Objective:To explore the activity of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)from celiac macrophage after immunization of H37Ra in mice.Methods:The activity of TNF-? from celiac macrophage was measured by biological method at 30 th day and 60 th day after subcutaneous immunization and celiac immunization of H37Ra in mice.Results:After immunization of H37Ra in mice,the activity of TNF-? by celiac immunized route and subcutaneous immunized route was 22.06U/ml and 22.63U/ml respectively at 30 th day;and it was 36.76U/ml and 33.78U/ml respectively at 60 th day.The activity of TNF-? immunized with H37Ra at 30 th day and 60 th day was much higher than that of non-immunization group( P 0.05),however,the activity of TNF-? in H37Ra immunization group was much higher than that in BCG immunization group at 60 th day( P

Objective:To research the proliferation of lymphocyte with stimulation of purified protein derivative (PPD) after immunization with H37Ra in mice.Methods:The rate of lymphocyte proliferation with stimulation of PPD was determined at day 30 and day 60 after subcutaneous immunization and celiac immunization with H37Ra in mice.Results:After immunization with H37Ra in mice,the rate of lymphocyte proliferation by celiac immunization route and subcutaneous immunization route was 21.98% and 24.85% respectively at day 30;and it was 25.50% and 25.02% respectively at day 60.The rate of lymphocyte proliferation immunized with H37Ra at day 30 and day 60 were much higher than that of non-immunization( P 0.05);there were no significant difference between subcutaneous immunization route and celiac immunization route of H37Ra in mice.Conclusion:H37Ra can induce anti-tuberculosis immune response.

OBJECTIVE:To draw a comparison between 6% Hetastarch(H)and Succinylated Gelatin(G)in fluid expansion and their effects on blood coagulation activity.METHODS:A total of 60 surgery patients who needed volume expansion with colloid fluid were randomized to H group and G group.According to the design,the same dose of H and G were infused into the patients.Before and after infusion,the vital signs were monitored and the venous blood samples were taken for the determination of indexes of coagulation,fibrinolysis and electrolyte.RESULTS:There were no significant differences in the vital signs between two groups.After volume expansion,blood platelets counts in two groups were significantly decreased,much as in H group.And the APTT in H group had been significantly prolonged.In group G,only FIB decreased significantly.After volume expansion,free Ca2+ and total Ca2+ were decreased in both groups.Low level of K+ in group G was noted following diluti-on,and Cl-in group H increased significantly.CONCLUSION:Both group showed good volume expansion effects and stable fi-brinolytic function.Hyperchloremia should be alert in group H,and if necessary,Ca2+ should be promptly added in two groups.

AIM To study the effect of Topotecan(TPT) on cell cycle and apoptosis of hunman lung cancer SPC A 1 cells and the role of Caspase 3 and bcl 2 involved in TPT induced apoptosis. METHODS Cells were incubated with TPT(5,10,15 and 20 mg?L -1 ) for 24 h. Apoptosis was detected by TUNEL staining, electronic microscope and DNA agarose gel electropheresis. Flow cytometer was used to analyse cell cycle changes and to detect apoptotic rates and bcl 2 expression of cells treated with TPT or TPT and 50 ?mol?L -1 Ac DEVD CHO(specific Caspase 3 inhibitor). RESULTS Apoptosis of cells treated with TPT(5 mg?L -1 ) was not detected, but apoptosis rates increased with the increase of TPT concentration and there was significant difference between each concentration group( P

Objective To study the relationship between the degree of intracranial and extracranial arterial stenosis and the plasma level of homocysteine ( Hcy ) in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease .Methods 96 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were checked by DSA .The distribution of stenosis in the studied cerebral arteries was analyzed .According to the degree of stenosis ,all 96 patients were divided into some groups ,at the same time Hcy level was detected ,and the correlation between Hcy level and intracranial and extracranial artefial stenosis were analyzed .Results 35 of the 96 patients had normal findings in angiography ,and 61 cases had occlusive lesions of different degrees .The mean plasma Hcy concentration in patients with intracranial and extracranial arterial stenosis was 19.26 (14.79~26.13)μmol/L,which was significantly higher than 11.60(8.8~15.11)μmol/L in the patients with no arterial stenosis (P<0.05).There was a significant positive correiation between Hcy level and cerebral artery stenosis degree(r=4.126,P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma Hcy level was positively correlated with intracranial and extracranial arterial stenosis in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease ,incidence and nar-row-degree of cerebral artery stenosis are all along with the increasing of Hcy level .

