OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization and its trend of antidepressants in Beijing.METHODS: The antidepressants used in 70 hospitals in Beijing from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of the variety,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc.RESULTS: The consumption sum of the antidepressants used in Beijing increased year by year.CONCLUSION: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs) have become the first-line antidepressants,but the application of the tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants decreased year by year.The new antidepressants such as venlafaxine increased sharply.

Objective To investigate the level of serum cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) and its relationship with vascular calcification in diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients .Methods COMP was tested in 54 (DN) group and 28 matched healthy persons (healthy group) .DN group was divided into vascular calcification group (VC) and non‐vascular calcification (non VC) group .DN group was also divided into cardiovascular disease group (CVD‐y) and without cardiovascular disease group (CVD‐n) in view of the company of cardiovascular disease .Serum COMP levels was compared between the DN group and the control group ,the VS group and the non VS group ,and the CVD‐y group and the CVD‐n group .The correlations between COMP level and the occur‐rence of cardiovascular disease ,the incidence of vascular calcification were estimated by Wald analysis of the application of Wald test .Results Serum COMP in DN group was significantly higher than the control group;Aortic arch calcification accounted for 75 .9% of the DN group .The serum COMP in VC group was higher than that of non VC group ,CVD‐y group had higher COMP than CVD‐n group old respectively with every 10 ng/mL increased in concentration of serum COMP .Conclusion The higher of concentration of serum COM P ,the more risk of vascular calcification and CVD .

OBJECTIVE To compare the air sterilization effect of in operating room used by different air sterilization methods.METHODS Four types sterilization methods were used to operating room air.Then sampling monitoring and evaluation were done.RESULTS The qualification rate of air sterilization were 79.17%,62.79%,79.63%,97.22% in peroxyacetic acid fumigating,simple ultraviolet radiation,peroxyacetic acid fumigating combined with simple ultraviolet radiation,ultraviolet light circulation wind air sterilization machine,respectively.The sterilization effect of ultraviolet light circulation wind was better than the others.CONCLUSIONS Ultraviolet light circulation wind air sterilization machine can be used to air sterilization in non-laminar air flow purify operating room.

Objective To evaluate the effect of medical hygiene wipes on disinfecting object surface and compliance to use in an intensive care unit (ICU).Methods 30 beds in the ICU at a hospital were randomly selected and divided into three groups:A,B and C,each group had 10 beds.Group A were only provided hygiene wipes,group B used towel soaked in chlorine-containing disinfectant (disinfected towel),group C were provided both medical hygiene wipes and disinfected towel for selected use.Compliance to different disinfection methods,and disinfectant efficacy on object surface were compared.Results The rate of compliance to disinfection in group A was higher than group B (78.78% vs 42.12%,χ2 =68.56,P <0.05);except medical disposal trolley and ventilator,compliance to disinfection of the other object surface in group A were all higher than group B (all P <0.05).Except ventilator, adenosis triphosphate (ATP)values before and after disinfection of object surface in group A and B were both significantly different (both P <0.05 ),disinfectant efficacy of group A was superior to group B.Group C used medical hygiene wipes more than disinfected towel ([836 times,91 .57%]vs [77 times,8.43%]).Nurses spent (20.15+ 3.00 )minutes on preparing disinfectant every day,and (15.02 ± 2.00 )minutes on washing used disinfected towel,while hygiene wipes could be used immediately,discarded after use,and was timesaving. Conclusion Use of medical hygiene wipes is convenient,rapid,and without irritating odor,it also improves disinfection effect on object surface and ICU health care workers’compliance to disinfection.

〔Abstract〕 The paper introduces the informatization management system in specialist clinic blood-taking room, which compares with the process before informatization from the aspects of error rates of blood samples, patients satisfaction, hospital labor costs and so on to highlight the advantages of informatization management.The progressiveness, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures are discussed, informatization management could improve work efficiency and patients satisfaction.

OBJECTIVE： The compound nucleic acid granules were prepared， observed for their therapeutic effects， and determined for their pharmacological actions METHODS： Quality control was used in their preparation The therapeutic effects were observed on 22 patients with coronary heart disease of stable angina pectoris with hyperlipemia who were chosen according to clinical diagnosis standard RESULTS： （ 1） Improvment of clinical symptoms for angina pectoris： satisfactory 22 7％ ， improved 68 2％ ， failure 9 0％ ； （ 2） Blood lipid analysis： cholesterols and triglycerides were improved significantly after administration of the preparation（ P0.05;P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The compound nucleic acid granules have marked effects on coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and hyperlipemia.

