Objective: To analyze the information about coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on WeChat official accounts of centers for disease control and prevention (CDCs) in Zhejiang Province from January 20 to February 5,2020,so as to provide reference for improving the effects of health communication by WeChat official accounts. Methods: The number,content and pageview of the information about COVID-19 on WeChat official accounts of one provincial and eleven municipal CDCs from January 20 to February 5 were collected and analyzed. The number of new followers and WeChat communication power index (WCI) were employed to evaluate the communication effect. Results: By February 5,those WeChat public official accounts pushed 629 pieces of information about COVID-19. The pageviews were 3 713 428 in total and 5 903.70 on average. There were totally 633 008 followers,including 110 341 new followers which contributed to a growth rate of 21.11%. The average WCI was 677.81. The WCIs of eight official accounts were higher than 500,with “Zhejiang Health Education” the highest (1 021.95). The daily pageviews peaked on January 20,21,25 and 31. Among the top 15 pieces of information in pageviews,there were 7 pieces for epidemic announcements,3 pieces for popular science and 5 pieces for behavioral intervention. Conclusions The WeChat official accounts of CDCs in Zhejiang Province pushed the information about COVID-19 in line with the progress of the epidemic and the demand of the public,leading to a higher attention and better communication effect.

Objective Tolearnthecurrentsituationoffoodsafetyrisksurveillanceandtoimprovetheleveloffoodsafety riskmonitoringinShaoxingCity.Methods Wecollecteddatafromthenationalfoodcontaminantinformationsystem, foodbornediseasesurveillancereportingsystem,andthequestionnaireoffoodsafetyriskmonitoringnetwork.Results A total of 1 59 health professionals engaged in the food safety risk surveillance,and the full-time professionals was accounted for 23.90% of all the health professionals.About 90%of working equipments were equipped in the CDC of Shaoxing City, and 46% of working equipments were equipped in the county level CDC under Shaoxing′s jurisdiction.There were 483 food inspection projects in city level CDC,and 1 62 in county/district level CDC.A total of 1.595 million Yuan was allocated by the provincial special financial subsidy funds,and 1.85 million Yuan was allocated by the county special financial subsidy funds.Average 1.1 6 samples per 1 000 people of food safety risk surveillance and the positive detection rate of the foodbornediseasewas2.81%.Conclusion Theworkingfundingoffoodsafetyrisksurveillanceandprofessionalpeople were insufficient.The positive detection rate of specific pathogens foodborne disease was low and the mechanism operation was not perfect.The working mechanism should be to improved.The working funding,staffing,and monitoring ability should be strengthened.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the CT perfusion and microvessel density (MVD),expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in neoplasm of head and neck.Methods Eighty-eight lesions of head and neck were scanned by spiral CT.The largest axial surface of the mass was searched on unenhanced imaging,and at this level the dynamic contrast enhanced scan series was acquired.Time-density curves (TDC)were created from circular or oval regions of the interest drawn over the mass,target artery by Toshiba Xpress/SX spiral CT with perfusion functional software.The parameters were measured including:peak height (PH ),peak time (PT ),mean transit time (MTT), contrast enhancement ratio(RPH),and perfusion flow (PF).Histopathological slides of 35 masses were carefully prepared for the anti-CD34 and VEGF immunohistochemical staining and tumor microvessel density and calculation of VEGF expression scores.The parameters of CT perfusion were correlatively study with MVD and VEGF.Results(1)The TDC of CT perfusion imaging could be classified into 3 types.The TDC of 53/77 (68.9% )malignant tumors presented the type with rapid ascending and rapid descending after injecting contrast.The TDC of 6/9 malignant lymphomas showed low platform curve。(2)The PF median of thyroid carcinoma was 82.2(41.0,183.4)ml?min~(-1)?100 g~(-1).There was significantly difference in the parameters of CT perfusion among thyroid carcinoma and squamaous cell cancer (Median 23.8 (7.0, 108.4)ml?min~(-1)?100 g~(-1))and lymphomas (Median 24.5(13.2,78.6)ml?min~(-1)?100 g~(-1)).(3) MVD in benign tumors was (44.7?3.4),and in malignant tumors,it is (49.6?14.8 ).There was no significantly difference in MVD between benign and malignant tumors.High VEGF expression was found in 15 malignant tumors and 1 benign tumors,low VEGF expression was found in 9 malignant tumors and 10 benign tumors.(4)There were no significantly difference in VEGF expression and MVD.There was good correlation between MVD (M 40.0 )and PH (M 26.9 ),RPH (M 14.5 ),PF (M 46.8 )(r = 0.35,45.49, 0.41 ).There was correlation between VEGF(M 4.0)and MTT(M 16.7 )(r = -0.41 ).Conclusion The TDC and CT perfusion could be helpful to differentiate benign from malignant tumors. CT peffusion in neoplasm of head and neck is correlated with MVD and VEGF,and may reflect MVD and expression of VEGF.

