Objective To study the clinical characteristics of abnormal lipid metabolism in different types of elderly people with hypertension. Methods The clinical data, collected from the elderly people who underwent annual physical examination, the characteristics of dyslipidemia and abnormal lipid metabolism in different types of elderly people with hypertension were analyzed retrospectively. Results The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 69. 63%, in which the prevalence of hypercholesteremia and hypertriglyceridemia was 23. 65%, and 26. 71% respectively. The prevalence of hypercholesteremia accompanied hypertriglyceridemia( mixed group) was 19. 27%, and normal group was 30. 37%. Hypertriglyceridemia group was easier to be accompanied with hypertension than normal group and HTC group(P <0. 05). The hypertriglyceridemia had higher risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases than norral group and HTC group( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The elderly people had high prevalence of dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome, and with high prevalence of hypertension, which led to higher risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The hypertriglyceridemia had more strong impact on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases than hypercholesteremia.
2.Research progress of long non-coding RNA related to breast cancer
China Oncology 2017;27(8):668-674
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a group of functional RNA molecules, which is more than 200 nu-cleotides in length, lacks ability of encoding protein and participates in all aspects of gene regulation. The current studies have indicated that some lncRNAs take part in regulating the process of breast cancer tumorigenesis and progression. This article reviewed the abnormal expression of lncRNA in breast cancer, its relationship to breast cancer growth, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, and its function in early diagnosis, drug resistance and prognosis of breast cancer. This review was expected to offer an insight into a new target for the prediction, diagnosis and individual treatment of breast cancer.

Objective Compared with surgical operation,to investigate the clinical efficacy and advantages of interventional treatment in blunt liver traum. Methods 32 patients from July 2010 to October 2012,who were diagnosed as blunt liver trauma, received super selective hepatic artery embolization in Chinese People's Liberation Army in 98th Hospital.Another 27 ones received operation at the same time in Peolies's Liberation Army 98th (AAST grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ).Retrospective analysis of related cases was presented. The results were analyzed by t test. Results All of 32 patients that received super selective hepatic artery embolization were stanched bleeding successfully. All patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months, the mean follow-up time was 10 months, with no severe complications occurred or no lost cases. Conclusions Compared with surgical operation, interventional treatment had advantage that included eliable hemostasis, less operation time, minimally invasive and less hospitalization time.Interventional treatment had good effects on blunt liver trauma which were AAST grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ.
5.Effect of compound poria prescription on proliferation and differentiation and expression of PPAR? mRNA in rat preadipocytes
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM: To study the effect of herbal compound poria prescription (CPP) on proliferation and differentiation in primary rat preadipocytes, and to explore the mechanism of this process. METHODS: Primary cultured rat preadipocyte proliferation was determined by cell counting and MTT spectrophotometry. Cell differentiation was determined by Oil Red O staining, and the expression of PPAR? mRNA was determined by RT-PCR. RESULTS: CPP inhibited the proliferation and differentiation of primary rat preadipocytes in a dose-dependent manner, and it also inhibited the expression of PPAR? mRNA. CONCLUSION: CPP inhibits the proliferation of primary rat preadipocytes and inhibits the preadipocyte differentiation by suppressing the expression of PPAR? mRNA.
6.Advance in studies on molecular mechanisms of cisplatin resistance and intervention with traditional Chinese medicines.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(17):3216-3220
Cisplatin is a first-line anticancer drug widely used in clinic. However, its resistance reduces its efficacy. With a non-specific cell cycle, cisplatin's main targets are nucleophilic protein, DNA and RNA in cells. Among cisplatin's multi-factorial resistance mechanisms, abnormal expression of transport protein, intracellular detoxification enhancement, DNA repair capacity increase and apoptosis blocking are the main mechanisms. Because traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) have unique advantages in cancer treatment, their combination with cisplatin can improve the efficacy. In this paper, the authors summarized the advance in studies on cisplatin's resistance and the combination of TCMs and cisplatin in recent years.

7.Clinical Surface Electromyogram-based Observations on Electroacupuncture Treatment for Cervical Spondylosis
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(2):158-160
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on cervical surface electromyographic signals and explore the mechanism of its action on cervical muscle fatigue in patients with cervical spondylosis.Method All enrolled patients with cervical spondylosis received electroacupuncture treatment. Surface electromyography was performed in the patients before and after the first and one course of electroacupuncture treatment. An evaluation was made using a short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire before and after one course of electroacupuncture treatment. Pre- and post-treatment surface electromyographic RMS values and questionnaire scores were statistically analyzed and compared within the group.Result There were statistically significant differences in cervical erector spinae and upper trapezius RMS values during head lateral flexion and backward extension between before and after the first or one course of treatment (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the questionnaire sub-scores between before and after one course of treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can markedly reduce cervical muscle fatigue in patients with cervical spondylosis. Surface electromyography as a noninvasive and objective evaluation method has a broad application prospect.
8.Clinical analysis of 12 patients with appendiceal carcinoid
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(20):2758-2759
Objective To explore the experience of surgical treatment for appendiceal carcinoid.MethodsThe clinical data of 12 appendiceal carcinoid cases received surgery were retrospectively studied.ResultsPreoperatively, all the 12 cases were considered as appendicitis. The definite diagnosis was verified by pathologic study postoperatively.Among the 12 cases, tumors less than 1 cm 9 cases, between 1 cm to 2cm 2cases, but without serosal involvment or lymph node metastasis(2 cases) recieved simple appendectomy. One case with a tumor larger than 2cm and serosal involvment underwent fight hemicolectomy.ConclusionOwing to its lack of specific symptoms, the diagnosis of appendiceal carcinoid was usually reached after operation. The choice of surgical procedures should based on the size and depth of invasion of the tumor and lymph node metastasis status.
9.Progress on diagnosis and intervention method for age-related sarcopenia
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(02):-
Sarcopenia is closely related with age-related loss of muscle fiber, reduced physical activity, hormone level decline and nutrition deficiency. Though torque generation in knee extension, relative skeletal muscle index, lean body weight, electromyogram, gait analysis, grasp force, nuclear magnetic resonance and B ultrasonic examination are generally accepted as diagnostic method, there is not an unified standard in diagnosis. Through the physical activity and diet can prevent and reverse the tendency of sarcopenia, which also improve the activity of the hypothalamic-GH-insulin-like growth factor-1 axis. In future, the characteristic therapy of Chinese medicine science can be added into resistance exercise and nutrition method, or combined compound hormones with nutrition intervention to design orthogonal test for seeking the best interaction, and explore the long-term safety and effectivity by follow-up observation.
