The detection of autoimmune liver disease (AILD) relevant autoantibodies is of important value in the diagnosis and treatment of AILD and especially in autoimmune hepatitis and primary biliary cirrhosis.With the increasing of patients clinically diagnosed AILD,the detection of AILD relevant autoantibodies is gradually clinically concerned and appreciated.As the detection of AILD relevant autoantibodies affected by various factors,there are still many problems in the detection and clinical applications of AILD relevant autoantibodies.We should promote the universal clinical application of AILD relevant autoantibodies,emphasis on the quality management and improve the quality of detection constantly,attend to the standard detection and rational application of AILD relevant autoantibodies.

The detection of autoantibodies is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases.The popular autoantibody screening promotes the rapid development of the clinical awareness,diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases,which in turn results in the increasing demand of autoantibody detection and continuous improvement the detection quality.In order to make better use of autoantibodies results during the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases,the workers of autoantibodies detection should understand various affecting factors of the autoantibodies detection completely,emphasis on the autoantibodies quality management and improve the quality of detection constantly ; Aware of the complexity and specificity of autoantibodies fully and participate in the selection of autoantibodies detection and correct interpretation of the clinical significance of autoantibodies actively;Emphasis on the clinical application of autoantibodies and promote the universal clinical application of autoantibodies.

Objective To investigate the value of the model for end-stage liver disease (MELD) and Child-Turcotte-Pugh (CTP) score in predicting the prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Seventy patients with liver cirrhosis were selected.The MELD and CTP score before surgery was calculated and was analyzed the correlation between the two models was analyzed.The prognosis ability by the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was evaluated.Results Twenty three cases (32.9％,23/70) appeared post operative serious complication.The scores of MELD and CTP in complication group (23 cases) was (19.58 ±5.90),(8.84 ± 1.87) scores,the scores of MELD and CTP in without complication group (47 cases) was ( 12.27 ± 2.94),(6.10 ± 1.12) scores,there were significant differences between two groups (P ＜ 0.01 ).According to the MELD score,70 patients was divided into ＜ 14 scores group(30 cases),14 - 23 scores group(28 cases),＞ 23 scores group( 12 cases),the rate of complication was 10.0％(3/30),35.7％( 10/28 ) and 83.3％(10/12),there were significant differences among three groups(P＜ 0.05).According to the CTP score,70 patients were divided into A grade(29 cases),B grade (25 cases) and C grade( 16 cases),the rate of complication was 10.3％ ( 3/29 ),36.0％ (9/25) and 68.8％ ( 11/16 ),there were significant differences among three groups (P ＜ 0.05 ).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the MELD score and CTP score had significant correlation (r =0.874,P ＜ 0.01 ).The area under the ROC curve of the MELD score and CTP score in prognosis the perioperative complication was 0.877 (95％ CI:0.84 - 0.95 ) and 0.852 (95％ CI:0.83 - 0.94),there was no significant difference ( U =0.157,P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion Both MELD and CTP score can accurately predict the short term prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect ofBushen-Huoxue decoction combined with oral calcium and vitamin D for senile osteoporosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with OP were enrolled and randomly divided into aBushen-Huoxue decoction group (60 patients) and a elcatonin group (60 patients). Routine use of calcium and vitamin D was adopted. On this basis, theBushen-Huoxue decoction group was treated byBushen-Huoxue decoction combined with oral calcium and vitamin D, while the elcatonin group was treated by intramuscular injection of elcatonin with oral calcium and vitamin D. VAS of low back pain and bone joint pain was evaluated, the changes of BMD in the lumbar spine and femoral neck was observed, serum calcium and phosphorus, ALP concentration changes were also observed.Results After the treatment, the low back pain in the Bushen-Huoxue decoction group (3.30 ± 0.38vs.4.32 ± 0.51,t=11.148), bone joint pain (3.15 ± 0.22vs.3.87 ± 0.26,t=11.880) VAS were significantly lower than those in the elcatonin group.Bushen-Huoxue decoction group L2-4is BMD (L2: 0.74 ± 0.15 g/cm2vs.0.63 ± 0.14 g/cm2,t=4.153; L3: 0.75 ± 0.13 g/cm2vs. 0.70 ± 0.10 g/cm2,t=2.361; L4: 0.76 ± 0.06 g/cm2vs.0.71 ± 0.10 g/cm2,t=3.321) were significantly higher than those in the elcatonin group(P<0.05).Bushen-Huoxue decoction group serum calcium (2.36 ± 0.45 mmol/Lvs. 2.19 ± 0.17mmol/L,t=2.737), serum phosphorus (1.28 ± 0.12 mmol/Lvs.1.22 ± 0.13 mmol/L,t=2.627) were significantly higher than those in the elcatonin group (P<0.05), ALP (89.20 ± 9.41 U/Lvs.114.00 ± 11.80 U/L, t=12.733) was significantly lower than that in the elcatonin group (P<0.01).ConclusionBushen-Huoxue decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of senile osteoporosis, and elevate BMD content. Its efficiency was better than intramuscular injection of elcatonin.

