1.Studies on the antioxidation activity of squid(Dosidicus eschrichitii Steenstrup) skin gelatin hydrolysate
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the free radical scavenging effects and antioxidation activity of squid(Dosidicus eschrichitii Steenstrup) skin gelatin hydrolysate. Methods The free radical scavenging effects of the hydrolysate on superoxide and hydroxyl free radicals were assessed by chemiluminescence analysis method. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA),hydroxyprolyne(Hyp) in blood serum and skin tissue in galactose treated mice were analyzed after 42 days of hydrolysate feeding. Results and Conclusion The fraction with relative molecule weight less than 2000 D of the hydrolysate had the highest free radical scavenging effects on superoxide and hydroxyl free radicals, and the activities of SOD,GSH-Px were enhanced, the quantity of MDA in blood serum and skin tissue of the mice was decreased and the quantity of Hyp in skin tissue of mice was increased after the hydrolysate administration.
2.Review of nursing in traditional Chinese medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(1):91-92
Nursing is an important component in the clinic of traditional Chinese medicine, therefore having been emphasized broadly and continuously by generations of doctors. However, because of the combination of the treatment and nursing in traditional Chinese medicine, nursing hash't formed its own system until now.Literatures on the knowledge of nursing in traditional Chinese medicine are also sporadically recorded. The author focused on the development of nursing in traditional Chinese medicine to demonstrate that nursing in China has a long-term history with plenty of contents and various techniques.
3.Gene Detection of ?-Lactamases in Multi-drug Resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate ?-lactamases genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE) isolated from clinical patients.METHODS The drug-sensitivity to 16 antibiotics was detected by the disc agar diffusion(DAD) and microdilution. The related drug-resistance genes TEM,SHV,OXA-10,PER,VEB,GES,CARB,IMP,VIM,SPM,GIM,DHA,F-OX,MOX,CTX-M9,CTX-M1 and OprD2 were detected by PCR method.RESULTS Resistant rates of 34 MRPA to amikacin,ceftazidime,ciprofloxacin,cefoperazone/sulbactam,cefepime,imipenem,levofloxacin,piperacillin/tazobactam,aztreonam,piperacillin and tobramycin were 14.7%,29.4%,61.8%,67.6%,70.6%,73.5%,76.5%,76.5%,79.4%,91.2% and 94.1%,respectively,with 100% to others antibiotics. The positive rates of gene encoding extended-spectrum ?-lactamases FOX,IMP,DHA,and VIM were 23.5%,11.8%,11.8% and 5.9%.Twenty-four were deleted out outer membrane protein gene oprD2.Other ?-lactamase genes were absent in all isolates.CONCLUSIONS Clinical P.aeruginosa carries various ?-lactamases genes, with high rate of oprD2 gene.
4.Considerations on the Practice of Drug Batch Management in Hospital
China Pharmacy 2005;0(19):-
OBJECTIVE: To improve the hospital drug batch management by using Hospital information system(HIS) so as to improve the management level on hospital drugs.METHODS: A rational and detailed operation processes for the stock out and stock-in of drugs was designed; The flow of drugs was accurately recorded by using multi-kind of tables and forms;Rules and regulations were consummated, operational processes were standardized and the internal control measure on drug management was perfected.RESULTS: With the HIS drug control system, the whole-range drug management from the procurement and inventory to the clinical use of drugs has been effectuated, the working efficiency and working quality have been enhanced, and a more standard and scientific management of drugs has been achieved.CONCLUSIONS: Drug batch management method is practical and scientific, but a more effective and consummated system is needed to guarantee its implementation.
5.To View the Governmental Duty in "Mass Higher Education"Through the Perspective of Educational Outlays
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
Mass higher education" is necessarily for all countries, and the characters of "Mass higher education" ofChina decides that the Chinese government must assume corresponding duty. To provide proper educational outlays isthe chief and essential duty of the government. So if the problem is not solved or is inconsequently solved, the course of"Mass higher education"in China will be baffled and the reputation of the gouvernment will be affected as well.
6.Views on the Application of Education Techniques in Medical College

The article is to illustrate the application of teaching design,multi-media,network teaching and long-distance education, and the introduction of virtual reality techniques in medical teaching?
8.Recent progress on the effects of structured lipids and fluidity of plasma membrane on tumor metastasis
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2024;59(3):520-531
The lipid composition of cell plasma membranes of aggressive tumors is significantly altered from normal, affecting the membrane fluidity and function. Plasma membrane fluidity involves multiple steps in tumor invasion and metastasis, including cell movement, adhesion, lateral diffusion of membrane molecules, signal transduction, material exchange and so on. This review highlights the difference in plasma membrane lipid composition and fluidity between normal and cancer cells, as well as the correlation with the invasion and metastasis potential of cancer. We also point out that the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of tumors can be inhibited by improving membrane fluidity or interfering with the membrane structured lipid composition, this focusing more on changing the biophysical properties of cancer cell membranes, and providing a novel strategy that works for treatment of tumor metastasis.
9.Education Rehabilitation on Congnitive Ability of School-Age Children with Cerebral Palsy
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(10):999-1000
ObjectiveTo investigate the education rehabilitation on congnitive ability of school-age children with cerebral palsy.Methods50 school-age children with cerebral palsy received education rehabilitation (conventional teaching methods and special teaching methods). The children were assessed by the cognitive part of Rating Scale (WeeFIM) as functional independence before and 1 term after education rehabilitation.ResultsThere was a significant difference in WeeFIM score for the children between and 1 term after education rehabilitation (P<0.01).ConclusionEducation rehabilitation can improve the cognitive abilities of school-age children with cerebral palsy.
