A new type of testing system used for antithrombotic pressure circulatory equipment has been developed, which realized a new method for the calibration of pressure sensor. Multi-path control and acquisition functions are achieved by this method based on human-computer interaction testing system. The precision of pressure sensor is ob tained by polynomial fitting for each test point using linear interpolation method. The result showed that the precision test of pressure sensor could be realized easily and efficiently, using the developed testing system, and the parameters of pressure sensor could be calibrated effectively, so that it could be accurately used in the antithrombotic pressure circulatory equipment. The developed testing system has a prosperous future in the aspects of promotion and application.

Objective To clone and express bradyzoite antigen 1(BAG1) gene of T. gondii,and analyze the immunoreactivity of the recombinant product. Methods The differentiation of T. gondii RH strain tachyzoites into bradyzoites was induced in vitro,and the coding sequence of BAG1 was amplified from bradyzoites by RT-PCR. The PCR product was analyzed by sequencing. The BAG1 coding sequence was further subcloned into the plasmid pET32a(+). The plasmid pET32a(+)-BAG1 was then transformed into BL21(DE3) to express after IPTG induction. The expression product was purified with Ni-NTA agarose and the purified BAG1 was further analyzed by Western blotting and ELISA. Results BAG1 cDNA was amplified from bradyzoites. After IPTG induction,BAG1 was expressed in a fusional form in E. coli. Western blotting showed that the purified recombinant protein could be specifically recognized by sera from mice chronically infected by T. gondii B36 strain. ELISA showed that the positive rate of T. gondii IgG antibodies of 350 human sera detected by the recombinant BAG1(17.4%) was higher than by recombinant SAG1 (12.6%)(P

The survey aims at probing into the current development of medical instruments in hospitals and computerized quality control,upgrading the competence of hospital engineering departments and guiding the development of medical clinical engineering.Questionnaire surveys were made to the medical engineering departments of 195 hospitals above secondary hospitals in Zhejiang,totaling 1001 professionals.The results indicate significant differences among hospitals of various scales in terms of deployment of medical engineering Professionals,working conditions,and computerized applications,yet a consistency in academic title promotion and training requirements.In this consideration,it is imperative to build the team,maintain consistency in professional certification of medical engineering professionals,build a regular and systematic examination,promotion and certification system,enhance training in professional knowledge and equipment quality control,as well as promoting information and resources sharing.All these efforts are essential for better quality control and management of medical engineering departments,and promoting computerized management of medical instruments.

Objective To determine the values and variation tendency of a disintegrin and metalloprotease 12-S(ADAM12-S)of early pregnancy, and discuss the value of ADAM12-S to the ectopic pregnancy in the first trimester.Methods 150 early pregnancy cases (from the 5th to 10th week of pregnancy)were selected in Huanggang Women &Children's Healthcare Hospital.There were 102 cases of normal pregnancy,48 cases of ectopic pregnancy.The AutoDELFIA immunoassay platform was used to measure the value of ADAM12-S in the serum.Results Of the 102 normal pregnancies, the values of ADAM12-S in 5th-10th week of pregnancy linearly increase with gestationalage.The correlation coefficient was 0.9217 (P<0.05).While the values of ADAM12-S in the ectopic pregnancy group were significantly lower than the normal pregnancy group and not linearly increased with gestationalage.The correlation coefficient was 0.2817.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The values of ADAM12-S is stable in the first trimester of normal pregnancy,while it is much more lower in abnormal pregnancy.ADAM12-S has great significance in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy of the first trimester.

To explore the binocular disparity information for children with a normal vision based on computer-assisted evaluation system.We examined the random dot zero-order disparity,line zero-order disparity,2nd-order disparity and random dot motion parallax for 97 children with normal vision.And 94 children reached 100″ vision disparity both in random dot zero-order disparity and line zero-order disparity (pass rate of 96.9％) ; all 94 cases passed the 2nd-order disparity and random dot motion parallax.Thus children with a normal vision develop their stereopsis.

Objective To observe the impact of alone or combined use of ezetimibe and simvastatin on transient outward potassium current (Ito) in ventricular myocytes of rat model of ischemia and reperfusion (IR). Methods Seventy-five male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, control group (CON), control-IR group (CIR), ezetimibe treatment group (EIR), simvastatin treatment group (SIR) and combined ezetimibe and simvastatin treatment group (ESIR). After two weeks of treat?ment with intragastic normal saline or drugs (ezetimibe or simvastatin), myocytes were isolated from right ventricular with colla?genaseⅡ, and Ito was recorded by whole-cell patch clamp technique. Results (1) The Ito current density at+60 mV was sig?nificantly decreased in CIR group than that of CON group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Ito current density between SIR group and ESIR group (P>0.05). The Ito current densities were higher in SIR group and ESIR group compared to those of CIR group. There was no significant difference in Ito current density between SIR group and ESIR group (P>0.05). (2) There was a significant increase in the half-inactivation (V1/2) in CIR group than that of CON group, but no significant differ?ence between EIR group and CIR group (P >0.05). There was a significant difference in the half-inactivation (V1/2) in SIR group and ESIR group compared to that of CIR group (P<0.05), but no significant difference between SIR group and ESIR group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the slope factor (K) between five groups (P>0.05). Objective To establish a stable orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT)model with hepatic artery reconstruction in mice.Methods Of the 66 OLT mice,33 recipient mice underwent conventional 'two cuff' technique without hepatic artery reconstruction(control group),33 with hepatic artery reconstruction using 'stent' technology(experimental group).Results The 2 week posttransplant survival rate was 84.85%(28/33)and 81.82%(27/33)in the arterialized and nonarterialized groups respectively.Serum γ-GT and ALP level of arterialized recipient were much lower than those of nonarterialized animals.The pathology of the donor liver showed that rearterialization helps to relieve bile duct injury of liver allograft.Conclusions The hepatic artery supply plays a central role in preventing bile duct injury after transplantation.This mouse OLT model may meet the need for the study of problems associated with liver transplantation.

Some alkaliphilic actinomycetes were CO 3 2- -sensitive, and NaCl, KCl could inhibit their growth. 4 kinds of alkaline materials had no affect on growth of alkaliphilic Nocardiopsis, and these strains showed high tolerance to NaCl, KCl. So it was presumed that only K + and CO 3 2- obligately dependent alkaliphilic Actinomycetes maybe exist in alkaline environments.
