After treatment, the levels of the inflammatory markers of high sensitive C reactive protein (HS-CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and the nutritional index of plasma albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PA) in two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the levels ofHS-CRP, TNF-alpha in the observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The levels of IL-6, IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The indexes of ALB and PA in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment, the clinical effect of using conventional atorvastatin treatment combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets is good, high safety, with further clinical promotion and application significance.
2.Molecular markers of autophagy.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2016;51(1):33-38
Autophagy is a physiological process which delivers the mutant cytoplasmic proteins and dysfunctional subcellular organs into lysosomes for degradation to generate fuel in the deficiency conditions. It is mainly classified into macroautophagy, microautophagy and chaperon-mediated autophagy (CMA), as well as the selective autophagy such as mitophagy and aggrephagy. This review mainly introduces the key molecular markers of macroautophagy, CMA and mitophagy.

3.EXPRESSION PROFILES OF NUCLEAR STRUCTURE AND BIOGENESIS-RELATED GENES DURING RAT LIVER REGENERATION
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To study the expression changes and profiles of nuclear structure and biogenesis-related genes in rat liver regeneration(LR). Methods Genes involved in nuclear structure and biogenesis were obtained by data collection and literature review. The gene expression changes during LR were checked by Rat Genome 230 2.0 array, and LR-related genes were identified by comparing gene expression difference between partial hepatectomy(PH) and sham operation(SO) groups. Results 406 genes were found to be LR-related.The numbers of initially and totally expressed genes occurring in the forepart(0.5-4 hours after PH) of LR,the prophase(6-12 hours after PH),the metaphase(12-66 hours after PH),and the anaphase(72-168 hours after PH) were 200,29,179,5 and 374,290,1?876,603,respectively.The numbers of their up-regulation and down-regulation were 1?224 and 496 times. The elevated transcription levels occur red to the nuclear organization and biogenesis-involved genes in the prophase and the metaphase of LR and to the nuclear membrane, nuclear matrix and nucleoplasm-involved genes in the metaphase;nuclear chromosome, nucleolus and nuclear functional protein complex-involved genes were up-regulated in the metaphase and the anaphase. Conclusion The expression of nuclear structure and biogenesis-related genes was active during LR,and it was tightly related with LR.
4.The expression and significance of keratinocyte growth factor in the regulation of cholesteatoma growth
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of keratinocyte growth factor(KGF)in middle ear cholesteatoma and to explore the role of KGF on the hyperproliferation of the cholesteatoma epithelium and the formation and development of cholesteatoma. METHODS The specimens from the cholesteatoma tissue of 20 cases and the corresponding normal external ear skin were examined by immunohistochemical S-P method and quantitative analysis. RESULTS In normal ear skin only stroma staining for KGF was positive. In cholesteatoma epithelium staining for KGF was strongly positive and the stroma staining was stronger than that of normal ear skin. The positive rates of the cholesteatoma and normal external ear skin revealed a significant difference. There was a positive correlation between cholesteatoma epithelium staining for KGF and for Ki67 and the coefflcient of correlation was 0.609(P﹤0.01). CONCLUSION There was correlation between the expression of KGF or Ki67 and the ability of reproduction of middle ear cholesteatoma. Local inflammation might promote hyperproliferation of the epithelium of cholesteatoma by regulating the expression of KGF. It suggested that an autocrine stimulation of KGF correlate with the occurrence and development of cholesteatoma .
