1.Curative effect comparison on different dose of glucocorticoid in treatment of acute low-frequency descent type sensorineural deafness

Objective To study curative effect on different dose of glucocorticoid in treatment of acute low-frequency descent type sensorineural deafness.Methods Sixty patients with acute low-frequency descent type sensorineural deafness were divided into high dose group,low dose group and control group according to the dose of glucocorticoid with 20 cases each,all the patients were given corresponding suit support treatment,on the basis of high dose group patients were given every day once intravenous drip methylprednisolone 80 mg for 5 d,low dose group patients were given every day once intravenous drip methylprednisolone 60 mg for 5 d,control group patients did not give glucocorticoid.The curative effect of 3 groups was observed.Results The total effective cases of high dose group was significantly more than that of low dose group and control group (18 cases vs.14 cases and 7 cases),and low dose group was significantly more than control group,there were significant differences (P < 0.05).The high dose group and low dose group were no obvious adverse reactions associated with the use of glucocorticoid.Conclusion The patients with acute low-frequency descent type sensorineural deafness treated with high dose glucocorticoid therapy has better curative effect,can significantly improve patients with clinical symptoms,it is worthy of clinical application.

The complement system is a complex protein network.The complements can be stimulated by innate and adaptive immune system.Complement system can induce inflammation and phagocytosis through macrophage.Complement activation or regulatory dysfunction is important in kidney pathology and therapeutic strategies.This review summarizes recent advances on the role of complement system proteins in some renal diseases.
3.The clinical advances of glycated albumin

Glycemic control is essential to diabetes management.HbA1c is often used as the gold standard of glycemic monitoring indicators.However,HbA1c may not accurately reflect glycemic control in various conditions such as hematologic disorders,postprandial hyperglycemia,glycemia deteriorate.GA can reflect the short-term glycemic change,screen for diabetes,evaluate treatment effect and predict the risk of diabetic vascular complications.GA could be a more useful glycemic control indicator.
4.The clinical curative effect comparison between the nasal endoscopic combined with fiber laryngoscope and nasal endoscopic surgery treatment for maxillary sinus cyst

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of the nasal endoscopic combined with fiber laryngoscope and nasal endoscopic surgery treatment for maxillary sinus cyst.Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with maxillar sinus cyst,were divided into two groups by random digits table:observation group and control group,each group with 62 cases.The observation group was given the nasal endoscopic combined with fiber laryngoscope maxillar sinus cyst enucleation,control group was given simple nasal endoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effect and the postoperative complications were compared.Results The rate of total effective in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [96.77% (60/62) vs.80.65% (50/62),P <0.01].The rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group [9.68%(6/62) vs.61.29%(38/62),P <0.01].Conclusion The nasal endoscopic combined with fiber laryngoscope for treating maxillar sinus cyst is a simple operation,small trauma,which can make up the shortage of the endoscopic sinus surgery,its clinical effect and thepostoperative complications are better than nasal endoscopic treatment.
5.Laparoscopic Hysterectomy for Large Uterus:Experience of 200 Cases

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic resection of large uterus . Methods We performed laparoscopic hysterectomy in patients who had more than 3 months pregnant huge uterus in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013.The mirror trocar was introduced at 5 cm above fundus .Surgical key steps were appropriate management of uterine blood vessels, electrical coagulation of the ascending uterine artery , and dissection of uterine vessels from front , rear, and lateral sides. Results The laparoscopic surgery was completed in all the 200 cases, without conversion to laparotomy .The operation time was 80-170 min,with a mean of 120 min;the blood loss was 20-250 ml,with a mean of 60 ml.No blood transfusion was required due to hemorrhage during operation .Two cases developed deep vein thrombosis at the third day after surgery , and were cured by anticoagulant therapy .Two patients with vaginal stump inflammation at 15 postoperative day were cured by applying the metronidazole powder at vaginal .One patient were sutured by 2 stitches for vaginal stump bleeding at the first month after the operation .The remaining patients had no serious complications .Postoperative hospital stay was (5 ±2) days.Follow-up reviews in 144 patients for 6 months found satisfactory heal of the vaginal stump , normal ultrasonographic results of bilateral ureters , and no abnormity in the pelvic cavity. Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy of large uterus with bipolar coagulation is safe and feasible .
7.Experience on clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine Yi Guan Jian decoction.

