Methods TCM injections in our hospital during 2010-2012 were analyzed by employing the analytic method of defined daily dose, with a purpose to evaluate frequency of drug use and rationality of medication expenses. Results From 2010 to 2012, drug possession rate of TCM injections in our hospital was 4.07%-4.47%;the amount of medication accounted for 10.50%to 12.69%of the amount of all drugs;the annual growth rate increased significantly, among which TCM injections used for removing blood stasis took the lead;frequency of drug use rose annually;medication synchrony in 3 years indicated that daily expensesof Shenkang Injection, Aidi Injection, salvianolateinjection, safflor yellow sodium chloride injection and other TCM injections were on the high side. Conclusion From 2010 to 2012, TCM injections in the clinical application in our hospital were of relatively high frequency, and the TCM injections used for removing blood stasis took the lead. Daily expenses of TCM injections drugs were on the high side and there may be unreasonable application.
5.Relationship study between the serum concentration of amiodarone and QT dispersion
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):180-181
Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum concentration of amiodarone and QT dispersion. Methods The serum concentration of Am and DEA were determined by HPLC during the treatment in forty Patients to study the relationship between the serum concentration and QTd.Results After using amiodarone,QT interval was significantly increased[(383±31)ms vs(418±29)ms,P<0.05].In the same time QTd was significantly decreased[(34±12)ms vs(21±9)ms,P<0.05].With maintaining dosage, the serum concentration of DEA had positive relationship with the increment of QT(r=0.50,P<0.05).While with loading dosage, the serum concentration of amiodarone had no relationship with it.The serum concentration of amiodarone had no relationshiP with the decrement of QTd in all patients. And it varied in a large range.Between the groups of different therapeutic effect, the serum concentration had no statistical difference. Two patients appeared the adverse effects.Their serum concentration of amiodarone weren't higher than the average concentration of the group. Conclusion The serum concentration of amiodarone couldn't be an index tO estimate the effect and the occurrence of adverse effects.

7.Advance in immunopathogenesis of primary nephrotic syndrome
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(1):51-55
Primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS) is a common kidney disease. However, its mechanisms remain unclear, and immunity might to play an important role in PNS. This article will review the pathology from cellular immunity, humoral immunity and the immunity involved in podocytes. It is useful for further understand-ing,and it may help guide the diagnosis, prognosis and therapeutic strategies.
8.Protective effects of pomegranate glycosides on LPS-induced acute lung injury to mice
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2015;(10):1329-1332
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of punicalagin in LPS induced ALI.Methods: ALI mice model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of LSP(20 mg/kg bodyweight) to induce acute lung injury in mice.A total of 60 mice were divided into 6 groups,10 rats in each group:normal control group,LPS group,LPS+punicalagin group (10,20,40 mg/kg bodyweight),LPS+dexamethasone group.2 h before LPS injection, punicalagin and dexamethasone were intraperitoneal injection in mice, and then by intra-peritoneal injection of a lethal dose of LPS, normal control group mice were given intraperitoneal injection of an equal volume of PBS.HE staining, observed the lung tissue of mice in the different treatment conditions of the pathological changes and the degree of lung injury, weighted the wet lung and dry lung of the mice respectively, observed degree of pulmonary edema in mice, inspect MPO activity of lung homogenate, analyzed the activation and infiltration of polymorphonuclear, counted the total number of cells and the number of inflammatory cells in alveolar lavage fluid, detected the concentration of inflammatory cytokines in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid with ELISA,and analyzed the impact of punicalagin on inflammation of lung tissue. Results: HE staining of lung tissue in mice and found that the LPS-induced lung inflammatory cell infiltration, interstitial edema and pulmonary parenchymal damage were significantly reduced.Different dose of punicalagin could significantly reduce the lung wet/dry lung weight ratio of ALI in mice ( P<0.05).Punicalagin ALI could reduce lung tissue caused exudation, edema. The different doses of punicalagin could significantly reduce the inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, the sum of the number of neutrophils and macrophages (P<0.05).Punicalagin could significantly reduce the concentration in the bronchoalveolar lavage cytokines IL-6,IL-12,TNF-αand IL-1β(P<0.05).The MPO activity was detected that punicalagin reduce neutrophil infiltration induced by LPS in the lung tissue. Conclusion: Punicalagin has protective effects on LPS induced acute lung injury.

The treatment group was intervened by comprehensive auricular point therapy, while the control group was by rehabilitation training. The therapeutic efficacies were evaluated after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 82.0%in the treatment group versus 62.0%in the control group, and the difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive auricular point therapy is effective in treating post-stroke urinary incontinence.
10.DETERMINATION OF MULTIPLE DIAGNOSTIC INDICES IN LUNG CANCER
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
In 161 cases of the lung cancer, serum values of CEA. CIC. ACE. CRP. IgE and ferritin were determined. It was found that their serum CEA. CIC. CRP and ferritin were higher, whereas serum ACE was lower than that of normal healthy subjeots and those suffering from benign pulmonary diseases. Serum CEA and CIC were distinctly lowered following surgical resection, radioor chemotherapy while the serum ACE activity was slightly elevated. Simultaneous determination of ferritin and CEA might increase the chance for detection of the lung cancer. The results of the study showed that determination of multiple indices are helpfui in the diagnosis, evaluation of the therapeutic response detection of relapse and prognosis of the lung cancer.
