2.Research progress of white matter injury following congenital heart disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(8):519-522
Congenital heart disease is the most common birth defect. With the significant improvements of cardiac surgical techniques, the survival of newborns and infants with complex congenital heart disease(CHD) has obviously been increased. However, neurological sequelae are still common and up to 25 % ~50%.The most important lesion after CHD surgery is white matter(WM) injury.Recent studies show that periventricular leukomalacia disease characterized by WM injury is common in C-HD infants especially after cardiac surgery. It is previously thought to be due to the cardiopulmonary bypass and surgical operation. However, with the advances in surgery and medical diagnostic technology and development of basic research in recent years,it is discovered that WM injury in infants with CHD is a complex lesion influenced by preoperative, operating and postoperative factors. The movement disorders and the defects of attention, learning and other aspects in the late growth of these children bring a huge economic burden to the family and society, reducing the quality of the population. Therefore, exploring etiology, mechanisms and control methods of WM injury in infants with CHD becomes a hot topic in recent years, and it may also become an important direction for future research, aiming to the significant improvements in CHD children with neurodevelopmental damages.

CONCLUSION: Chromium rutin has an effect on the blood lipid in rats.
6.Quantification and affinity assessment of autoantibodies against different epitopes of BP180 from patients with bullous pemphigoid
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2008;41(11):742-744
Objective To purify and quantify the autoantibodies against various epitopes within BP180-NC16A domain from the sera of patients with bullous pemphigoid (BP). Methods Three epitopes within BP180-NC16A domain, NC16A-1, NC16A-2 and NC16A-3, were prepared. Blood samples were obtained from 10 patients who were diagnosed as active BP by clinical, pathological and immunofluorescence examination. Autoantibodies against these epitopes were purified with affinity chromatography column from the sera of these patients with active BP, and quantified separately. The relative binding affinity of autoantibodies to NC 16A-1, NC 16A-2 and NC 16A-3 was measured using thiocyanate elution method. Results The autoantibodies against NC16A-1, NC16A-2 and NC16A-3 were successfully purified from the sera of patients. On average, the amount was 49.0±20.7 μg, 117.7±22.4 μg and 39.5±18.9 μg respectively for autoantibodies to NCI6A-1, NC16A-2 and NC16A-3 purified from a portion of serum containing about 20 mg IgG. Both the amount and binding affinity of anti-NC16A-2 autoantibody were significantly higher than those of anti-NC16A-1 and anti-NC16A-3 autoantibodies. Conclusion BP180 NC16A-2 (aa507-aa520) may be the major epitope recognized by pathogenic autoantibodies in patients with BP.
7.Influence of nutrition support therapy on quality of life in patients with advanced tumors
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(21):3217-3219
Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition support therapy on quality of life in patients with advanced tumors. Methods 70 patients with advanced tumors were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 35 cases. The control group was given conservative treatment, together with the ordinary liquid,semi-liquid or diet. The observation group was given nutrition support therapy on the basis of conservative therapy. The nutrition and immune index and symptom score, quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The nutrition, immune indexes (Alb,BMI and NK) and symptom score (malaise, anorexia, insomnia, pain) of the observation group were significantly improved(t =7.92,6.98,5.56,7.41,6.47,5.61,4.52,all P < 0.05),which were significantly better than those of the control group(t =4.42,4.10,4.03,6.42,5.60,4.83,4.23,all P <0.05).The physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (t =8.12,6.08,5.12,4.78,4.32,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Nutrition support therapy can improve the nutritional status of cancer patients in advanced stage, relieve symptoms, improve immune function and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
8.Application progress of exercise electrocardiography test in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease
Tianjin Medical Journal 2017;45(4):432-436
With the improvement of people's living standard and changes of their lifestyle, the incidence of coronary artery disease (CAD) has increased quite significantly, which has attracted great concern. Examination methods for CAD are more and more advanced, while the cost of inspection is rising. As a traditional test, the exercise treadmill test (ETT) is convenient, safe, and cheap. ETT can be conducted in almost every hospital as it doesn't need advanced equipments. The values of some new evaluation indexes for diagnosis and prognosis of CAD are reviewed in this article.
9.Human albumin stimulates human renal tubular epithelial cells to produce monocyte chemoattractant protein-1
Chinese Journal of Nephrology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between human albumin stimulation and MCP-1 production of human renal tubular epithelial cells. Methods Thirteen patients with minimal change disease (MCD) were enrolled into the study. MCP-1 expression and M? infiltration in renal biopsy tissues were studied by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH). In vitro experiment, proximal tubular epithelial HK-2 cells were stimulated by human serum albumin in different concentration, then MCP-1 production was detected by Western Blot. Results In renal tissues of MCD, focal positive MCP-1 was found in tubular walls and a few M infiltrated in every area including tubular walls , meanwhile a correlation of M? infiltration between interstitium and tubular lumen was studied. In cell culture experiment, with its concentration more than 2 g/L. human serum albumin could stimulate HK-2 cells to produce MCP-1. Conclusions MCP-1 expresses in the tubules of MCD patients with massive proteinuria. A few M?infiltrate in the renal tissue and move between the interstitium and the lumen of tubules. Human serum albumin can stimulate human tubular epithelial cells to produce MCP-1.
10.Study on Mechanism and Clinical Significance of the Precordial ST Segment Deviations in Acute Inferior Myocardial Infarction Involving Adjacent Area
Tianjin Medical Journal 2000;28(12):707-710
Objective:To study the mechanism and clinical significance of the precordial ST segment deviations in acute inferiorwall myocardial infarction (AIMI) involving adjacent area. Methods: Characteristics of electrocardiogram were analyzed in118 patients with AIMI. Results: (1)The magnitude of ST segment elevation of inferior wall leads (Ⅱ, Ⅲ and aVF) wassignificantly negatively correlated with that of precordial leads (P<0.01). (2)The changed magnitude of ST segment oflead V2 (0.63±1.82 mm) and V2/aVF ratio (0.84±1.61) in 16 cases associated with right ventricular infarction weresignificantly higher than those of only inferior wall myocardial infarction group (V2:0.35±1.65 mm,V2/aVF ratio:0.29±1.28)(P>0.05 and P>0.05). (3)The magnitude of ST segment fall of lead V2(-1.20±1.52 mm) and V2/aVFratio (-0.33±1.15) in 38 cases associated with lateral-posterior wall in farction were higher than those of only inferiorwall infarction group (P<0.05). (4)If the cases associated with right ventricular and lateral-posterior wall infarction werenot included, the ST segment correlation coefficient between inferior and precordial leads would significantly increase inAIMI (r =-0.797, P<0.01). Conclusion:The directions of ST segment deviations of precordial leads elevate in casesassociated with right ventricular infarction and fall in eases associated with lateral-posterior wall infarction in AIMI.