Both single and long-term aerobic exercise may play a role for insulin resistance (IR), however, there is no agreement for in-terval exercise. Simple resistance training is controversial, and the significance of resistance-aerobic exercise for IR is also mixed.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of image guided navigation system (IGNS) and traditional methods for nasal inverted papilloma and sinus osteoma .Methods 73 cases of nasal inverted papilloma and sinus osteoma patients were divided into the navigation group and the non-navigation group ,the navigation group was given image guidance endoscopic sinus surgery ,the non-navigation group was given traditional endoscopic sinus surgery .operative time ,the anesthesia time ,amount of bleeding ,compli-cations and postoperative effects of the two groups were analyzed .Results The anesthesia time of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0 .05) ,the operative time ,blood loss had significant difference(P< 0 .05) .Ⅰ ,Ⅱ level recurrence rate of the two grups in nasal inverted papilloma had no significant difference(P>0 .05) ,while in stage Ⅲ ,Ⅳ ,the difference of recurrence rate had significant difference(P<0 .05) .In sinus osteoma ,1 case of recurrence in the non-navigation group ,the navigation group had no re-currence .In nasal inverted papilloma ,the complications of the two grouos had significant difference (P<0 .05) ,there was no signifi-cantly difference in stage Ⅰ ,Ⅱ(P>0 .05) ,while had significant different in stage Ⅲ ,Ⅳ(P<0 .05) .In the sinus osteoma ,the com-plications of the two grouos had significant difference(P<0 .05) .Conclusion For sinus osteoma and Ⅲ ,Ⅳ level of nasal inverted papilloma ,IGNS could work well with endoscopic system ,improve operation accuracy and reduce complications .IGNS is of a useful tool for endoscopy sinus surgery and would make a great important development in future .

Objective To investigate the influence factors of peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell of healthy donor by granu‐locyte colony‐stimulating‐factors(G‐CSF) mobilization .Methods G‐CSF was subcutaneously injected in 24 cases of healthy donor for mobilizing hematopoietic stem cells .The T lymphocyte subgroup and blood routine data were detected .Results After G‐CSF stimulation ,peripheral blood CD3+ (% ) ,CD3+CD4+ (% ) ,white blood cell (WBC) count and platelet were significantly increased (P<0 .05) .And nucleated cells density of bone ,percentage of CD34+ cells on mobilized 4 ,5 ,6 d had no obvious difference .The correlation analysis showed that gender ,age and weight were negatively correlated with CD 34+cells percentage (P<0 .05) and pos‐itively correlated with WBC count (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Male donor is superior to female donor within a certain range ,the smal‐ler age ,the lighter weight ,the higher WBC count ,the higher the percentage of CD34+ cells in peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells after G‐CSF mobilization .

Objective Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of might-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) was utilized to analyze the protein fingerprint in brain-gut interaction of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) model rats' colon, so as to find the clues for IBS. Methods Fourteen healthy male adult Wistar rats were selected and divided into a control and a chronic and acute stress ( CAS) group. Colon motility, visceral sensation and behavior changes of rats were detected to evaluate the model. MALDI-TOF-MS was used to observe the overall view of protein in colon so as to study whether there are abnormalities of protein levels in IBS. Results As compared with those in the control group, the number of fecal pellets [ (6. 00 ± 1. 69 ) pellets/1 h vs ( 1. 14 ± 0. 69 ) pellets/1 h, P < 0. 01 ] and frequency of abdominal contraction induced by colorectal distention (CRD) increased, while the amount of weight gain [ (298. 88 ± 18.61)gvs (348. 00±12. 44)g, P<0.01] and consumption of sucrose solutions [ (13. 63 ± 1. 69) ml/1 h vs (19.00±3.06) ml/1 h, P<0.05] decreased in the CAS group (P <0. 05). As far as protein/peptide quality different peak was concerned, CAS rats had 12 different peaks compared with the control rats. The different proteins could be divided into 4 types, which were related to iron secretion, protein synthesis, G protein system and immunity. The protein levels of the model group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusions The CAS rats integrate the major characteristics of IBS such as altered colon motility, higher visceral hypersensitivity and psychiatric disorder and can mimic the brain-gut interaction of IBS partly. The detection of differential proteins provides reference for the pathogenesis and treatment of IBS.

Objective: To investigate the ratios of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+,CD4+CD8+ regulative T cells of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients, and explore the association with disease active stage,nephropathy,serum anti-ds-DNA antibody,and both IgG and C3 levels. Methods: The percentage of CD4+CD25+T cells and CD4+CD8+T cells of peripheral blood from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)(30 females and 7 males),30 rheumatism controls and 30 normal individuals were measured by flowcytometry. Objective To investigate the kinetic expression level of chemokines (MCP-1 and MIP-2) in vagina of a murine model of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC).Methods The estrogen-treated murine model of VVC was set up.Vaginal specimens were obtained in different duration after inoculation of C.albicans intravaginally.Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was applied to determine MCP-1 and MIP-2 mRNA levels in these tissues.Results Compared with the control mice treated with olive oil,persistent growth of C.albicans was found from the 2nd day to 21st day after inoculation in estrogen-treated mice.Significantly higher levels of MCP-1 mRNA were observed in vaginal tissues in infected estrogen-treated mice than those in other 2 groups,infected but non estrogen-treated mice and estrogen-treated but uninfected mice.The high level of MCP-1 mRNA maintained from the 4th day to 21st day in infected estrogen-treated mice.It was also found that levels of MIP-2 mRNA were significantly higher in the vagina in the 2nd day in 3 groups of mice than those in naive mice,however,no significant difference was shown among 3 groups throughout the study period.Conclusion High level of MCP-1,rather than MIP-2,may be associated with susceptibility to VVC.
