1.The development of relationship between DMD gene mutation and intelligence with Duchenne muscular dystrophy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(5):537-539
With the development of the molecular biology technic in recent years, the research about the relations between the type of gene mutation and the intelligence growth with the Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) was developed. There are some connections in the intelligence and the type of gene mutation of the children with DMD. The children with DMD have lower intelligence when the mutation is after the 45 exon especially the 63 exon than before the 45 exon. It has more possibility to cause the lower intelligence when the the DMD gene mutation is closer to the end of 3'terminal.
2.Distribution of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons on Different Diametral Atmospheric Particulates
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)on different diameter atmospheric particulates in winter and summer respectively. Methods Atmospheric particulates in the atmosphere of Hengyang urban districts were collected using DFJ-1 model five-stage classification air sampler in the winter and summer. The contents of PAHs on different diameter atmosphere particulates were detected by GC-MS. Results The PAHs were found on different diameter atmosphere particles. The PAHs contents in the atmosphere in the winter and summer were 161.42?140.72 ng/m3. 52.3% and 63.3% PAHs distributed in the fine partioulates with dicameter ≤2.0 ?m in the summer and winter. Conclusion The PAHs contents in the atmosphere during winter were higher than that during summer, and the PAHs were mainly distributed in the fine particulates with diameter≤2.0 ?m. The distribution characteristics of different kinds of PAHs on different diameter atmospheric particulates were not unanimous. The distribution of PAHs in winter changed significantly.

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic meniscus -plasty in the treatment of meniscal lesions. Methods Patients admitted to our hospital′s department of orthopedics were reviewed, and they were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods. The observation group was treated with meniscus -plasty,while the control group was treated with meniscectomy. The Ikeuchievaluation standard was compared at the time of the last follow -up.The Lysholm and IKDC score were compared before and after treatment. Results The excellent -good rates were 86.5% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (62.8%,χ2 =5.768,P =0.016).There was no difference in Lysholm and IKDC score between the two groups before treatment[(63.4 ±10.8)points vs.(61.7 ±9.5 )points,P >0.05;(54.6 ±7.5 )points vs.(55.1 ± 8.3)points,P >0.05].After treatment, the Lysholm[(92.5 ±5.9)points and (90.4 ±6.6)points]and IKDC scores[(85.4 ±9.2)points and (83.6 ±9.8)points]were all significantly increased (t =14.383,16.269,15.784, 14.552,all P <0.05),but there were no difference between the two groups (P >0.05).At the time of the last follow-up,both Lysholm scores[(78.5 ±8.2)points]and IKDC scores[(75.5 ±7.9)points]were decreased in the control group (t =7.413,4.220,all P <0.05),and there were significant difference between the two groups (t =6.165,4.029,all P <0.05).Conclusion Meniscus -plasty and meniscectomy have similar short -term effects on meniscal lesions, but meniscus -plasty may show better effects in the long term.
4.The Microbiological Analysis and Biofilm Study of Infected Hip Joint Replacement Patients
Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
Review the microbiological result of infected total hip replacement cases we found that positive rate of preoperative and intraoperative culture is only 77.1% and 78.5%, and the coincidence rate of preoperative and intraoperative culture results only 59.1%. In all organisms about 56.2% and 46% is staphylococcus of preoperative and intraoperative culture respectively. Staphylococcus can form massive biofilm. The result shows that in total hip replacement infection, the accurate rate of preoperative and intraoperative culture is low and need to improve, and the virulent and resistance organisms maintain a high rate lead to it is hard to cure.

6.Re-differentiating therapy of radioiodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer
China Oncology 2016;(1):35-42
Clinical management of radioiodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (RR-DTC) is extremely diffcult. Re-differentiation compounds, such as retinoids, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) agonists, DNA methyltransferase inhibitors and histone deacetylase inhibitors, have been used in trials to increase iodine uptake in RR-DTC. However, data on these drugs failed to meet the initial high expectations. In recent years, targeted agents have been increasingly used in pre-clinical and clinical studies to induce re-differentiation and mediate131I therapy, and the outcomes are encouraging.
7.Early rapid diagnosis and rational choice of the first-line agents for acute aortic dissection in the emergency department: ses
Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2015;24(10):1143-1146
Objective To explore the rapid diagnosis and the rational chice of the first-line agents for acute aortic dissection (AAD) in the emergency department. Methods The clinical data of 360 patients with AAD treated at our hospital from March 2007 to March 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Of them,338 patients with suspected AAD were examined by chest radiography,trans-thoracic echocardiography (TTE),and computed tomography angiography (CTA) successively. The reliabilities of results from each diagnostic method were verified by the gold standard of intra-operative findings and the comparisons of their diagnostic potential were carried out. Results The preoperative diagnostic sensitivity of chest radiography,TTE and CTA in the assessment of AAD were 64%,77% and 100%,respectively;the specificity is 86%,90% and 100%,respectively;the accuracy rats were 70%,78% and 100%,respectively;the positive predictive values were 93%,99% and 100%,respectively;the negative predictive values were 46%,27% and 100%,respectively.In the work-up of any patient with suspected AAD,the emergency bedside non-invasive TTE or computed tomography was the first-line initial diagnostic screening, and the best method for the accurate diagnosis of AAD was CTA.Medical management included pain control and deliberate hypotension therapy by using rapidly short-acting vasodilator and beta blockers to lower heart rate, and the hibernation therapy in small dose of specific agents might serve as a useful adjuvant method, and the early combination of vasodilatation medicines was better than the single one.Of them,242 patients fortunately survived on treatment, and 42 died of hypovolemic shock after rupture of AAD and multiorgan failure. Conclusions Acute aortic dissection is the most potentially life-threatening cardiovascular disease, though it is extremely rare in the hypertensive patients, attending doctors should pay more attention.Early rapid diagnosis is the key to AAD treatment. The best method for correctly diagnosing AAD is complementary use of TTE,CTA and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA).Correct and timely diagnosis and strictly deliberate hypotension treatment are the essential determinant of decreasing mortality and improving prognosis of AAD.
