OBJECTIVE:To establish a method of contents determination of 17 amino acids in Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus produced in Xinjiang. METHODS:Cation-exchange column was used to separate 17 kinds of amino acids;post-column derivatiza-tion liquid chromatography was used to determine the contents of amino acids:the column was strong sulfonic acid cation exchange resin LCAK06/Na with mobile phase A(weighing trisodium citrate 11.9 g,citric acid 6 g,phenol 1 g,dissolving by water,then adding 65 mL of methanol and 6 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid,bringing the volume with tap water,adjusting pH to 3.4), mobile phase B(weighing trisodium citrate 11.9 g,NaOH 2.8 g,phenol 1 g,boric acid 5.0 g,adding water to dissolve,adjustingpH to 10.8),gradient elution,flow rate was 0.45 mL/min for A pump and 0.25 mL/min for M pump,the detection wavelength was 440 nm for proline and 570 nm for the remaining amino acids,the injection volume was 50 μL. RESULTS:The linear range were 20~400 nmol/mL of aspartic acid,threonine,serine,glutamic acid,glycine,alanine,valine,methionine,isoleucine,leucine,ty-rosine,phenylalanine,histidine,lysine,arginine,proline,10-200 nmol/mL of cystine(r were higher than 0.9890);RSDs of preci-sion,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.0%;limits of detection were 0.16 nmol/mL except for cystine(0.08 nmol/mL);recovery was 98.5%-99.5%(RSD was 0.06%-0.21%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple with good precision, stability and reproducibility,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of amino acids in Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus produced in Xinjiang.

The volatile oils from the crude drug of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen (San-Qi) being on the market were analyzed by Ge/Ms/Ds and standard mass-spectrogram atlas. 34 kinds of components were identified and their relative contents were determined. Among them 13 molecules of sesquiterpene and 2 of sesquiterpenol appeared.

The volatile oils from Panax Japonicus C. A. Meyer var major (Burk) Wu et Feng grown in Teng-chong County were analyzed by GC/MS/DS. 27 kinds of components were identified and their relative contents were determined. Among them 10 molecules of sesquiterpene and 1 of sesquiterpenol appeared.

The Volatile Oils from panax Quinquefolius grown in Li-jiang county, Yunnan, China were analysed by GC/MS/DS and standard mass-spectrogram atlas. 26 Kinds of compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined.The Volatile oils from Li-jiang panax Quinquefolius are proved to be significantly different in composition and content from those panax quinquefoliuses imported form abroad or grown in other regions in China.

Besides being able to specially target tumor tissues, anticancer peptides have other advantages such as easy synthesis, low immunogenicity, high potency, low toxicity, and easy access. These peptides exert their anti-tumor effects through mechanisms such as modulating immune system, killing tumor cells directly, and/or inhibiting tumor metastasis.

Through the analysis of evaluation indexes, efficiency analysis of a hospital introducting large medical equipment beyond millions yuan in recent 3 years,suggestions of hospital equipment management are proposed.

Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of antibiotic therapeutic combined with humanistic care for neonates with infectious pneumonia and for intestinal micro ecology.Methods 210 neonates with infectious pneumonia and without complications from March 2011 to July 2013 were randomly divided into the cephalosporins group(n =50),the penicillins group(n =48)and the combination group(n =52),60 healthy neonates were selected as control.The cure rate,cure time in these groups were compared and the intestinal micro flora were calculated after 5 days with antibiotic treatment to evaluate the antibiotic effect to neonatal intestinal micro ecology.Results There was no significant difference between the cure rate of the cephalosporins group (76.00%),penicillins group (70.83%)and combination group(71.15%)(χ2 =2.517,P >0.05).The bifidobacteria quantity in the drug groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(t =4.600,3.634,4.275,all P <0.01),while the quantity of enteric bacilli(t =4.600,3.634,4.275,all P <0.01),enterococci(t =5.295,4.873,5.041,all P <0.01)and pep-tostreptococcus (t =3.056,2.900,3.113,all P <0.01 )in the drug groups were higher than those in the control group,but the quantity of bacteroidosis had no significant difference among the three groups (t =0.112,1.096, 1.943,all P >0.05).Conclusion Cephalosporin antibiotics and combination is not superior to penicillin,but in-clined to combined medication;antibiotics will destroy the neonatal intestinal micro ecological imbalance,endanger the health of newborn.

Impulse oscillometry system(IOS) is a new pulmonary function test in recent years, IOS has been developed as a patient-friendly lung function test that minimizes demands on the patient, a noninvasive method without pain, the results is objective and comprehensive, suitable for all patients, especially for the elder ly, children, coma patients, pregnant women and critically ill patients, for better detection, diagnosis, and treat ment of different respiratory diseases.This article is to determine the reference values of IOS, its utility in children, the existing questions and its development prospect.

Juvenile polyps are the most common colorectal polyps in children,usually present with painless,intermittent rectal bleeding.Colonoscopy is used to diagnose and juvenile polyps should be removed once found.The etiology and pathogenesis of juvenile polyps is still unclear.Histologically,the typical juvenile polyp is hamartoma with a prominent lamina propria,infiltration with inflammatory cells and cystic glands.This article reviewed the recent progress in the study of the clinical manifestation,histological characteristics,biological characteristics,diagnosis,treatment,pathogeny and molecular mechanisms of colorectal juvenile polyps in children.

Objective To study the relationship between B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 78 patients with DM were divided into pure DM group(n=37) and DM+CHF group(n=41) ,the level of plasma BNP in patients with DM(n=78) and normal control group(n=20) was.measured.Results The level of plasma BNP in grade Ⅱ ,Ⅲ～Ⅳgroup of cardiac function were significantly higher than that in pure DM group and control group(P<0.05),grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ group were significantly higher than that in grade II group(P<0.05),LVEF in Ⅱ,Ⅲ～Ⅳgroup of cardiac function were significantly lower than that in pure DM group and control group(P<0.05),grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ group were significantly lower than that in grade Ⅱ group(P<0.05) ;The level of plasma BNP was positively related to LVEF(r= -0.713,P<0.05).Conclusion BNP was an objective indicator to evaluate the severity of DM with heart failure.
