2.Treatment of interstitial tubal pregnancy with Guizhi Fuling pill assisted with methotrexate and mifepristone

Objective To analyze treatment of tubal interstitial pregnancy with Guizhi Fuling pill assisted with methotrexate and mifepristone.Methods 90 cases tubal interstitial pregnancy patients from January 2015 to June 2016 were grouped by admission order and each group with 45 cases.Methotrexate and mifepristone therapy were given the control group,Guizhi Fuling pill assisted with methotrexate and mifepristone were given the observation group.Treatment success rate,β-HCG negative time,mass disappearance time,length of hospitalization and adverse reactions were compared.Results (After treatment,treatment success rate of observation group was 91.11%and 80.49%of tubal smooth,witch all higher than control group with(88.89%,77.50%),but the difference was not statistically significant.(For the treatment of two groups of patients with success,β-HCG negative time,mass disappearance time and length of hospitalization of observation group were(13.05±1.08,24.09±1.43,15.37±0.82)days,shorter than control group with(17.39±1.50,27.43±2.19,18.85±1.)days(P<0.05).③ During treatment,adverse reactions of observation group was 11.11%,lower than control group with 26.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pill assisted with methotrexate and mifepristone can shorten treatment time and reduce side effects for tubal interstitial pregnancy patients.
3.Application Experience of Pulse-activating Injection in Hypotension Caused by Tracheal Intubation

Pulse-activating injection has the functions of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, and recovering pulse from a collapse state. It is applied in hypotension caused by serious infection or hypovolemia extensively. Pulse-activating injection can be also used to treat hypotension caused by tracheal intubation with good effects. Appropriate application according to state of illness is very important, such as controlling infection and supplementing blood-volume, etc. When applied in cardia insufficiency, vasodilating agent should be used together to regulate dropping rate.
4.Comparison of diagnosis values of combined detection of IAM,hs-CRP,MYO,CK-MB,hs-cTnT in acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate the value of serum ischemia-modified protein (IMA),hypersensitivity C reaction protein (hs-CRP),myoglobin (MYO)creatine kinase MB (CK-MB)and ultra-sensitivity troponin T (hs-cTnT)in the early diagnosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Serum levels of IMA,hs-CRP,MYO,CK-MB and hs-cTnT were meaused in 94 patients with ACS[including 40 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP),20 cases of non-ST segment elevation myocardial in-farction(NSTEMI),non-Q wave myocardial infarction and 34 cases of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),Q wave myocardial infarction]and 99 cases of controls.The efficiency,sensitivity,specificity,negative and positive predictive values in the early diagnosis of ACS were compared among 5 kinds markers by the ROC curve.Results The detection results of serum IMA,hs-CRP,MYO,CK-MB and hs-cTnT had statistically significant differences between the UAP,NSTEMI and STEMI groups with the normal control group (P <0.05),serum IMA,hs-CRP,MYO,CK-MB and hs-cTnT had statistically significant differences between the UAP group with the NSTEMI group and between the UAP group with STEMI group (P <0.05),but the difference between NSTEMI and STEMI group group was not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion In the patients with ACS,the multiple indicators combined detection can achieve the early diagnostic value.

7.Clinical Medication for Infections Caused by ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Kalispell Pneumonia

OBJECTIVE: To study the hospital infections caused by ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Kalispell.METHODS: Bacterial drug resistance of 460 stains of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Kalispell pneumonia and the application of antibiotics in our hospital in 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS: The infections caused by ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Kalispell pneumonia were more often found in department of respiratory diseases,ICU and neurosurgery patients,which were treated empirically predominantly with levofloxacin,followed by cefoperazone/sulbactam,but were treated mostly by carbapenems,levofloxacin,cefoperazone/sulbactam after the drug susceptibility test results were obtained.The drug combination was characterized predominantly by combined use of two kinds,at most 6 kinds in combination.CONCLUSION: In most of the cases the medication for infections caused by ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Kalispell pneumonia is effective and reasonable.However,in a few cases the application of antibiotics is irrational and nonstandard,which should be given fully attention.
8.Polyhydroxybutyrate Synthesis in Recombinant Zymonomas mobilis Affected Ethanol Production

Zymonomas mobilis was transformed with a polyhydroxybutyrate synthesis operon phbCAB equipped with a pdc promoter from Z. mobilis. For the first time,PHB was produced in recombinant Z.mobilis. Shake flask studies indicated that accumulation of PHB in Zymomonas mobilis increased approximately 10% ethanol productivity for the first 48h of anaerobic fermentation. After that,the PHB effect was observed as insignificant probably due to the exhaustion of the sugar.
9.Expression of the Fas antigen and induction of apoptosis in human eosinophils in vitro

AIM: The expression of the Fas Antigen and induction of apoptosis by anti-Fas antibody in esoinophils in vitro were investigated. METHODS: Purified eosinophils from health donors were cultured for 72 h in the presence of human IL-5 and with or without anti-Fas monclonal antibody (MoAb) at various concentrations (1-1000 ?g/L). The expression of the Fas antigen on eosinophils was determined by immunocytochemistry. The changes of eosinophils viability and apoptosis were also studied. RESULTS: The Fas antigen was expressed on freshly isolated eosinophils, which had no significant changes after culture in the presence or absence of IL-5. The anti-Fas MoAb at different concentration suppressed significantly the IL-5-mediated eosinophils survival (78%?9%). When eosinophils were cultured in the presence of IL-5 (1?10 4 U/L) with anti-Fas MoAb (1 000 ?g/L), the percentage of alive cell decreased to 30%?12%( P
