1.HPCE DETERMINATION OF TRIMEBUTINE MALEATE IN RAT PLASMA AND ITS PHARMACOKINETICS
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2001;36(2):131-133
AIM To develop a method for the determination of trimebutine maleate in rat plasma by using high performance capillary electrophoresis. The method was employed to pharmacokinetic analysis of trimebutine maleate. METHODS Plasma samples were deproteinized with acetonitrile (containing ephedrine hydrochloride as internal standard) and the supernatant was dried under N2 stream at 50℃. The residue was dissolved with methanol-water (1∶1) and injected into the capillary by siphon. The electrophoresis was performed in uncoated fused-silica capillary and the voltage was 10 kV. The running buffer was 0.03 mol*L-1 NaH2PO4 (pH 6.0). The eluate was detected at 214 nm by UV detection. RESULTS The recovery for trimebutine maleate in rat plasma was 72.8%-87.9%. The calibration curve in plasma was linear over the range 5-200 μg*L-1. The limit of quantitation was 5 μg*L-1. The intraday relative standard deviation (n=6) and the interday relative standard deviation (n=18) were less than 14%. The highest concentration in plasma was observed at 30 min after ig trimebutine maleate to rats. The pharmacokinetic results were AUC0-∞=8 μg*min*mL-1, T1/2(Ke)=173 min and Ke=5.6×10-3 min-1. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, sensitive and suitable for pharmacokinetic study of trimebutine maleate.

3.The state of non-culture-based laboratory diagnostic assays of invasive aspergillosis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
In high-risk patients, such as patients with hematologic malignancies,or patients after allogeneic stem-cell or solid-organ transplantation, early diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis(IA) is essential,as missing or delayed diagnosis of IA results in increasing rates of mortality. However, diagnosis of IA is difficult because classic tests have low sensitivity and specificity. The limited sensitivity and specificity of conventional assays for the detection of IA and the growing number of IA patients have led to the development of new assays. These methods include antigen detection systems, such as galactomannan(GM) assay, and different molecular methods(PCR assays). The GM assay is commercially available. However,it still need to be evaluated in large patient cohorts, especially children.A range of different PCR assays have been developed, targeting different gene regions, including a variety of amplicon detection methods. These molecular assays provide high potential in terms of sensitivity and specificity, but vary widely in their feasibility and up to now have not been standardised.Taken together, new non-culture-based diagnostic assays are noninvasive, simple, rapid and highly sensitive. Thus, they might be valuable tools to make early diagonosis,to reduce empirical antifungal therapy and to monitor the therapy.

This review focus on some recent advances in the study of brachytherapy, including the option of radionuclides, the influence of dosage distribution by using different sources, the quality assurance, the application of brachytherapy in hollow visceral neoplasm, and new trends in brachytherapy.
5.Mucosal microvascular morphological changes in superifcial nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical value under narrow band imaging
China Journal of Endoscopy 2016;22(12):49-54
Objective To evaluate the mucosal microvascular morphological changes in superficial nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its clinical value under narrow band imaging (NBI).Methods From 2015.01 to 2016.01, 182 patients at high risk for NPC received biopsy of superficial nasopharyngeal lesions due to the existence of irregular vessel under NBI while they were examined with electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscope quipped with white light mode and NBI mode. Compared the mucosal microvascular morphological characteristics of different diseases based on pathological result and evaluated the diagnostic efifcacy of NBI.Result Under NBI, the mucosal microvascular morphological characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma under NBI mode were of that concentrated brown spots (CBS, 38.24 %) and irregularly dilated branching vessels (IDBV, 41.18 %) with demarcation line (DL, 52.94 %). In addition, IDBV were the main microvascular pattern in fresh NPC cases (57.89 %,P = 0.000), while CBS were the main microvascular pattern in post-radiation local recurrent NPC cases (60.00 %,P = 0.000). The sensitivity, speciifcity, positive predictive value, negative predictive values and diagnostic coincidence rate of NBI in NPC screening were 79.41 %, 95.95 %, 81.82 %, 95.30 % and 92.86 %, respectively. Conclusion NBI endoscopy is a promising tool for improving the early diagnosis of NPC by detecting mucosal microvascular morphological changes in superifcial NPC.
