1.Biologic characters of human foreskin fibroblasts
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To study the biologic characters of human foreskin fibroblasts(HFF)to lay the foundation for a long-term culture for human embryonic germ cells in vitro. Methods:The method of separating HFF was investigated.By immunocytochemical method,MTT and flow cytometry,we investigated the morphology and the purity of HFF,study the cell growth curve and cell cycle of HFF,and the effects of different concentrations of mitomycin on growth of HFF at different times. Results:Epidermis and dermis were more easily separated after overnight digestion(12~16 h)in 0.25% Trypsin at 4℃,compared with incubation for 2 h in 5% CO2 at 37℃.Vimentin was strongly positive stained with the purity of 95 percent. There was no obvious stranded period. The rapid proliferation period was in 1~6 d of cell growth curve. The platform stage began at 7 d.Majority of the cells were in G1/G0 phases. The cell cycle corresponded to cell growth curve.Mitomycin C(MMC)inhibited the proliferation of HFF at 12.5 ?g/ml over 2.5 h of MMC treatment. Conclusion:Its biological characters showed that HFF can be used as feeder layer for in-vitro cultured human embryonic germ cells。
2.Discussion on English translation of traditional Chinese medicine with the intercultural communication perspective
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(5):385-389
Analysis of differences between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) philosophy with malnstream western medicine was done with reference to intercultural communication theory. It was found that the differences are malnly manifested through holism philosophy of TCM and dualism of Western medicine, intuition thinking mode of TCM and mechanical thinking mode of western medicine, and ideographic Chinese language and objective description of the Western medicine. The translation principle was also discussed with the perspective of intercultural communication. It is of great significance to respect the recipient’s privilege, to create intimate text, and to understand the bilingual differences if TCM translation is to be promoted.
3.A Study on Fingerprint of Citri Reticulatae Decoction Pieces by HPLC
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(12):82-84
Objective To establish an analytical method for fingerprint of Citri Reticulatae decoction pieces by HPLC. Methods Thermo C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) was used with methanol-0.3%phosphoric acid in gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, and the temperature was 40 ℃. The similarities of the 15 batches of samples were compared by similarity evaluation, cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Results Based on the fingerprints of Citri Reticulatae decoction pieces, 8 common peaks were identified. The similarities were all more than 0.9 among all batches. 15 batches can be divided into three categories. Conclusion The method is simple and steady. It provides a basis for the quality control and evaluation of Citri Reticulatae decoction pieces.
4.Research on clinical target volume delineation in radiotherapy of esophageal carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):751-754
Target volume definition is one of the important factors in precise radiotherapy of esophageal carcinoma. However, there is considerable controversy about delineation of esophageal carcinoma clinical target volume (CTV),and no consistent standard.Recent researches show that pathological characteristics, imaging methods and lymph node metastasis pattern may have guiding functions for CTV delineation.Novel delineation technique such as individual design has been a research hotspot.
5.Treatment of 120 Cases of Nuchal Ligament Strain by Acupuncture and Tuina
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2007;5(4):250-251
120 cases of nuchal ligament strain were treated with Tuina at the nape, tapping Dazhui (GV 14) with plum-blossom needle, and cupping Dazhui(GV 14). Clinical observation was made after 14-day treatments. Eighty-seven cases got cure, 28 cases improvement and 5 cases failure; the total effective rate was 95.8%.
6.Current situation of evidence-based bibliotherapy and its strategies
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;(2):57-60
The application of evidence-based medicine in bibliotherapy is defined as evidence-based bibliothera-py.After a description of the connotation, role and significance of bibliotherapy, and foreign and domestic studies on it, the problems in domestic bibliotherapy were pointed out with measures put forward for their solution, and the implementation of bibliotherapy was normalized in view of its methodology.
7.The progress on cell signaling pathways related lung cancer
Practical Oncology Journal 2013;(6):563-567
Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world .However, its pathogen-esis is still unclear .With the deep research of related signal pathways underlying the development ,progression and prognosis of lung cancer , we find that the mTOR signaling pathway , JAK-STAT pathway , Notch signaling and IGF have been identified to play a major role in the growth ,proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and invasion of tumor cells. Therefore this paper is to review the effects of the above several pathways ,which may prove a new ba-sis for the pathogenesis and therapy of lung cancer .
8.Drinking Water Type Fluorosis Control and Prevention in Shaanxi Province
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
4.0 mg/L) fluorosis areas in 2008.The fluoride content of the drinking water, the chlidren's dental fluorosis and urinary fluoride were investigated. Results The fluoride in drinking water in the water improved areas was(1.4?0.8)mg/L,which was significantly lower than that in the non-water improved areas(2.6?1.5)mg/L(P
9.Research advances concerning in protective effects of estrogen on hypoxia
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
Estrogen has many physiological functions. It can prevent atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and osteoporosis etc. Phytoestrogen is a kind of natural compounds in plants that is structurally similar to estrogen and has estrogen-like effects. The studies on the effects of estrogen and phytoestrogen on the hypoxia at present is limited and its mechanism is being researched.
10.Chemical constituents from stem bark of Erythrina variegata
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
Objective To study the effective constituents from the stem bark of Erythrina variegata. Methods The compounds Ⅰ-Ⅸ were isolated by a combination of silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS chromatographies and their structures were identified by spectral methods. Results Nine known compounds were isolated from the stem bark of E.variegata.Their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as: 5,4′-dihydroxy-8-(3,3-dimethylally)-2″,2″-dimethylpyrano [5,6∶6,7] isoflavone(Ⅰ),stigmasterol(Ⅱ), erythrinasinate B(Ⅲ),3-hydroxy-2′,2′-dimethylpyrano [5,6∶9,10] pterocarpan(Ⅳ),5,7-dihydroxy-8-(3,3-dimethylally)-dihydroflavanone (Ⅴ),5,4′-dihydroxy-2″,2″-dimethylpyrano [5,6∶6,7] isoflavone(Ⅵ),5,7,4′-trihydroxy-6,8-di(3,3-dimethylally) isoflavone(Ⅶ),5,2′,4′-trihydroxy-8-(3,3-dimethylally)-2″,2″-dimethylpyrano [5,6∶6,7] isoflavone(Ⅷ),5,4′-dihydroxy-6-(3,3-dimethylally)-2″,2″-dimethylpyrano [5,6∶7,8] isoflavone(Ⅸ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅶ,and Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time and compound Ⅴ is newly isolated from the plant of Erythrina Linn.
