2.Approach to TCM Characteristics of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment from Studying Mechansim of Hectic-fever
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(6):428,430-
"Hectic fever"is one kind of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms that call be Seen in marlv diseases and usually occurs in the afternoon during 3 to 5 PM.With constant clinical practices, doctors have proved that hectic fever can be induced by excess syndrome of Yang Ming Fu-organ,deficiency of blood and body fluid, stagnation of blood stasis, repression of qi activities due to humid heat, and floating of deficient yang qi.Therapies are divergent according to different pathogenesis.Clinically we should make the identification of etiology according to differentiation of symptoms and signs.grasp the essential pathogenesis and fully play the characteristics of TCM in treating based on syndrome differentiation and treating the same disease with different methods.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2001;23(3):367-368
Objective To evaluate the effects of meglumine diatrizoate mucilage (MDC) used as contrast medium in bronchography. Methods A total of 500 patients undergoing bronchography were reviewed, including male 346, female 154, with an average age of 42 (ranged 5~71). Among them, 415 were examined with bilateral bronchography in a dose of 20~30 ml, 85 with unilateral bronchography in 10~15 ml of MDC. Results In 487 cases (97.4%), the lobes, segments, subsegment bronchi were revealed very well, and 456 cases (91.2%) had no cough. Conclusion MDC is regarded as an ideal bronchial contrast medium, and may replace dionosil and iodized oil.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
ObjectiveTo summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of malignant change in choledochal cyst patients in the past 20 years. MethodsThe clinical data of 16 patients admitted from 1980 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. Results9 patients had had a previous internal drainage procedure,12 patients had biliary tract infection, 4 cases presented with abdominal masses. All suffered body weight loss and general malaise. ERCP was performed in 5 cases with no previous operation, in which abnormal pancreatobiliary duct junction was found in 4 patients. Laparotomy plus metastatic lymph node biopsy was performed in 4 patients, choledochotomy with T-tube drainage for 4 patients, cyst excision and pancreatoduodenectomy for 3 cases, partial cyst excision with left lobectomy for 2 patients, cyst excision with Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy for 3 patients. Pathology proved carcinoma was located in cyst wall in most cases.Postoperative survival time ranged from 4 to 31 months with a mean of 12.7 months. ConclusionsThe clinical symptoms of malignant change in congenital choledochal cyst were non-specific. The preoperative diagnosis for canceration was difficult, and the prognosis was poor.Total extrahepatic choledochocele resection should be adopted for the prevention of canceration.Intraoperative frozen section is helpful to confirm diagnosis. Cyst excision with pancreatoduodenectomy is the treatment of choice for carcinoma invading pancreatic head.

BACKGROUND: The intraocular lens can move forward during cataract optic capsular surgery, but the changes in the human eye diopter cannot be monitored in such a dynamically adjustment process,it is difficult to obtain clinical data which could reveal the correlation between intraocular lens forward and human eye diopter adjustment.OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of intraocular lens movement on the adjustment of human eye diopter.METHODS: Based on Hwey-Lan Liou eye model, using optical design software ZEMAX to realize ray tracing, the relationship of intraocular lens forward in the eye with the adjustment of human eye diopter was investigated.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Once the intraocular lens forward for a certain distance, human eye obtained the amount of accommodating diopter was not constant; the adjustment amount depended on the axial length and the required intraocular lens implantation, especially in axial length; for the intraocular lens forward of the surgical eyes at different axial lengths, the amount of accommodating human eye diopter was negatively correlated with axial length.

Objective To understand the molluscicidal effects of water extract of Ginkgo biloba's peel on Oncomelania hupensis Methods Immersion methods with a series of six concentrations from 0.3 percent to 3 percent were used to determine the molluscicidal effect. Results The LC 50 of the water extract of 1.0 percent was 28.8 mg/L for 24 hours immersion,12.6 mg/L for 48 hours, and 0.48 mg/L for 72 hours, respectively. The LC 50 of the extract of 2 percent was 19.9 mg/L for 24 hours,11.2 mg/L for 48 hours and 0.48 mg/L for 72 hours, respectively. The LC 50 of the extract of 3 percent was 19.1 mg/L for 24 hours,10.9 mg/L for 48 hours and 0.48 mg/L for 72 hours, respectively. The higher of the concentration, the better of the effect. Meantime, it's poisoning to crops and fishes was very low. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba's peel has molluscicidal effect. It is a good candidate of potential plant molluscicides.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(35):5646-5651
BACKGROUND:There are many methods in the clinic to treat pelvic fractures, mainly conservative treatment, internal fixation and external fixation. Conservative treatment often causes complications due to poor reduction after fractures. Fixation has good effects on repair of unstable fractures, but fixation is seldom used for pelvic fractures.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of internal fixation on unstable pelvic fractures, and compare with conservative treatment and external fixation.
METHODS:126 cases of unstable pelvic fractures from Longhua District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City from January 2008 to June 2014 were divided into three groups:conservative treatment group, external fixation group and internal fixation group (n=42). After treatment, patients received X-ray examination. Lindahl imaging criteria were used as evidence. The quality of fracture reduction was evaluated. Patients were regularly fol owed up after treatment. The recovery of limb function was evaluated according to Majeed standard. Repair effects, the excel ent and good rates of fracture healing and cal us growth were evaluated in the last fol ow-up.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:During the last fol ow-up, the total efficiency was 81%in the internal fixation group, 69%in the conservative treatment group, and 71%in the external fixation group, and results were significantly better in the internal fixation group than in the other two groups (P<0.05). The Lindahl and Majeed scores were significantly higher in the internal fixation group than in the other two groups (P<0.05). These results suggest that internal fixation for unstable pelvic fracture obtained better recovery effects and efficiency than conservative treatment and external fixation. Thus, the internal fixation is more suitable for patients with unstable pelvic fractures.
