2.Interpretation of intrinsic capacity in the elderly and research progress
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2021;40(4):524-527
WHO proposed the concept of intrinsic capacity in the World Report on Aging and Health in 2015.As the basis of functional ability in the elderly, intrinsic capacity plays an important role in maintaining the quality of life and promoting healthy aging. However, research on intrinsic capacity is still in its infancy. This article reviews research progress on intrinsic capacity, including the concept, domains, screening methods and its impact on the health of the elderly, in order to provide a reference for further research on this subject.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Objective To discuss the correlation between hs-CRP and patterns of metabolic syndrome in TCM.Method One hundred patients with metabolic syndrome were classified according to patterns of TCM.The correlation between hs-CRP and patterns of metabolic syndrome in TCM was observed.Result hs-CRP of patients group was superior to that of control group (P
4.Research on the association among TCM syndrome,t-PA and PAI in serum and the risk stratif ication of UA
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective:To discuss the relation among t-PA,PAI,unstable angina risk strati cation and its TCM syndrome. Methods:Syndrome di erentiation, coronary angiography and risk strati cation for 86 cases of unstable angina pectoris were carried out,and Gensini scoring system was used to assess the results of coronary angiography, blood stasis score was used to assess the degree of blood stasis.Serum blood serum t-PA and PAI levels were detected for statistical analysis. Results:In 86 cases of patients with low-risk,middle-risk and high-risk groups, with the incremental risk strati cation, blood stasis and Gensini score were increased,by comparison among the three groups, the di erences was existed(P

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(04):-
Objective To study preventive measures against conversions to open surgery during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods The study was based on 25 cases of conversions to laparotomy out of 852 cases of LC(2.93%)from December 1999 to October 2005 in this hospital. The clinical data revealed a bile duct injury in 3 cases, bleeding in 1 case, severe adhesion in abdominal cavity or between the gallbladder and neighboring tissues in 9 cases, disturbed anatomy and adhesion in the region of the Calot's triangle in 5 cases, cholecystoduodenal fistula in 2 cases, and Mirizzi syndrome(type Ⅱ)in 5 cases. Results The conversion to open surgery was successfully completed in all the 25 cases. No complication was encountered.Follow-up examinations for 1~2 years showed no bile duct stenosis. Conclusions Proper preoperative patient selection and use of intraoperative preventive measures are helpful to minimize the possibility of conversion to open surgery.
7.Effect of physical therapy on limb paralysis due to Guillain-Barre syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(1):45-46
ObjectiveStudy the efficacy of physiotherapy (PT) in the rehabilitation of the patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome. Method15 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome were divided into 2 groups, exercise group(8 cases) and control group(7 cases),a retrospective study is made.ResultAs compared with control group, there is a significant improvent in muscle strenth and ADL in exercise group (P<0.01).ConclusionPT can effectively diminish the degree of disability of the patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome, shorten rehabilitation time ,and restore independence of self-care.

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of gallic acid and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside inNymphaea candida Presl..MethodsThe separation was carried out on a Wondasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution, with gradient elution;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm;the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear ranges of gallic acid and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside were 0.065-0.585μg (r=0.999 1), 0.133-1.197μg (r=0.999 5), respectively. The average recoveries of gallic acid and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside were 102.71%, 102.08%, with RSD of 1.97%, 0.46%, respectively. Conclusion This method was rapid, accurate, and reliable. It can be used for the determination of allic acid and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside in Nymphaea candidaPresl..

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
In this paper, the bacterial community structure in the gills and intestines of Penaeus chinensis and Metapenaeus ensis were investigated using a culture-independent method of 16S rDNA PCR-DGGE fingerprinting. It was proved that there are abundant and various bacteria in the gills and intestines of these prawns. The bacterial community in the gills and intestines of the same prawn or different kinds of prawns were obviously different based on the clustering analysis of DGGE fingerprints. On the other hand, the same bacteria were found in different kinds of prawns. This was the first time to aim to set up a method to reveal the bacterial community in prawn based on 16S rDNA PCR-DGGE fingerprinting which is of great value for the studies of the relationship between prawn and environmental microorganism as well as the related diseases.
