSD group compared with PTSD group(P <0.01 ).③ L-cysteine increased the frequency of spontaneous discharges of hippocampus neurons(P < 0.01 ).Con-clusions Learning and memory ability decrease in PTSD model rats owing to the inhibition of CBS /H2 S content in hippocampus tissue. The mechanism of be-havior improvement of H2 S on PTSD model rat is possi-bly related to the excitation of H2 S on frequency of spontaneous discharges of hippocampus neurons.
