International Eye Science 2015;(1):131-133
Abstract?AlM:To investigate correlation of children amblyopia and retinal foveal thickness and retinal nerve fiber layer ( RNFL) thickness.?METHODS: Fifty-six cases of children amblyopia with vision could not be uncorrected to 0. 8 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 5g/L atropine was used to mydriasis, computer associates retinoscopy was used to fundus examination organization, and the third -generation optical coherence tomography (3D-OCT) was used to detect retinal foveal thickness and RNFL thickness. Fifty - six cases of normal children were selected as control group. Correlation of retinal foveal thickness and children amblyopia was analyzed.?RESULTS:The nerve fiber layer thickness of amblyopic eye was 116. 92 ± 9. 54μm, that of health eye was 110. 42 ± 7. 64μm, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). Macular center foveal thickness of amblyopic eye was 134. 95 ± 14. 95μm, that of health eye was 136. 62 ± 13. 86μm, the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0. 05). The correlation of optic nerve fiber layer thickness of healthy children and axial showed a significant negative correlation (r=-0. 35, P<0. 05), while the correlation of children with amblyopia was not significantly correlated ( r=0. 12, P>0. 05).? CONCLUSlON: For children with amblyopia, the difference of ametropic foveal thickness and normal eye is not significant. But RNFL thickness is significantly higher, and is correlated with axial disappears, suggesting that amblyopia can significant effect nerve fiber layer structure.

4.Diagnosis and therapy for borderline epithelial ovarian tumors
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(6):951-953,954
Borderline ovarian tumor(BOT)is a special pathological type with low potential malignant ovarian tumors. It has the characteristics of young onset, diagnosis of mostly early stage, slow progression and better prognosis. The main pathological types are serous and mucinous borderline ovarian tumors.Surgery is the main treatment, the general line of comprehensive surgical staging in young patients with viable fertility sparing surgery.Patients with early stage and low risk is not need adjuvant therapy, but its long -term recurrence is potential, and long -term follow -up is required.
5.Combined Effects of Hypoxia and Pulmonary Microembolism on Pulmonary Extravascular Water in Rats
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(05):-
Sixty-eight rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, the control group, hy-poxia group, pulmonary embolism group, and combied hypoxia-pulmonary embolism group. Hypoxia was created by putting the animals under a simulated 6000 meter altitude in hypobaric chamber for 48 hours, and pulmonary embolism in rats was induced by injecting toad red cells via the tail vein. The rats were anesthetized and right ventricular pressure.(RVP) was measured. Then 51Cr-labelled rat red cells were injected via the femoral vein. 10 minutes after injection, 1 ml of blood was drawn from the carotid artery and the lungs were excised. Eventually the dry weight of bloodless pulmonary tissues(PTDW), the lung-body index(ILB), and the pulmonary extravascular water(PEW) were obtained after calcutions according to the Balie's formula. It was found that either hypoxia or pulmonary embolism could increase RVP but the combination of hypoxia and embolism resulted in a more marked RVP increase, that the combined effect of hypoxia and pulmonary embolism could increase more markedly both PTDW and ILB than hypoxia alone, and that PEW showed a most significant increase in the combined hypoxia-pulmonary embolism group. These results indicate that the combined effect of hypoxia and pulmonary embolism can markedly increase PEW and the increase of PEW is related to high pulmonary vascular resistance, , which is the result of the damage of pulmonary microvasculalure by hypoxia and pulmonary microembolism.
6.The expression of glucose transporters following hypoxia ischemia in the brain
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;(6):605-608
Glucose transporter proteins(GLUTs) are the important carriers mediating the transportation of glucose into mammalian cells, there are 13 subtypes expression of GLUT,each subtypes express parts and function is different. The expression of Glucose transporters are increased following hypoxia ischemia in the brain,in order to promote the glucose transshi-pment in the brain, adapt to the needs of increasing anaerobic glycolysis. It has an important role in maintaining enough energy supplement for the brain, delaying a cascade reaction of cerebral energy failure. This article is a review about the features of GLUT,dynamic change and significance of brain after hypoxic-ischemia.

9.Impacts of Earthquake on Cardiovascular Diseases and Possible Prevention Strategies(Review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(7):657-661
There is increasing evidence that stress contributes to cardiovascular disease.Chronic stress can precipitate the atherosclerotic process through increased allostatic load, which is mediated by the neuroendocrine systems(sympathetic nervous system and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis),and through related chronic risk factors(insulin resistance, hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia). On the other hand, acute stress can trigger cardiovascular events through sympathetic nervous activation and enhancement of acute risk factors(increased blood pressure, endothelial cell dysfunction, increased blood viscosity, and platelet and hemostatic activation).Earthquake represents a good example of naturally occurring acute and chronic stress. Thus,in order to develop applicable prevention strategies,it is important to investigate factors and potential mechanisms by which cardiovascular events are triggered following earthquake. In this review we refine some possible mechanisms by which earthquake impacts on cardiovascular system from previously published literatures, and suggest some possible approaches to preventing cardiovascular events associated with earthquake.
10.Perianal fistula:MRI classification and DWI features
Journal of Practical Radiology 2015;(5):789-791,801
Objective MRI findings of 1 6 perianal fistula patients were retrospectively analyzed to improve the value of imaging diagnosis and to help making clinical management. Methods 1 6 cases of periansl fistula were classified by Parks classification and St.James University hospital grades.MRI manifestations were compared with operation results, and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)features were observed. Results According to Parks classification, there were 7 cases of intersphincteric fistula and trans-sphincteric fistula,respectively,1 case of suprasphincteric fistula and extrasphincteric fistula, respectively.According to St.James University hospital grades, there were 5 cases of grade Ⅰ,2 cases of grade Ⅱ,5 cases of grade Ⅲ,2 cases of grade Ⅳ and 2 cases of grade Ⅴ.MR imaging had a sensitivity of 93.75% and a specificity of 100% for detecting perianal fistula.Displaying rate of in-ternal opening was 79.1 7%.Only 3 cases with perianal abscess could be clearly detected on DWI.Conclusion MRI can be used to identify the internal fistula opening and the course of perianal fistula, determine the location and shape of abscess,as well as whether they combined with branch.MRI may provide excellent anatomic and pathologic information for classification and clinical manage-ment.But DWI has limited value for detection of perianal fistula.
