1.Nursing intervention in performing upper gastrointestinal longitudinal endoscopic ultrasonography
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(14):54-55
Objective To investigate the effects of systematically nursing intervention on performing upper gastrointestinal longitudinal endoscopic ultrasonography. Methods From July 2006 to August 2008, 80 patients with upper gastrointestinal disease were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. The experimental group received mental nursing before endoscopy examination, to comfort and encourage them to eliminate the psychological tension, instructing patients to relax, turning off lights to reduce the horror resulted from seeing insertion of large visual endoscopic ultrasonography into their mouths. While the control group received standard care of gastrointestinal endoscopic examination. The horror, nausea, abrasion of laryngopharynx and repeated operation were compared in the two groups using x2 test. Results The incidence of abnormal conditions in the experimental group was lower than those of the control group. Conclusions Nursing intervention can elevate the success rate of exami-nation, reduce the suffering of patients and ensure the smooth conduct of examination.
2.An update of RNA interference in tumor therapy
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
Tumor is a reciprocity result of various genes and factors, and its incidence and mortality remain high.Such traditional strategies as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy cannot completely restrain and reverse the growth of tumor cells. So,new and more effective therapeutic methods are being expected. This article updates the development of RNA interfering(RANi) technique in the targeting therapy of the tumor gene.
3.Predictors of hemorrhagic transformation after thrombolysis in patients with ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2016;24(8):734-739
Hemorrhagic transformation is a common complication after ischemic stroke, especially after thrombolytic therapy. Its disability and mortality are very high. Therefore, it limits the clinical application of thrombolytic therapy. This article reviews the types of hemorrhagic transformation, possible mechanisms and predictors after thrombolysis for ischemic stroke in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and research of ischemic stroke.
4.Research progress of genetic monitoring methods in guinea pig
Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine 2014;(8):62-66
Guinea pig as a commonly used laboratory animal is widely used in various fields of biomedical research. The stability of genetic quality directly affects its development and application .Genetic testing is designed to confirm the genetic characteristics of each strain , to verify whether there are genetic mutations and other genetic contamination, to ensure that the test object meets the requirements of this strain .Along with the emerge of biochemical and molecular marker technology , a more convenient and reliable means is provided for research of genetic homozygosity , genetic type detection and genetic quality monitoring of guinea pigs .In this paper, the application and research progress of biochemical, cytological and molecular markers in studies of guinea pig diversity will be summarized , and provide some help for genetic testing guinea pig.

Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(5):385-388,393
Objective To investigate the expression of BRCA1 in chemosensitive and chemoresistant ovarian cancer specimens,so as to provide a novel insight into the epigenetic mechanism involved in BRCA1 transcription. Methods Serous ovarian cancer patients(10 chemosensitive and 10 chemoresistant cancer)were enrolled for the study. BRCA1 levels was analyzed by real?time quantitative PCR. The methylation levels of BRCA1 core promoter(sites 1?4)was determined by pyrosequencing. Regression analysis was used to examine the possible relationship between BRCA1 levels and the methylation levels of sites 1?4 in ovarian cancer specimens. Results Compared to chemosensitive ovarian cancer tissues,BRCA1 levels were increased, but the methylation levels of BRCA1 core promoter(sites 1?4)were decreased in chemoresistant ovarian cancer tissues. How?ever,it is interesting to note that only a significant inverse correlation was observed between BRCA1 levels and the methylated levels of site 4 (r=-0.612,P<0.05). Conclusion Our findings imply that the methylation levels of site 4 in the core promoter of BRCA1 may be widely involved in the regulation of BRCA1 expression and chemosensitivity in ovarian cancer.

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes mellitus, can occur in some patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The occurrence of PDPN is related to many factors, such as long term severe hyperglycemia and metabolic disorders, deficiency of neurotrophic factors, disorder of microcirculation, increase of oxygen free radicals in oxidative stress and disorder of immune func-tion.Mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK)is a kind of serine /tyrosine protein kinase ,which can widely expressed in cell, and can be involved in the pathophysiological process of stress, inflammation, cell cycle and apoptosis through increased nuclear transcription factors.P38MAPK signaling pathway is an im-portant branch of the MAPK,this overview focuses on the research progress of p38MAPK signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of PDPN.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(13):-
Objective To construct an recombinant adenovirus vector of vascular endothelial growth factor small interfering RNA(Ad5-VEGFsi) and to observe its inhibitory effect on the cell proliferation of human leukemia K562 cells. Methods The specific human VEGF siRNA was subcloned into the shuttle plasmid pSES-HUS and then cotransfected with plasmid pAdeasy-1 to produce pAd5-VEGFsi by homologous recombination. The identified recombinant plasmid pAd5-VEGFsi was packaged and amplified in 293 cells. At 72 h after the transfection of Ad5-VEGFsi into K562 cells, VEGF mRNA expression and the protein level of VEGF in the cell culture supernatant were determined by RT-PCR and ELISA, respectively. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay and cell apoptosis by flow cytometry. Results The recombinant adenovirus Ad5-VEGFsi was successfully constructed. Ad5-VEGFsi with the titer of 4.6?1011 pfu/ml was harvested by CsCl gradient purification. Compared with those in the control, EGF mRNA in cells decreased by 66.55% (P

0.05).Conclusion: rhGH can stimulate the growth of GHR2+ tumor cell lines such as SGC-7901 and weaken the inhibitory effect of 5-FU on GHR2+ tumor cells. However, such effect was not remarked for GHR+ tumor cells in vitro.

Objective:To study the effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) and its combination with chemotherapy(5-FU) in tumor bearing mice. Methods:Hepatic metastases model were established in 615 mice by splenic injection of proventriculus squamous carcinoma cell(MFC).Among them, sixty mice were divided randomly into 6 groups(ten per group): control(NS),GH1,GH2,flurouracil(5-FU),flurouracil plus rhGH(GH1+5-FU) and flurouracil plus rhGH(GH2+5-FU).Body weights were measured every week.On the 28~(th) day, animals in each group were executed. The weight of body and liver was measured, and cell cycle of tumor DNA was determined by flow cytometry(FCM). Other 48 animals were divided randomly into 6 groups(eight per group) and treated with the same methods as above. They were fed till death to observe survival time. Results:Body weights in the GH1+(5-FU) and the GH2+5-FU group were increased than that of control group(P
