1.Subcutaneous insulin resistance: a new type of insulin resistance
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Subcutaneous insulin resistance is a condition in which glucose is insensitive to insulin from the subcutaneous tissue, but sensitive to that by intravenous injection. The mechanism of subcutaneous insulin resistance is mainly associated with skin obstruction or delayed entry of insulin into blood circulation. The treatment of the problem involves Aprotinin, anticoagulant and intramuscular injection of insulin. This paper offers an overview of the advances in the researches of subcutaneous insulin resistance.
2.Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Exacerbation Stage with Aerosol Inhalation of Budesonide Combined with Chinese Herbal Enema
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(5):428-
Objective To observe clinical effect of treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in exacerbation stage with aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema. Methods 36 cases with COPD were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema. The clinical effect was observed in both groups, Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.9% and 72.2%, respectively, showing significant difference between the two group. (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema on COPD is better than routine western medicine.
3.Synergistic and Attenuated Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with 5-FU in the Treatment of Digestive System Tumors
China Pharmacist 2017;20(7):1224-1228
In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine combined with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in the treatment of tumors, especially digestive system tumors, has achieved promising results. The current research shows that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and 5-FU can enhance tumor inhibition rate, prolong survival period of patients, improve immunity and quality of life of patients, and significantly reduce side effects such as bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney toxicity and gastrointestinal reactions and so on.Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine combined with 5-FU can have synergistic and attenuated effects.
4.WTO and Mass Higher Education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
At the moment of its WTO accession, China also enters the stage of mass higher education. Mass higher education is an objective inevitability of the economic and social development. China's mass higher education lays a firm foundation for China to join the WTO and the WTO entry in turn brings considerable opportunities to it. It is expected that the WTO entry will promote the process of mass higher education of China.
6.Research progress on detecting low molecular weight analytes based on surface plasmon resonance sensing technology
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;33(1):1-6
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing technology is a high-tech optical detection technolo-gy developed quickly in recent years, which combines biology, polymer chemistry and sensing technologies to form a rapid, sensitive, specific, portable and easy to operate detection technology. This paper outlines the mech-anism of SPR sensing technology for detection of low molecular weight analytes, the main application methods and research progress, discusses the advantages and shortages of the method, and foretastes the development prospect of this technology.

9.Timed morphological changes of human hepatocytes L-02 cultured at high density by the support of spherical porous chitosan microcarriers
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(12):1924-1930
Abstract BACKGROUND: Recently, microcarrier culture as a high concentration cel culture technology has been used in hepatocyte culturein vitro. OBJECTIVE:To periodicaly observe the morphological changes of human hepatocyte L-02 cultured by the spherical porous chitosan microcarrier. METHODS:The self-made spherical porous chitosan microcarrier sample as a support to culture human hepatocytes L-02 acted as experimental group; non-spherical porous chitosan microcarrier as a support to culture human hepatocytes L-02 as control group. Cels in two groups underwent cel count at regular time, and the morphological changes were observed in the experimental group, including inverted phase contrast biological microscope observation and scanning electron microscope observation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The quantity of cultured cels in the two groups was increased in the first 3 days and reached the peak at the 3rd day. The cel quantity in the experiment group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the three samples of the experimental group (P > 0.05). The quantity of hepatocytes adhered to the microcarrier surface was gradualy increased in the former 3 days under the inverted phase contrast biological microscope. There were lots of cel clusters on the surface of a greater part of microcarriers, with the total survival rate of more than 90%, and hepatocytes kept a good morphological structure. Under the scanning electron microscope, lots of hepatocytes adhered tightly to each other on the surface and section of microcarrier as wel as inside the microcarrier. It is indicated that the self-made spherical porous chitosan microcarrier as a support in three-dimensional environment can undergo cel culture with high concentration.
10.Discussion on ways of improving the ability of doctor-patient communication of paediatric sur-geon in standardized training
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;(3):322-324
The doctor-patient relationship is always the focus in the society. The relationship seems more complex and sensitive in the pediatric surgical ward because its patients are kids. However, the pediatric surgical residents' ability of doctor-patient communication is lack of systemic and norma-tive training, which is not good for the mutual understanding between doctors and patients. This study explores how to enhance the residents' doctor-patient communication skills from the perspective of awareness, professional knowledge and some specific skills. In the meantime, it discusses the need to train the teachers and set up a regular examination-assessment system.
