1.Study on the drug resistance of 45 hacemophilus par lainfluenzae in respiratory tract infection

Objective To investigate the infectious state and drug resistance of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae in respiratory tract infection, so as to instruct the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Haemophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from the pa-tients with respiratory tract infection and performed by K-B methods. Nitrocefin slip test was applied into detecting β-lactamase. Re-sults A total of 45 Hacmophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from 760 specimen, with the isolation rate being 5.92%. Amoxicil-lin/claulanic acid,Azithromycin, Imipenem,Ceftazidime and Cefuroxime had the better antibiotic function and the average drug re-sistance was lower than 5 % ,The β-lactamase positive rate was 37.78 %. Conclusion The high drug resistance and β-lactamase pos-itive rate of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae isolated from respiratory tract characterized by multi-resistance must be taken seriousely.

Herbal drug-induced liver injury is a hot issue in the fi eld of TCM researches.Rapid screening and evaluating of herbal drug-induced liver injury have become one of the key techniques of herbal research.This text carried on the discussion on the research status of it from active,toxic ingredient,toxic mechanism and decreasing toxicity of Chinese herbal drugs.At the same time,the text viewed the application foreground of gene chip technique in the study of it.The current status and methods of it was discussed.In addition,most of the reports adopted in this paper were about studies on crude drugs,and discussion on how to correctly treat herbal drug-induced liver injury.

In recent years, the lifestyle adjustments, such as the intervention for vascular risk factors, adhering to the diet management, and functional exercise have been confirmed to prevent poststroke dementia to a certaln extent. Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and glutamate receptor antagonist, etc. play an important role in delaying the progression of poststroke dementia and vascular cognitive impalrment. 8.Therapeutic effect ofHuoxue-Buqi-Qutan decoction for vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect ofHuoxue-Buqi-Qutan decoction for vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods A total of 120 patients with vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 60 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated withHuoxue-Buqi-Qutandecoction and the control group was treated with nimodipine injection. The clinical efficacy, the change of strength before and after treatment were observed; the mean blood flow velocities of the vertebrobasilar arteries were detected with transcranial Doppler.Results After the treatment, the total effective rate was 91.7% (55/60) and 80% (48/60) in the treatment group and the control group, respectively, with significant difference (χ2=12.234,P=0.001). The mean blood flow velocities of the basilar artery, left and right basilar arteries were significantly increased in both groups (tvalues were 2.909, 4.558, 5.424, 9.831 in the treatment group, and 8.388, 11.191 in the control group, allP<0.01), the improvements of the mean blood flow velocities in the treatment group were significant better than those in the control group (tvalues were 7.385, 6.940, 3.890, allP<0.01). The vertigo grade was improved in both groups after the treatment than those before the treatment, while the proportion of grade 0 and grade 3 in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (χ2 values were 8.298, 4.5472,P=0.004, 0.033).ConclusionHuoxue-Buqi-Qutan decoction can obviously improve the vertebrobasilar blood supply and the vertigo grade in patients with vertigo due to VBI, and then improve the clinical efficacy.
9.Application prospect of carbon nanotubes for the treatment of cerebral ischemia with mesenchymal stem cells

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) play a neuroproteetive effect via a variety of mechanisms.They provide a new idea for the treatment of cerebral ischemia.However,the inadequate sources have significantly limited the possible clinical applications.Carbon nanotubes (CNTs),a new nanomaterials,can not only promote the adhesion,proliferation and differentiation of MSCs in vitro,but also as the cell carriers they can provide good microenvironmental guarantee for the survival of MSCs through the regulation of secretion of cytokines and neurotrophic factors,as well as regulation of biological characteristics of neurons,glial cells,and macrophages after their cell transplantation,provide a good microenvironment guarantee for the survival of MSCs,and promote the effect of MSCs on the therapeutic effect of cerebral ischemia.

Membrane-associated guanylate kinases (MAGUKs) is a class of postsynaptic density proteins (PSDs) in the postsynaptic dense of the postsynaptic membrane,including PSD-95,SAP-102,PSD-93,and SAP-97.MAGUK family members contain several protein binding sites,and these special binding sites are responsible for mediating a variety of signal transduction.MAGUKs participate in the occurrence and development mechanisms in central nervous system diseases,and has become a topic of general interest of neuroscience.This article briefly reviews the roles of MAGUKs in ischemic brain injury.