Objective To study the anti-proliferation and apoptosis induction effect of cisplatin combined with Astragalus on human laryngeal cancer Hep-2 cells.Methods The proliferation inhibition of cisplatin and Astragalus alone or in combination on Laryngeal cancer Hep-2cells was measured by MTT assay.Effects of cisplatin and Astragalus alone or in combination on apoptosis of Hep-2 cells were detected by flow cytometry (FCM).Western blot was used to analyze the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins.Results The inhibition ratio of proliferation of Hep-2 cells was (53.83 ± 17.12) ％ in the astragalus group,(69.12 ± 27.12)％ in the cisplatin group,and (84.55 ± 27.84)％ in the cisplatin combined with Astragalus group,and was significantly greater than the control group (0％) (t =16.87,16.67,40.90,P ＜0.01),respectively.The apoptotic ratio of Hep-2 cells was (38.2 ± 13.6)％ in the astragalus group,(67.2 ± 17.8)％ in the cisplatin group,and (86.4 ± 25.1)％] in the cisplatin combined with Astragalus group,and was significantly greater than control group (17.1 ± 1.3) ％ (t =8.11,12.77,24.92,P ＜0.05),respectively.The effect in the combination group is better than the other group (t =11.33,9.37,P ＜ 0.01).The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were changed.Conclusions The tumor-killing effect of cisplatin on laryngeal cancer Hep-2 cells could be enhanced significantly by the combination application of astragalus by the way of regulating the expression of Bcl-2/Bax.

Background The ultrasonography for silicone tamponade eye is a problem in diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases,especially for the calculation of intraocular lens (IOL) power.IOL Master is usually used to the biometric measurement of the silicone tamponade eye in well-equipped hospital,but it is still disabled in serious cataractous eyes.Corrective B or A-type ultrasound methods have been used for a fewer years,but these measured results are incomparable probably due to the difference of viscosity of silicone oils.Objective This study attempted to investigate the accuracy of B-type ultrasonography for ocular axial length (AL) measurement in silicone tamponade eyes.Methods The transmitting speed of ultrasonic wave in the silicone oil was determined by comparing the outcomes between balance solution mesuring and 5 500 mPas silicone oil,and a calculating formula for corrective ocular AL in 5 500 mPas silicone filled eyes was further established.Thirty-two eyes of 30 patients who received 5 500 mPas silicone oil tamponade due to complex retinal detachment were enrolled in Qingdao Hiser Medical Group from May 2012 to March 2014.The eyes were assigned to the AL＜26 mm group (18 eyes of 16 patients) and AL≥26 mm group (14 eyes of 14 patients).B-scan ultrasound and IOL Master were used to measure the AL before the removal of the silicone oil,and the Als were measured again using A-scan ultrasound and B-scan ultrasound 3 months after the removal of the silicone oil.The outcomes were compared and the correlations were evaluated among different measuring methods.The vitrous length values before and after removal of the oils,and the diopters before and after intraocular pressure (IOP) implantation were compared to varify the results of B-type sonography for 5 500 mPas silicone-tamponade eyes.Results The transmitting speed of sound wave in 5 500 mPas silicone oil was 1 023 m/second with the conversion factor 0.668 between silicon oil eyes and vitreous cavity,and the corrected formula for AL measurement was:the length form cornea apex to the posterior pole of lens or the center of the capsular membrane+ 0.668×the length form posterior pole of lens or the center of the capsular membrane to the macular area.No significnant differences were found in the AL values among the corrective-B scan,IOL Master method,postoperative Bscan method and A-scan method both in the AL＜26 mm group and the AL≥26 mm group (AL＜26 mm:F=0.108,P =0.955;AL ≥ 26 mm:F =0.011,P =0.998),and the AL values by corrective B-scan was significantly correlated with that by IOL Master,postoperative B-scan and A-scan,respectively (AL＜26 mm group:r =0.876,0.921,0.809,all at P＜0.01;AL ≥ 26 mm group:r =0.943,0.956,0.955,all at P＜0.01).The vitreous cavity depth was (20.78 ±2.13)mm by corrective B-scan in 1 day before the removal of silicone,and that in 3 months after removal of silicone was (20.89±2.16) mm,without statistical diference between them (t =0.795,P =0.219).The actual postoperative refraction in 16 eyes with IOL was (-1.25 ± 1.69) D,and preoperative refrection was (-1.50 ±0.00) D,the difference was not statistically significant (t =0.585,P =0.284).Conclusions The biometry of B-scan ultrasonography for silicone-tamponade eye is accurate and simple,with a good feasibility in clinical measurement.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the application practice of PIVAS standardization in pharmacy intravenous admixture ser-vice(PIVAS)of our hospital. METHODS:Based on JCI,the design concept and management mode of PIVAS were analyzed and summarized from PIVAS design,management,job and medical order time arrangement,staff management,infusion quality or fault emergency plan,etc. RESULTS:After introducing JCI standards,the improvement was conducted in respects of management system and work flow design,purification system and logistics division design,information system design,etc. Working hour was arranged according to the workload or work flow and the actual needs of clinical departments. Medical orders,1 batch per hour,24 batches one day,were delivered to clinical departments according the time point. The positivity of the staff had been improved, and work quantization and performance appraisal had been achieved. Those improvement optimized drug dispensing process, cleared the responsibility of information management and guaranteed the quality of infusion. Work error analysis and summary were monthly conducted;the number of work error decreased from 562 cases before JCI introduction(2013)to 264 cases after JCI intro-duction (2014),decreasing by 112.87% annually. CONCLUSIONS:JCI standard is of significance to the promotion of PIVAS management,work level and quality,and safe and rational use of drugs in the clinic.
