1.Neo-adjuvant endocrine therapy in breast cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(2):139-141
Nco-adjuvant endocrine therapy has provided opened new alternatives for locally advanced breast cancer, especially for patient groups such as the elderly, those who are not suited for chemotherapy, and those whose response may not be optimal. The latest generation of endocrine therapy for breast cancer, aromatase inhibitors, has proved superior to tamoxifen in terms of toxicity and efficacy in the adjuvant setting.Compared with neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, the appropriate patients to receive nco-adjuvant endocrine therapy can achieve similar short-term benefit. However, because of fewer long-term follow up results, the overall prognosis is not clear.
2.Regional Decomposition Study on Efficiency Differences of Community Health Services in China
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(4):59-61
Objective: To analyze the efficiency and differences of China Community Health Service, to analyze the shares of eastern-middle-western regional differences and the difference within each region in the total efficiency difference. Methods: The super efficiency DEA model and decomposition of Gini coefficient by Subgroups are used to analyze the provincial data in China from 2008 to 2011. Results: The eastern-central-western regional difference is the major cause of the efficiency differences in China Community Health Service. In the meantime, the shares of the difference within each region in the total efficiency difference are also non-negligible. Conclusion: To narrow the efficiency differences among eastern, central and western areas; improve the inter-regional flow of community health service resources; improve the support and supervision on the backward regions; make regional policies to coordinate the internal resources of community health services and strengthen the assessment mechanism using efficiency as the indicator.
3.Thrombosis and prevention after transcatheter occlusion of atrial septal defect
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(2):122-124
Transcatheter closure as an alternative to medical surgery has become a preferred therapeutic method to atrial septal defect (ASD).However, thrombopoiesis after occluder implantation has been reported comprehensively and causes a series of serious complications such as cerebral embolism、myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism and so on.Reasons of device thrombopoiesis are closely associated with atrial fibrillation, persistent atrial septal aneurysm, occluder type, activated coagulation system and occluder endothelialization process. This paper summarizes correlation factors of occluder thrombopoiesis and current related prevention proposal after transcatheter closure of ASD,and provides theoretical and experimental foundation for prevenition of device thrombopoiesis after occluder implantation of ASD.

In this study, we discuss the status, characteristics, controversy, and consensus of minimally invasive techniques in colorectal cancer surgery.
5.Development of HIV prevention strategy targeted to low price sex industry in the context of organizational culture:a case from BANBANCHA in LZ City
Chinese Journal of AIDS & STD 2006;0(01):-
Objective Health promotion aims to empower people to enjoy good health by providing conditions at the micro-,meso-and macro-levels.So the organizational culture on which the target population rely in their daily lives should be considered as specific context for promoting their healthy behavior at the micro-level.The study of BANBANCHA,a specific form of sex industry in LZ city of southwest China, has revealed that it is characterized with culture of quasi-family and commercial sense.Accordingly,a relevant HIV prevention strategy has been developed, such as motivating the boss to participate in peer education, involving marketing discourse in health promotion, encouraging the target population to care for their own health, and integrating public and private topics into the health education activities.
6.Dieting and Eating Disorder of Female Students in Colleges in Beijing
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(11):-
Objective: To study dieting status and prevalence of eating disorder in female students of colleges in Beijing Method:211 female students were investigated with Dieting Status Measurement, Eating Disorder Symptom Questionnaire (EDSQ), Drive for Thinness and Body Dissatisfaction of EDI, Experience of Shame Scale and Sex Role Inventory Result:Female college students showed more serious tendency of dieting than those had been found in middle or high school girls Ten students of our subjects met the criteria of eating disorder not otherwise specified by EDSQ The body mass index (BMI) and drive for thinness could predict on dieting behavior There was no significant difference between the scores on dieting and scores of sex role, while there were substantial differences existing in Experience of Shame Scale and its subscales among subjects with different type of sex role
7.Quantitative Determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeonialbiflosides by HPLC
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
Quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in paeonialbiflosides by HPLC was described. The average recovery was found to be 101.08%, and relativc standard deviations (RSD)1.90%. The calibration curve was linear in the range from 2.0?g/ml to 10.0?g/ml with r=0.9999. It was shown that the method is convenient, sensitive and with good reproducibility.
8.Protective effect of crocetin on isoproterenol-induced myocardial injury in rats
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(05):-
Object To study the protective effect of crocetin on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol (ISO). Methods Myocardial ischemia was induced by subcutaneous injection of ISO (30 mg/kg for two days, once a day). The experimental animals were randomly divided into the normal group, ISO group, positive control group and three crocetin groups (25, 50, 100 mg/kg). Cardiac indexes were examined. The level of LDH, CK, MDA in serum were measured. The content of MDA, GSH-Px and the ATPase activity heart and mitochondria were assayed by colorimetric analysis. The histopathological change of myocardia was investigated by HE staining. Results Compared with the model group, crocetin can significantly reduce the cardiac indexes, obviously decrease the level of MDA, LDH and CK in the serum. Crocetin can significantly increase the activities of Na +, K +-ATPase; Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ -APTase; GSH-Px. The histopathological changes confirmed the protective effects of crocetin on the myocardial injury. Conclusion Crocetin could alleviate the acute myocardial ischemia induced by ISO in rats.
9.A research on the brain damage of lysophosphatidyl choline in rats with pancreatitis
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 2004;0(06):-
Objective: To explore the brain damage effects of lysophasphatidyl choline(LPC) in rats with pancreatitis and explore the pathogenesis of pancreatic encephalopathy(PE).Methods: SD rats were divided into test group, control group one and control group two at random.Acute edematous pancreatits rat model was induced following Aho HJ method for test group and control group one, then test group rats were venously applied with LPC and control group one was injected saline through tail vein.Control group two was treated with venous injection LPC through the rat tails without operation.Horseradish peroxidase(HRP) was used as a tracer to detemine if the blood-brain barrier(BBB)was open 7~10 days after successive application of LPC.The extravasated tracer was showed by diaminobenzidine(DAB).Rat brain tissue sections were examined by ponceau stain and Luxol Fast Blue stain to determine whether the rat brains were demyelination at the same time. Results: The BBB permeability of the test groupLTU rats increased greatly and obvious demyelination was observed in test group rat brains while both control groups had basically intact BBB and scarce demyelination was observed in both control groups.A statistical difference existed between the test group and control groups. Conclusion:LPC definitely open the BBB of the rat pancreatitis and demyelinates the brain of pancreatitis rats thus LPC plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PE.
