Objective To discuss the surgical methodology for sunken upper eyelid and its curative effect by eyelid orbital fat reset.Methods 26 patients with the sunken upper eyelid were operated,in which blepharoplasty incision was used to open musculus orbicularis oculi and septum orbitale,dissected levator,displaced orbital fat were extended and replaced to the sunken region of upper eyelid,to mild-to-moderate ptosis evator tendon membrane folding suture was carried out at the same time and the wound was routinely sutured through 7-0 nylon thread.Results All cases were followed up for 12 months after operation.There was no obvious complication occurred,All cases got ideal outcomes,with smooth and symmetry lid folds.Conclusions The postoperative effects of upper eyelid orbital fat reset for correction of eyelid sunken are satisfactory,without inequality complications,and therefore it is worth promoting.

Objective The paper is to explore the cultivation effect of teachers' scientific research ability in medical vocational college.Methods The proportional stratified sampling method was introduced.108 professional teachers were selected as the research objects in Cangzhou Medical College.The various measures were taken to cultivate teachers' scientific research ability.Comprehensive evaluation of teachers' scientific research ability is divided into subjective and objective quantitative evaluation.The results of the pre-test and post-test were compared.Results After the implementation of cultivation, scientific research ability of teachers significantly increased in medical vocational college.Before and after the cultivation, the total score of comprehensive evaluation had significant difference (P＜0.01).The total score of subjective and objective quantitative evaluation had significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusions The cultivating measures are actively adopted in medical vocational colleges.It has a positive impact on teachers' scientific research ability.

Objective To evaluate the value of stereotactic core needle biopsy and needle localization biopsy in diagnosis and treatment in the early breast carcinoma .Methods Forty cases with breast micro-lesions detected by radiography underwent stereotactic mammography needle localization biopsy or stereotactic core needle biopsy .Results The biopsies were successful in 27 cases(96.4%),and 1 case of breast cancer was missed diagnosed by stereotactic core needle biopsy.Conclusion Stereotactic mammography needle localization and stereotactic core needle biopsy play important roles in diagnosis and treatment of early breast cancer.

Objective To study dexmedetomidine on the adverse impact of ketamine based anesthesia and sedative effects in indirect inguinal hemia.Methods Eighty children underwent indirect inguinal hemia surgery were randomily divided into two groups after injected muscle with midazolam and ketamine,Group B was injectded with 0.5 μg/kg DEX,but Group A with normal saline,analgesia was with caudal block (lidocaine).The with hemodynamic,level of sedation,recovery time and CHW score were observed.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results Two groups of children have hemodynamically stable,and recovery time had no statistical significance.The two groups of CHW score in Group A (1.6 ± 0.5) points higher than in group B (0.9 ± 0.3) points (P ＜ 0.05).The restlessness rated group (1.52 ± 0.54) points was higher than in group B (0.51 ± 0.48) points (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with Group B,Group A had 12 cases of psychiatric symptoms,10 cases of involuntary movement of limbs,6 cases of severe postoperative agitation nausea,and 8 cases of vomiting (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion 0.5μg/kg DEX can be safely and effectively used in the pediatric anesthesia,and reduce the adverse reactions caused by ketamine.

