2.Study of the effect and the security of liver ultrasonography with hydrogen peroxide affused by rabbits recta
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of liver ultrasonography and the security to rabbits with hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2) affused by rectum.Methods:48 rabbits were divided into 4 groups according to different H 2O 2 concentrations, and each group was divided into 4 groups according to different H 2O 2 dosages. Each rabbit was affused with H 2O 2 by rectum, then the effect of liver ultrasonography was observed, and the damages to the tissues of rabbits were pathologically checked. Results:The liver structure could be clearly developed with 1% H 2O 2 10ml affused, and the liver gray value increased with the H 2O 2 concentration increased. The time from affusion to develop was shortened and the duration of high echo was prolonged. But at same H 2O 2 concentration, the time to develop was not significantly different with the H 2O 2 dosage increased, and the high echo was decreased more slowly. The average survival time of rabbits was significantly negatively correlated to the H 2O 2 concentration(?=-0.99),while the damage degree was significantly positively correlated (?=+0.99).Conclusion:H 2O 2 affusion can induce damage to tissues and microcirculation, while produce better liver ultrasound image,so it is important to chose suitable H 2O 2 concentration and dosage,to extend its clinical application.