OBJECTIVE: To find the mutation of disease-causing genes of sudden unexplained death syndrome (SUDS) in the young by whole exome sequencing in one case. METHODS: One SUDS case was found no obvious fatal pathological changes after conventional autopsy and pathological examination. The whole exome sequencing was performed with the Ion Torrent PGM™ System with hg19 as reference sequence for sequencing data. The functions of mutations were analyzed by PhyloP, PolyPhen2 and SIFT. A three-step bioinformatics filtering procedure was carried out to identify possible significative single nucleotide variation (SNV), which was missense mutation with allele frequency < 1% of myocardial cell. RESULTS: Four rare suspicious pathogenic SNV were identified. Combined with the analysis of conventional autopsy and pathological examination, the mutation MYOM2 (8_2054058_G/A) was assessed as high-risk deleterious mutation by PolyPhen2 and SIFT, respectively. CONCLUSION Based on the second generation sequencing technology, analysis of whole exome sequencing can be a new method for the death cause investigation of SUDS. The gene MYOM2 is a new candidate SUDS pathogenic gene for mechanism research.

OBJECTIVEWith the objective of discovering novel putative chromosomal regions and special genes involved in the carcinogenesis, progression and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell cancer (LSCC).

METHODSDNA copy profile of LSCC were obtained and analyzed by comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) and a computerized digital image analysis system. cDNA microarray of LSCC was performed and the profile was analyzed by Hierarchical clustering.

RESULTSCGH analysis showed average-12.9 gains and losses of chromosomes in LSCC. Relatively high frequencies of gains were found at 3q15-21 (14/18), 5p12-13 (11/18), 8q22-24 (6/18), 11q12-13 (8/18), 15q21-23 (7/18) and 18p11 (8/18), while those of losses at 1p13-21 (8/18), 3p21-23 (14/18), 5q21-22 (14/18), 9p12-pter (11/18) and 13q21-31 (8/18). Hierarchical clustering analysis showed that the differentially expressed genes were segregated into three groups. Three genes differentially expressed in process I (normal tissue to cancer) and process II (cancer to lymph node metastasis), and the Cy5/Cy3 ratios of twelve genes were either higher than 5.0 or lower than 0.2 in process I or process II. The fifteen special genes were first reported possibly to be the relationships with LSCC. In particular, 4 genes of them, which were cytochrome C oxidase Va, PPBP, EPHX2 and PON1, were first reported to correlate with tumorigenesis. SH3GL2, which was one of the 15 special genes, was located at one of the special chromosome regions, 9p12-pter.

CONCLUSIONThe important genes and special chromosomal aberrances might provide us a clue for further investigation of carcinogenesis, progression and metastasis in LSCC.

