Objective:To design and implement equipment malfunctions online service system by using information technology, and to solve the defect of the traditional repair works, which makes traditional off-line repair service way transfer to online service mode, in order to improve the service quality of backup support.Methods: The actual situation of the hospital has been considered in this system. This system is developed by choosing ThinkPHP framework and jQuery technology, and it has set up four user management modes of administrator management, total audit management, department audit management, and common user management. Also the system has many functions: order with the repair personnel, the repair service, the repair progress review, and service statistics, etc.Results:This system effectively improves the work efficiency and management level, and it has a very good application prospect.Conclusion: Through the use of medical information system, the construction of hospital informatization will be promoted, and the clinical will also be better serviced.

Objective The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effect of combined irbesartan and amiodarone to maintain sinus rhythm in patients with rheumatic heart disease after valve replacement. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients of rheumatic heart disease after valve replacement operation complicated with persistent atrial fibrillation were randomized to amiodarone monotherapy (n=55) or irbesartan plus amiodarone group(n=61). Electrical cardioversion was administered 2 weeks after of pharmaceutical treatment. Patients were followed up for 18 months. Objective:To explore the clinical presentations and symptom distribution in adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) among non-alcohol substance use disorder population,and to prove the effectiveness of adult ADHD diagnosis.Methods:Thirty adults with ADHD and thirty non-ADHD controls were selected from Beijing Compulsory Detoxification Center,matched with sex,age,and education.Data collection included the following:(1)Self-report measures of developmental history,employment history,social history and ADHD clinical symptoms.(2)Psychiatric interview using structured assessments included the Clinical Diagonsitic Interview Scale(CDIS)for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-IV).(3)Evaluation for cognitive function with the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised Chinese(WAIS-RC).Results:(1)The clinical core symptoms(such as attention deficit,restlessness,and impulsive symptoms)among adulthood ADHD were similar to childhood ADHD except for some hyperactivity symptoms.(2)The symptoms of attention deficit,restlessness and impulsiveness were more frequently in both of adulthood and childhood ADHD than non-ADHD controls(P

Objective To investigate the characteristics of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)values in the normal fetal kidney and to explore the normal data reference of fetal kidney by using diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI).Methods 71 normal kidneys of fetuses confirmed by ultrasound and MR were examined with DWI with four b values of 100 s/mm2 ,200 s/mm2 ,500 s/mm2 and 700 s/mm2 ADC values of the symmetrical ROIs were compared between left and right kidney for each b value.While ADC values between different group in ipsilateral kidney were compared between different b values.And the relationship between ADC values and gestational age was also evaluated.Results When b = 100 s/mm2 ,there was a statistically significant difference between the ADC value of left and right kidney,and the remaining group showed no statistically significant differences between the ADC values of left and right kidney.Comparisons among different b values of ipsilateral kidney showed statistically significant differences among the groups with different b values except the comparison between b=100 s/mm2 and b=700 s/mm2 groups of the right kidney with the increase of gestational weeks,the ADC values of bilateral kidneys were declining,and there was a reflection of this trend in different b values. Conclusion It is feasible for using DWI to evaluate the fetal kidney development.With a selected different b value,ADC value is a specific quantitative parameter that could help evaluating normal fetal kidney development.

Objective To evaluate the job burnout of the nurses in sterile laminar flow wards and offer proposals for improvements.Methods Forty nurses in sterile laminar flow wards were surveyed with MBI-GS.Results The scores of emotional exhaustion,cynicism,job inefficiency were higher after working in sterile laminar flow wards for 3 months than those working in general wards for 3 months.Conclusions The nurses in laminar flow wards are prone to have job burnout.Standardized training,humanized management and positive psvchological intervention can improve the job burnout of the nurses in laminar flow wards.

The use of a new matrix modifier, (NH4)2 HPO4-ascorbic acid as a matrix, could effectively improve the shape of peak and eliminate the matrix interferences.The best determination conditions, such as the procedure of sample digestion, the measurement parameters were defined in this assay. Results The characteristic concentration, linear range, re-covery rate and coefficient of variation were 1.2?g/L, 0 -40?g/L, 100.16% ~102.01% and 1.82%-3.26% re-spectively. Local policy innovation is a distinct feature in the arena of public administration in China. Previous researches concerned with local policy innovation experience and policy introduction, but they pay little attention to the failure of policy innovations and their termination. This paper uses the theory and concept of public policy process to analyze the reasons for the quick termination process and its mechanism taking healthcare policy as a case study in Chongqing city. It concludes that relative policy strategy is closed in decision-making. The strategy of some special policy target groups as well as the mutual agitation between public and media agenda are the main reasons for the rap-id end of policy innovation. This study is helpful to understand the factors and logic mechanism of the quick termina-tion of local policy innovation as a special type of public policy change which is termed as short-lived and make more scientific healthcare policy decision making and reform in China.
