ObjectiveTo provide evidence for the education on sychological health for the undergraduates by analyzing the relationship among interpersonal relationship, coping style, self consistency and congruence of local college students. Methods uestionnaires about interpersonal relationship, coping style, and self consis tency and congruence have been carried out on a stratified random sample of 1471 students from four local colle ges. And all the data of the questionnaire scales will be dealt with by the software SPSS15.0. Results①Total scores on interpersonal relationship and self consistency and congruence of male college students( (9.88 ±5.51 );(93.29 ± 13.48 ) respectively) were much higher than the scores of the female college students ( ( 8.84 ± 5.11 );(90.09 ± 12.60) respectively). Total scores of the above two items for the seniors( ( 10.26 ± 5.89 ); ( 96.79 ±12.93) respectively) were obviously higher than the total scores of students of other grades. For the engineering students, whose total scores on the two items( ( 10.26 ±5.86); (93.57 ± 12.83 ) respectively) were remarkably higher than the scores of students of other majors. Regarding the various factors of coping style, there are signifi cant differences in gender, grade and major( P < 0. 01 ). ②Concerning the college students, there were conspicu ous relationship among their interpersonal relationship, coping style, self consistency and congruence ( P < 0.01 ). ③ Self consistency and congruence could be effectively predicted by factors, i.e. total score of interpersonai rela tionship, remorse, problem-solving, rationalizing, fantasy, recoil, help-seeking and grade. ConclusionCollege students' ability of self consistency and congruence is affected by their coping style and interpersonal relationship. To improve the individual' s ability of self consistency and congruence and the condition of their psychological health, the most effective way is to cultivate the capability on interpersonal communication and apply the positively flexible coping style.

Objective To analyze the expression stability of the three widely used reference genes β-glueuronidase (GUSB), glycera]dehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), β2-microglobulin (β2-M) in Chinese lung cancer tissue specimens and normal lung tissue specimens. Methods Gene expression wasmeasured by quantitative real time PCR and expression stability was analyzed with two widely used softwares genorm and normfinder. Results The intra-and inter-group difference of GAPDH is maximum (The intra and inter-group s is 1.07 and 0.93 respectively, |△ Ct|=2.01±1.06; P =0.000). The mean of these three genes' Ct value is the most stable one analyzed by the two softwares. But the t test showed that the mean of Ct value of GUSB and β2-M is the unique combination that had the minimum intra-and inter-group difference, with no statistically significant differences between normal and malignant samples (The intra-and inter-group s is 0.53 and 0.79 respective]y, |△Ct|= 0.73±0.53; P =0.053). Conclusion It is inappropriate to normalize data derived from lung tissue specimens using one of these three housekeeping genes alone. Among the different combinations of these three genes, the mean of the Ct values of GUSB and β2-M is the best choice as the internal control of lung tissue specimens.

Objective To probe into the feasibility of establishing a uniform reimbursement plan for hospitalization expenses under NRCMS in Nanjing city. Methods Hospitalization expenses in 2005 for peasants under NRCMS from the sour suburb districts and county in Nanjing were sampled. Based on this study, a reimbursement ratio was designed for such peasants as classified by "grades, sections and accumulated reimbursement". Results A uniform NVRMS reimbursement plan for hospitalization expenses may not be practical for all peasants in Nanjing. Yet such a plan of relative uniformity is worthy of experimenting as follows: no minimum for reimbursement;within the same expense range, reimbursement ratio may be measured and fixed accordingly among districts and county in the city, ranging 20%-70%;a uniform ceiling and reimbursement range are recommended. Conclusions A uniform city-wide plan requires by-step and planned implementations. With support from government finance, fund-raising gaps among these areas can be narrowed gradually, cutting back differences in their reimbursement plans in the end.
