Objective To analyze the trend of the hemagglutinin(HA) and ovalbumin contents in the lot release of influenza virus split vaccines in 2021,and evaluate the quality and quality control level of the vaccines.Methods The HA and ovalbumin content data of influenza virus split vaccines from two domestic enterprises in 2021 were collected and collated. The mean value and standard deviation were calculated according to the first 40 batches of data of the enterprise in the year,and the warning limit and action limit were established. The trend analysis of the above indexes was carried out to evaluate the stability and consistency of the product quality of the enterprise. Statistical data comparison and consistency analysis were made between the test results of the batch inspected by the lot release institution and the results of the enterprise.Results Through the retrospective data analysis of quadrivalent influenza virus split vaccines from two vaccine enterprises A and B,it was found that the content of H1N1 subtype HA and ovalbumin in the two enterprises and the content of Bv HA in the B enterprise had out of trend(OOT)situations,while the trend of other items was stable. The results of paired student's t test or Wilcoxon signed-rank test of the samples inspected by the lot release institution showed that except Bv subtype HA(t = 1. 094 and 0. 742 respectively)and ovalbumin(w =-64 and 36 respectively)contents showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0. 05),the HA contents of H1N1(t = 3. 862,w = 232),H3N2(t = 8. 225 and3. 473 respectively)and By(t = 5. 616 and 4. 934 respectively)of the two enterprises had significant differences(P <0. 05). The results of enterprises were generally higher than the lot release institution. Bland-Altman test analysis found that the consistency between the test data of enterprise A's HA content and the data of the lot release institution was better than that of enterprise B.Conclusion The stability and consistency of data trends of active ingredients and main impurity ingredients of quadrivalent influenza virus split vaccine batches in 2021 were generally good. The trend analysis can identify potential problems in vaccine production,and enterprises should carefully implement trend analysis and effectively monitor the product quality of vaccines.

[ABSTRACT]OBJECTIVETo investigate the relationship between self-assessment of Voice Handicap Index (VHI) and objective detection of Dysphonia Severity Index (DSI) in vocal ford polyp patients.METHODSAll 104 vocal cord polyp patients assessed the Chinese version of VHI scale by themselves. The DSI was calculated by acoustic analysis of DIVAS2.5. The correlation between VHI and DSI was analyzed in Pearson test.RESULTS There was no significant difference in each index of VHI scale score by side and shape, but the Shimmer of larger or wide-base polyps was more severe. The female patients' function, physiology, and VHI total score were higher than that of male patients, but the DSI was lower than that of male patients. The physiology score was higher in bilateral vocal cord polyp patients, so as well as DSI. There was no significant correlation between each item of VHI scale score and DSI.CONCLUSIONNeither the current subjective VHI nor objective DSI in clinical assessment of voice disorders disability is ideal, further research and better evaluation methods should be further explored.

Cytochrome P450 is an important kind of enzymes for the metabolism of drug and other endo-or xeno-biotics. Classification of metabolic enzymes, molecular biological characteristic of CYP3A4, CYP2D6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2E1, CYP1A2 and CYP2A6 were described in this review. Influence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on metabolic enzyme and its application in clinical drug therapeutics and drug development were also reviewed in this article.

Although intensive chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) are currently used in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML),a large proportion of patients relapse after treatment.On the other hand,a minority of cases fail to achieve complete remission (CR) after a standard first line treatment.Leukemia relapse and refractory become the main course of treatment failure,which are also the main points and difficulties of treatment for AML.However,the most effective regimen for refractory/relapsed AML has not been established.This review focuses on the progress of the regimens and major chemotherapy for refractory/relapsed AML (except M3).

Chronic active Epstein-Barr virus infection( CAEBV) is an undefined illness, which is often characterized by severe. chronic, or recurrent infectious mononucleosis-like syndrome, such as fever, hepatosplenomegaly, persistenthepatitis and extensive lymphadenopathy . Patients with CAEBV have high viral loads in their penpheral blood and/ or an unusual pattem of EBV-related antibodies. It is an intractable disease with a poor prognosis. Patients with CAEBV have high mortality from hepatic failure, opportunistic infection, or hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. A definite treatment has not been established . There is accumulating evidence that the clonal expansion of EBV-infected T or natural killer cells play a key role in the pathogenesis of CAEBV.

Objective To investigate serum metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and observe gefitinib drug sensitivity before and after transfecting MALAT1-siRNA in epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR ) wild-type cell line A549.Discussing the relationship between MALAT 1 and epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor ( EGFR-TKI) drug resistance.Methods Serum MALAT1 was quantified by qRT-PCR in 90 cases of NSCLC, 30 cases of lung benign tumor and 30 cases of healthy people in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University during April to September in 2015.MALAT1 expression in cancer cells were detected in the cell lines A549, H1299, 95D and HCC827.The half maximal inhibitory concentration ( IC50) of gefitinib in cells before and after transfecting MALAT 1-siRNA were analyzed by cell proliferation toxicity test ( CCK).Flow cytometry technology was used to evaluate the apoptosis rates.One-way analysis of variance was statisticed between groups.Results Serum MALAT1 expression was increased in NSCLC compared with healthy control group ( NSCLC =1.88 ±2.51, Healthy control group =1, t=3.347, P<0.01).MALAT1 was over expressed in the EGFR wild-type cell lines compared with the EGFR mutant cell lines(HCC827=1, A549=4.44 ±1.05, 95D=3.55 ±0.63,H1299 =1.44 ±0.05).The IC50 value of gefitinib was declined 32.1% by silencing MALAT1.The results of flow cytometry showed an increasing apoptosis rate after silencing MALAT1 in A549 cells[NC=(9.20 ±1.85 )%, M=(10.24 ±3.43)%, NC+G=( 14.57 ±0.41 )%, M +G =( 21.48 ±2.47 )%].Conclusions Serum MALAT1 reflected the progression of NSCLC.Silencing MALAT1 resulted in enhancement in sensitivity to gefitinib in A549 cell line.It prompted the partly reversal of gefitinib resistance by MALAT1.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous catheter drainage under the guidance of ultrasound in the treatment of hepatic abscess.Method Forty-eight cases who were clinical diagnosis of liver abscess by percutaneous catheter drainage was selected as the observation group.There were 12 cases of liver abscess diagnosed by parallel surgical drainage in the treatment as the control group.To observe the clinical effect,hospitalization time and complications of two groups of patients after treatment.Results The cure rate of observation group was significandy higher than that in control group:100％ (48/48) vs.The temperature recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group:(1.5 ±0.3) d vs.(3.2 ±0.8) d,(9.3 ±2.3) d vs.(17.5 ±3.2) d.No complications occurred in the observation group,and there were 2 cases in the control group.Conclusions Percutaneous catheter drainage in the treatment of liver abscess has advantages of simple economy,less trauma,less complications and high cure rate.It has become the first choice for treatment of liver abscess.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize?-cyclodextrin inclusion process in the inclusion of volatile oil compounds of peppermint,biond magnolia flower and agastache rugosa in biyuanling granules.METHODS:Orthogonal experiment was performed,the inclusion process was evaluated with inclusion rate of volatile oil,recovery rate of inclusion compound,extract ratio of inclusion compound as indexes.RESULTS:The optimized inclusion condition was as follows,the ratio of volatile oil to?-cyclodextrin was1∶8(ml/g)with10min ultrasound time and20℃ultrasound water temperature.CONCLUSIONS:The optimized method was simple and efficient,and suitable for industrialized production.
