Chongqing Medicine 2014;(32):4322-4325
Objective To evaluate the effect of indomethacin in the prevention of post ERCP pancreatitis (PEP) .Methods The literatures and corresponding references of randomized controlled trials (RCT ) on indomethacin in the prevention of PEP were searched from Cochrane Library (Jan 1970 to June 2013) ,Pubmed(Jan 1966 to June 2013) ,EMBASE(Jan 1966 to June 2013)and China Biology Medicine disc(Jan 1978 to June 2013) .Literature screening ,data extraction and methodological quality assessment were individually performed by two researchers .The software RevMan 5 .2 of Cochrane Collaboration was used for statistical analy‐sis .Results A total of 7 trails ,2170 patients were included in this study .Meta analysis results showed:indomethacin could effec‐tively prevent from PEP (RR=0 .45 ,95% CI:0 .33-0 .60 ,P<0 .05) and Hyperamylasemia (RR=0 .51 ,95% CI:0 .37-0 .70 ,P<0 .05) compared with placebo ,and could effectively alleviate the severity of pancreatitis after ERCP (RR=0 .43 ,95% CI:0 .23 -0 .78 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion Indomethacin could effectively prevent from PEP and Hyperamylasemia ,and could effectively alleviate the severity of PEP .

3.Research progress of TERT promoter mutation in thyroid carcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(11):768-771
Thyroid carcinoma is the most frequent endocrine cancer.Recently, it has been discovered that telomerase reverse transcriptase promoter mutation can prevent cell tolemeres from shortening, leading to cell immortalization and plays an important role in the tumor genesis, invasiveness and metastasis of the thyroid carcinoma.Testing of telomerase reverse transcriptase promoter mutation is of great value in diagnosis, which also can be used as a prognostic maker of thyroid carcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(20):3064-3065
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical characteristics of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome ( RPLS ),in order to deepen the awareness of the disease.MethodsThe clinical data of 11 patients with RPLS in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsIn the 11 cases with RPLS,there were two cases of pregnancy induced hypertension,preeclampsia(38 weeks pregnant),four eases of chronic renal insufficiency, four cases of malignant hypertension, and one case of lung cancer after chemotherapy. The main clinical presentations were headache, abnormality of visual perception, mental and behavioral abnormalities, ataxia, epileptic seizure and so on.The neuroimaging performances were extensive white matter abnormalities of the rear of the bilateral cerebral hemispheres, such as the parietal-occipital temporal lobe lesions, also involving the brain stem, cerebellum, thalamus and other parts.ConclusionThe clinical characteristics and neuroimaging performances of RPLS has certain characteristics, the majority of lesions were reversible,if the early diagnosis and treatment, the prognosis is usually good.
8.Research progress on Huang Fu-mi's A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(11):1135-1140
In order to understand the research status of HUANG Fu-mi's A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, 83 pieces of literature that have been publically published since 1978 were analyzed. A summary was performed according to 7 aspects including version origin, emendation, arrangement and summary, theory discussion, clinical research, value evaluation, the rest questions, etc. It is believed that deep research work has been done on explanations, emendation and translation regarding A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. However, the exploration work on the theory and application is far from enough. Therefore, beginning from historical and cultural background, we should analyze the humanistic spirit of HUANG Fu-mi combined with A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion to perform a deep exploration, so we could have a thorough and comprehensive research on HUANG Fu-mi's academic thoughts.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2003;0(04):-
Ovbective To evaluate whether the deleterious effect of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) mediated by oxygen free radicals could be prevented by controlling PaO 2 in cyanotic children. Methods Cyanotic pediatric patients undergoing cardiac surgery (n=38) were randomly allocated into 2 groups. The groups matched in respect to sex, age, body surface area and preoperative ventricular function. Group H (n=18) had CPB initiated at a FiO 2 of 0.8,group L (n=18) had CPB initiated at a FiO 2 of 0.4. SOD and MDA were determined in arterial blood sample before CPB,30 minutes after initiation of CPB and 30 minutes post CPB. Various pulmonary parameters were determined 10 minutes after intubation,30 minutes after CPB,the 2nd hours and the 6th hours in the intensive care units. Results At the 6th hours in ICU,the mean postoperative increase in peak airway pressure and P(A-a)O 2/PaO 2 in group H was significant higher than that in group L(P
