5.Investigation of hypoxia detection in tumor.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(24):1148-1151
Hypoxia could not only induce tumor chemoradiotherapeutic resistance, but also cause strong invasiveness which make tumor inclined to recurrence and metastasis. With regard to the detection of oxygenation condition in tumor tissue, there are many methods, but each has its advantages and disadvantages. Accurate monitoring of tumor oxygenation state plays an important role in therapeutic schedule formulation and implementation which would improve curative effect of tumor.

7.Research progress of squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck EGFR targeted therapy resistance mechanisms.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(2):184-190
Overexpression of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a common characteristic of head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC) , and initiates important signal transduction pathways in carcinogenesis. Now the EGFR is a validated target for cancer therapies in HNSCC. However, the effect of EGFR-targeted therapies is only modest because of primary and/or acquired resistance. Therefore, an improved understanding of the molecular mechanisms of resistance to EGFR inhibitors may establish new treatment options to overcome resistance. In this review, the molecular mechanisms of resistance and the strategies to overcome it were summarized.

8.Thyroid Hormone Modulates the Nerve-Growth-Factor and Its Receptor Trka Iin Brain
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective Using hypothyroid, hyperthyroid and normol control rats model,we investigated mRNA expression of the nerve-growth-factor and its receptor TrkA in hippocampus and parietal cortex at 14,21,28days of ages,to offer a possible neurobiological explanation about mechanism of thyroid hormone modulating NGF and its receptor TrkA.Methods For hypothyroid group, rats were reared with 0.02% methimazol water from 5~6 day of gestation to the day when they were sacrificed;for hyperthyroid group, rats were daily intraperitoneal injected of 0.4?g/g body weight tiiodothyronin from beginning of delivery;for normal control rats were reared a normol diet and water.NGF mRNA and TrkAmRNA were measured by in site hybridization. Results The peak of mRNA expression of NGF and TrkA is at P21and P28 respectively,.The mRNA expression of NGF and TrkA in hypothyroid rats was significantly lower than that in age-matched euthyroid at P14,P21,P28(P
9.Detection of receptors of Streptococcus mutants in human whole salivary components
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2010;31(2):236-238
Objective To select the acceptor ingredients of Streptococcus mutans protein in the whole saliva through the interaction between adhesion and saliva protein of Streptococcus mutans. Methods After activation and liquid culture of Streptococcus mutans strains of international standards, we took Su-bonding from liquid culture of bacteria secretion in the process of liquid culture by using chilled ethanol extraction. Then su-bonded components underwent electrophoresis analysis, content determination and antigen detection. We collected 15 with high carries and 15 with no carries. Two hours after eating, the whole non-irritating saliva was collected, electrophoresis samples were prepared after freeze-drying, and then stains were separated with SDSPAGE. Western blot detection was used for adhesive protein and Streptococcus mutans' antibody composition. Results The ingredients of Su-bonding secreted on the surface of Streptococcus mutans were obtained in the cultured saliva. There were at least six kinds of components in the extraction of Western blot detection, not limited to the three known kinds of proline-rich protein. Conclusion The adhesion of Streptococcus mutants can be bound with the proteins of saliva. It may be the material basis in Streptococcus mutants adhered to tooth surface.
