The discriminating power (DP) of D1S80,D17S30 and ApoB3'were 0. 962, 0. 956 and 0. 960 respectively. The cumulative probability of paternity exclusion (EPP) of the three VNTR loci was 94. 51 %,higher than that of conventional blood typings.
3.Principles and strategies for the prevention and treatment of parathyroid and larynge-al nerve injuries during thyroid surgery
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(9):409-414
Surgery is the major treatment option for malignant tumors and some benign neoplasms of the thyroid, most of which are differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Despite the progresses that have been made in surgical techniques, iatrogenic injuries of the parathy-roid and laryngeal nerves, including superior and recurrent laryngeal nerves, could not be completely avoided in the surgical manage-ment of thyroid tumors. In this review, the causes of intraoperative injuries of parathyroid and laryngeal nerves are systematically ana-lyzed with respect to types and extents of surgical operations, changes in topical anatomy, and secondary thyroid surgeries. The princi-ples and strategies for protecting and restoring injuries of the parathyroid and laryngeal nerves are also elucidated for the effective prevention and adequate treatment of these major complications in the thyroid surgery.

6.Detection of receptors of Streptococcus mutants in human whole salivary components
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2010;31(2):236-238
Objective To select the acceptor ingredients of Streptococcus mutans protein in the whole saliva through the interaction between adhesion and saliva protein of Streptococcus mutans. Methods After activation and liquid culture of Streptococcus mutans strains of international standards, we took Su-bonding from liquid culture of bacteria secretion in the process of liquid culture by using chilled ethanol extraction. Then su-bonded components underwent electrophoresis analysis, content determination and antigen detection. We collected 15 with high carries and 15 with no carries. Two hours after eating, the whole non-irritating saliva was collected, electrophoresis samples were prepared after freeze-drying, and then stains were separated with SDSPAGE. Western blot detection was used for adhesive protein and Streptococcus mutans' antibody composition. Results The ingredients of Su-bonding secreted on the surface of Streptococcus mutans were obtained in the cultured saliva. There were at least six kinds of components in the extraction of Western blot detection, not limited to the three known kinds of proline-rich protein. Conclusion The adhesion of Streptococcus mutants can be bound with the proteins of saliva. It may be the material basis in Streptococcus mutants adhered to tooth surface.

8.The effect of DS-182 on mitochondrial changes induced by rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury and its protective mechanism
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
The membrane fluidity of mitochondria isolated from langendorff perfused rat hearts was studied with ESR spin labeling technique and TBA method was used to detect the content of lipid peroxide. After total ischemia for 40min followed by a 20min reperfusion the 10-DSA region of the mitochondrial membrane showed significantly increased S (0.1(?)2?0.006) and ?_c(7.13?0.09?10~(10)sec) values (i. e. a decrease of membrane fluidity)in comparison with aerobic control (S=0.103?0.007); ?_c=6.86?0.20?10~(-10) sec) (P0.05). In addition, we found that DS182 could remove O_2~? produced by O_2~? generating system. Our results have showed that DS-182 is a potent scavenger of superoxide. The protective effect of DS-182 on mitochondria during ischemia/reperfusion might be due to its antioxidative activity。

10.The update of the relationship between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and atherosclerosis
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(9):784-786
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome. It likely represents hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome. The prevalence of NAFLD has been estimated to be 20%-30% in the general population. However, it is much higher in type 2 diabetic patients. Several epidemiological studies indicate that NAFLD is linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease( CVD), which is independent of underlying cardiometabolic risk factors. This suggests that NAFLD may also be actively involved in the pathogenesis. The possible molecular mediators linking NAFLD and atherosclerosis(AS) include the release of pro-atherogenic factors by oxidative stress and inflammation as well as atherogenic dyslipidemia, abnormal adipose factors, and insulin resistance, finally aggravating progression of CVD. In this article, the relationship and possible mechanisms between NAFLD and AS are reviewed.