Objective To evaluate the activities of daily living (ADL) and investigate its influential factor in primary angle-closure glaucoma patients.Methods One hundred primary angle-closure glaucoma patients (acute phase) diagnosed definitely from April to October 2014 were collected.The status of sex,gender,education,income were recorded.Barthel Index (BI),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Glaucoma Quality of Life-15 (GQL-15) were respectively used to assess the ADL,anxiety and depression symptoms and visual quality of life in primary angle-closure glaucoma patients.At the same time the factors affecting ADL of primary angle-closure glaucoma were analyzed.Results There were no dysfunction in 12 patients,46 patients with mild dysfunction,32 patients with moderate dysfunction and 10％ (10/100) patients with severe dysfunction.BI was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression score,GQL-15 results and disease course (r=-0.819-0.395,P ＜ 0.01),and positively correlated with average monthly income (r=0.453,P ＜ 0.01).There were no correlation with gender,sex and education (r=-0.159-0.172,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions ADL of primary angle-closure glaucoma patients has varying degrees of dysfunction,and disease course,average monthly income,anxiety,depression and visual quality of life are closely related with it.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare anti-microbicide contraceptive gel and establish its quality control method. METHODS: The gel was prepared with octoxynol and policresulen as main ingredients and HPMC as matrix. The content of octoxynol in the gel was determined by HPLC,and the content of policresulen in the gel was determined by titration method. RESULTS:Prepared gel was well-proportioned and of good viscidity and its identification and test were up to the standard. The linear rang of octoxynol was 250～1 500 mg?L-1(r=0.999 6)with an average recovery of 100.84%(RSD=0.74%,n=9). The average labeled amount of policresulen was 106.64%(n=3). CONCLUSION:This preparation is feasible and stable in quality,and the quality control method is simple and accurate.

Objective To assess the enhancement characteristic of breast lesions of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in comparison with contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Methods Between August 2011 and March 2013,72 women with 72 lesions were enrolled.All patients underwent ultrasound,CEUS and MRI.The histopathologic results obtained from ultrasound-guided core biopsy or operation excisions were used as the reference standard.CEUS section evaluations were made similar with MRI regarding the size and shape of lesions.Different contrast enhancement patterns including homogeneous/heterogeneous,the tumor areas,the perfusion defect areas,and modality of time-intensity curve were evaluated.Pearson's correlation coefficient,Student's t-tests,and the concordance test were used for evaluation.Results Of the 72 lesions,pathologic examination revealed 56 (77.8％) malignant lesions and 16 (22.2％) benign lesions.The tumor areas measured by CEUS and MRI agreed well,with a correlation of r =0.894,P =0.000.The difference between the two measurements was not significant according to a paired t test (P =0.886).The concordance tests gave a value of the coefficient Kappa =-0.153 (P =0.061),indicating a low concordance between the results obtained with CEUS and those obtained with MRI regarding the enhanced uniformity.There were statistically significant differences in the perfusion defect areas as measured by CEUS and MRI (P =0.01).The CEUS estimates [(0.837 ± 0.827)cm2] were consistently higher than the MRI estimates [(0.576 ± 0.524)cm2].The time-intensity curve patterns between the two groups showed no correlation.Conclusions The enhancement patterns evaluated by CEUS and MRI partly agreed well.There was no direct association between the two methods regarding the enhancement patterns because of the different contrast agent.

Objective: To develop the ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS/MS ) for the determination of perfluorocarboxylic acids ( PFCAs ) in fish. Methods: The fish samples were extracted with tert-butyl methyl ether and purified by WAX columns. The WAX cartridges were rinsed with methanol and 25 mmol/L ammonium acetate, and the target compound residues were eluted with 0.5% ammonia methanol and then redissolved with 50% methanol aqueous solution after nitrogen blowing to nearly dry. Nine kinds of PFCAs were simultaneously quantified by UPLC-MS/MS with 1 mmol/L ammonium acetate-methanol solution as the mobile phase. Results: The extraction was separated well in UPLC BEH C18 column. There were good linear correlations of nine kinds of PFCAs in the range of 1.0-200.0 ng/mL, with the coefficients all more than 0.99. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.06-0.19 μg/kg and 0.19-0.62 μg/kg, respectively. The recovery rates were 70.08%-117.24% at different spiked levels ( 5.0, 25.0, 50.0 μg/kg ), and the relative standard deviations were 2.31%-19.68%. Conclusion Through optimizing the pretreatment conditions, the mobile phase of liquid chromatography and the detection conditions of mass spectrometry, the UPLC-MS/MS could meet the monitoring requirements of PFCAs in fish.