Objective To investigate the distribution and changes of microorganisms on the skin of submariners under a chronically closed environment , and provide reference for targeted medical support .Methods One hundred and twenty-two samples were collected using swab.After culture and isolation, the microbes were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry ( MALDI-TOF-MS) .Results A total of 52 types of 229 bacteria and 2 types of fungi were isolated . Major opportunistic pathogens included Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter cloacae, while major dwelling bacteria included Micrococcus luteus, Oslo Mora bacteria, Acinetobacter, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Serratia marcescens.Compared with the early period of the task, major opportunistic pathogens and dwelling bacteria were significantly increased in the middle and late period of the task .Conclusion The skin microbes of the submariners are investigated , targeted drugs need to be prepared for daily medical support and war trauma .

Objective To evaluate the effect of antiplatelet drugs and ischemic-events-free duration by thromboelastography (TEG) in patients undergoing peripheral endovascular treatment.Methods From Mar 2015 to Oct 2016,38 patients undergoing initial successful peripheral stenting and then coming back for recurrent ischemic events.TEG was used to evaluate the platelet inhibition rate induced by arachidonic acid (AA％) approach,the platelet inhibition rate induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP％) approach,and the ADP-induced platelet-fibrin clot strength (MAADP).Clinical feature differences between patients with MAADP ＞ 47 mm and MAADP ≤ 47 mm were compared.Results AA％ less than 50％ was found in 9 patients(23.9％),and ADP％ less than 30％ in 14 patients(36.8％).5 patients met the two conditions.Patients with MAADp ＞ 47 mm had a significantly lower ADP％ (x2 =10.755,P ＜ 0.001),compared to patients with MAADP ≤47 mm.Univariate survival analysis showed ADP％ ＜ 30％ and MAADP ＞47 mm were risk factors for getting shorter ischemic-events-free duration,compared to patients with ADP％ ≥ 30 (P ＜ 0.001),with MAADP ≤47 mm (x2 =4.408,P =0.036).Conclusions TEG may detect those patients who has a low response to antiplatelet drugs,and some TEG parameters may have a ischemic predictive value.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of terbutaline combined with budesonide atomized inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis obliterans .Methods 140 cases of children with bronchiolitis obliterans from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as research subjects , and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table ,with 70 cases in each group .The control group was given budesonide atomized inhalation alone ,and the observation group was given terbutaline combined with budesonide atomized inhalation .The clinical effects ,disappeared time of symptoms ,levels of IL-4 and INF-γbefore and after treatment and incidence rate of adverse effects in the two groups were compared .Results The excellent effective rate and total effective rate of the control group were 28.57％,78.57％,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the observation group (44.29％,95.71％) (χ2 =9.73,8.60,all P<0.05).The disappeared time of symptoms of the observation group was significantly shorter than those of the control group ( t=2.67,3.15,2.20, 2.36,all P<0.05).The levels of IL-4 and INF-γafter treatment of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and before treatment (t=2.44,2.71,3.07,3.66,2.94,3.26,all P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse effects of the control group and the observation group were 8.57％,11.43％,respectively, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =1.49,P>0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline combined with budesonide atomized inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis obliterans can efficiently control the disease progression ,shorten the clinical disease course ,regulate the levels of IL -4 and IFN-γand not aggravate the adverse drug reactions .

Objective To analyze the related pathogenicity gene mutations in a sudden death of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) on whole exome level.Methods Whole exome sequencing (WES) was been performed on a sudden death case sample with pathological features of HCM by Illumina(R) Hiseq 2500 platform.Using hgl9 as the reference sequences,the sequencing data were analyzed.Suspicious single nucleotide variants (SNV) were screened,and the conservatism and function were analyzed by the software such as PhyloP,PolyPhen-2,SIFT,etc.Results After screening,a heterozygous mutation C719R was finally identified in the gene MYBPC3 of this case.Conclusion The molecular anatomy on whole exome level by second generation sequencing technology can help to define the molecular mechanism of HCM and provide a new mothed and thought for analysis of death cause.