Yi Guan Jian decoction is a traditional Chinese medicine formula noted in Wei Yu-huang's Xu Ming Yi Lei An (Supplement to the Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians). Acne vulgaris and chronic pelvic inflammation could be successfully treated by the decoction following the principle of formula corresponding to syndromes. The identical characteristics of constitution are found among the patients treated by the decoction, known as the "Yi Guan Jian constitution". It indicates that patients can be treated according to the constitutional characteristics.
8.Analysis of the Resources Construction Mode of the National Scientific Data Sharing Platform for Population and Health

The paper summarizes features of the resources construction mode of the national scientific data sharing platform for popu -lation and health and analyzes main problems existing in the management , standardization and normalization of platform resources con-struction.On this basis, it proposes thinking and suggestion , and points out that a complete mechanism for resources assessment and ac-cess should be formed as soon as possible for the platform , the work progress of standardization should be promoted positively and the awareness of opening and sharing scientific data should be strengthened .
9.Performance evaluation of six homocysteine cycle enzymatic detection systems

Objective To evaluate the performance of six homocysteine (Hcy) analysis systems.Methods This is a methodological evaluation study.We analyzed six cycle enzymatic systems,and their correlation and deviation compared with chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay (CMIA) from Abbott Architect plus i2000 system.Precision,accuracy,anti-interference and analytical measuring range (AMR)were evaluated,according to the CLSI EP5-A2,EP15-A2,EP7-A2,EP6-A,EP9-A2 guidelines.To assess the accuracy,we used the reference material SRM 1955 from National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST),and EQA samples from CAP and National Center of Clinical Laboratory.Regression analysis was conducted using Passing-Bablok method.Linear regression measurement was performed using Cusum method,with a statistical significance level set at P < 0.05.Correlation analysis was conducted using Pearson coefficient,with P <0.05 indicating significant difference.Deviation analysis was performed using Bland-Altman method.Results In the six systems (A1-D2) except A1,the within-run CVs were all < 5% and the between-run CVs were all < 6.7% at the Hey concentration range of 10-22 μmol/L.The accuracy validation of NIST SRM 1955 showed that the maximum absolute bias were-3.36,1.43,2.24 μmol/L at low,medium and high levels respectively.Measurement of EQA samples from CAP and National Center of Clinical Laboratory showed that the relative bias were all < TEa (2.5 μmol/L or target value ±20%) in the six systems (A1-D2) except A1.Hb and TBIL interference were significant.The upper limit of AMR for six systems were 47.3,69.76,72.1,73.96,46.23 and 48.98 μmol/L respectively.The measurement results of six systems conelated well with that of CMIA system,with Pearson correlation coefficient (r) > 0.975 (P <0.01,n >40).Compared with CMIA system,the Bland-Altman results showed that the maximum average absolute deviation was 2.9 μmol/L.Conclusions The cycle enzymatic method used to measure homocysteine has good precision,linear range,and anti-interference ability.But it is noticeable that the results of cycle enzymatic was higher than those of CMIA.Meanwhile,the six systems do not apply to measuring urine samples.
10.A clinical randomized case-control study of donepezil in the treatment of aphasia after stroke

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia.Methods 60 patients with post-stroke aphasia were divided randomly into donepezil hydrochloride group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).Trail group patients were received 5 mg per time,and once a day for oral administration of 2 weeks.From the third week they were received 10 mg per time,once a day,for continuous 10 weeks,and finally implemented four weeks washout period.The control group patients were received conventional treatment of neurology.The language function of patients were assessed with the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB) and the adverse reactions after treatment were evaluated by Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS).Assessments were implemented at the three time points,the start of trail,12 weeks,a washout period of 4 weeks.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the AQ,PQ,CQ scores of WAB in the experimental group were (91.35±8.14),(32.74±8.12),(91.53±7.89).After 4-week washout period,they were (94.69±5.21),(33.70±4.94),(93.33±5.59) respectively.After the trail for 12 and 16 weeks,the score of each WAB item in the trail group was significantly higher than that before treatment.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The trail group had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride in the early treatment of post-stroke aphasia is safe,effective and the therapeutic effect is stable.