[Objective]To measure the verus inclination of the proximal tibial of young Chinese through radiographs and determine how many degrees should the femoral prothesis be externally rotationed during total knee arthroplasty(TKA).[Method]Standardized anteroposterior radiographs of the entire lower legs of 200 volunteers' were taken. Two angles were measured as followes:Angle PT: angle between tibial articular margins and a line perpendicular to the tibial mechanical axis;Angle FT:angle between the transcondylar tangent anda line perpendicular to the tibial mechanical axis. [Result]Angle PT has a mean value of 4.06? and Angle FT is 5.00?. [Conclusion]When the posterior condylar axis is used during TKA for Chinese, the femoral prothesis should be externally rotationed 5.00? to get the optimum rotational orientation.

[Objective]To observe whether erythromycin and alendronate are effective in treating aseptic loosening in a murine osteolysis model. [Method]Air pouches were established in the back of BALB/c mice by injecting sterile air subcutaneously. After the air pouches were mature, grafts of calvaria from syngeneic mouse donors were implanted in the air pouches and polyethylene debris was injected into the air pouches. Mice were divided into 4 groups. In the first group, saline was injected into the air pouches.In the other three groups, polyethylene debris was used. Saline,erythromycin and alendronate were injected intraperitoneally separately.Pouch tissues were collected at 14 days after polyethylene debris administration for molecular and histologic analysis.[Result] Both erythromycin and alendronate inhibited osteoclastogenesis and bone resorption, but alendronate was not as effective as erythromycin in anti-inflammation.[Conclusion]Both erythromycin and alendronate can be promising drugs for the treatment of aseptic loosening.

Objective: To study the effectiveness of anti-tumorgenecity of human IL-10 antisense and viral IL-10 antisense on nasopharyn-geal carcinoma(NPC) cells.Methods:Human IL-10 cDNA and viral IL-10 gene had been amplifed and cloned. A two-valent eukaryotic expression vector for antisense nucleic acids of human IL-10 cDNA and viral IL-10 gene had been constructed and designated as pcDNA3/AS hIL-10 + AS vIL-10.The recombinant vector was transfected into a NPC-clerived cell strain-SUNE cells. After that, the transfected and nontransfected SUNE cells were inoculated i.d. in the right flank of SCID mice and hu-PBL-SCID mice to evaluate their tumorgenecity changes.Results:The results of ELISA analysis showed that the concentration of hIL-10 and vIL-10 was 242 ?3 pg'ml-1 in supernatant of the nontransfected SUNE cells, and onry 22 ? pg ?ml-1 of hIL-10 and vIL-10 contained in supernatant of the transfected SUNE cells. After inoculation to SCID mice, the transfected and nontransfected SUNE cell showed the same growth manner. But inoculating to hu-PBL-SCID mice, the transfected SUNE cells grew slowerly than the nontransfected SUNE cell. With statistical analysis, the size and mean weight of the tumors from the hu-PBL-SCID mice inoculated with transfected SUNE cells were significantly lower in contrast to that from the hu-PBL-SCID mice inoculated with nontransfected SUNE cells( P

ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of early rebleeding after ruptured intracranial aneurysm embolization surgery.MethodsForty-two patients with early postoperative rebleeding after ruptured intracranial aneurysm embolization surgery(study group) were enrolled,and 40 patients without early postoperative rebleeding after ruptured intracranial aneurysm embolization surgery at the same period was selected randomly as control group.Single factor and multiple factors were analyzed by non-condition Logistic regression model.ResultsThe single factor analysis result showed that age ≥50,history of hypertension,diabetes history,ruptured frequency number ≥2,combined with vasospasm,postoperative anticoagulation therapy,postoperative blood pressure fluctuation ≥ 30 mm Hg (1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa),pseudoaneurysm,fatal embolism and most embolism in study group [81.0％(34/42),76.2％(32/42),66.7％(28/42),76.2％ (32/42),81.0％ (34/42),76.2％ (32/42),66.7％ (28/42),66.7％ (28/42),66.7％ (28/42) ]had statistical differences compared with those in control group [57.5％ (23/40),50.0％ (20/40),37.5％( 15/40 ),50.0％ ( 20/40 ),57.5％ ( 23/40 ),47.5％ ( 19/40 ),37.5％ ( 15/40 ),37.5％ (15/40),37.5％ ( 15/40) ](P ＜0.05).Further multiple factors analysis showed that age ≥50,history of hypertension,ruptured frequency number ≥ 2,combined with vasospasm,postoperative anticoagulation therapy,postoperative blood pressure fluctuation ≥ 30 mm Hg were the independent risk factors of early postoperative rebleeding after ruptured intracranial aneurysm embolization surgery (P ＜0.05).ConclusionsAge ≥50,history of hypertension,ruptured frequency number ≥ 2,combined with vasospasm,postoperative anticoagulation therapy,postoperative blood pressure fluctuation ≥ 30 mm Hg are the independent risk factors of early postoperative rebleeding after ruptured intracranial aneurysm embolization surgery.The necessary interventions to these risk factors have important significance,and can lower the incidence of early postoperative ruptured rebleeding after ruptured intracranial aneurysm embolization surgery and improve the prognosis.
