1.Follow-up study in traditional Chinese medicine of reinforcing kidney and resolving stasis and thinking of improving women's ability of high-quality fertility and pregnancy.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(20):3907-3910
High quality of fertility and pregancy is a specific presentation of family planning in this new historic environment. Our country adopted two-child policy from November, 2013. This symbolized an adjustive stage of reproduction policy in 21st century. It is a major adjustment in the development of national population. As a contry of tremendous population, it is very important to have a high- quality fertility and pregancy for the future of the whole nation, which would improve population quality and restrict development of population. The morbidity of infertility has increased significantly, which brings a huge crisis for national population. Under the guidance of high-quality fertility and pregancy in Chinese medicine theory, improving fertile women's ability of high-quality fertility and pregancy, and follow-up studying is of vital importance for evaluating the treatment of abortion prevention by traditional Chinese medicine and human health of high-quality fertility and pregancy.

2.Comparative study of embryonic diapauses prevention in western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(6):1132-1135
Embryonic diapauses mean that early embryos stop developing for some reasons in early pregnant stage. The embryo has dead in uterine cavity, but has not yet discharged. The early clinical manifestation in the areas of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can be classified as "pregnant vaginal bleeding", "fetal irritability" and other diseases. Embryonic diapause is a common and difficult gynecologic clinical disease. The prevalence rate which is increasing has become a major reproductive health problem. So the prevention research of embryonic diapauses is very significant. In this paper, through the induction and the summary of Chinese and Western medicine dynamic researches and control methods of embryonic diapauses, detailing a list of pathogenesis and treatment progress in embryonic diapauses. Besides, it can lay the foundation for further study and reducing embryonic diapauses incidence, which can promote reproductive health development.

3.Therapy for moderate and advanced liver carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(8):612-615
Due to the latent and highly invasive characteristics of liver carcinoma,a majority of patients are frequently not diagnosed until moderate or advanced stage in the disease process, and usually complicate with cirrhosis.Only 15% -30% of the patients are eligible for radical resection. The overall survival time is about 3-4 months. Therefore,on the basis of early diagnosis and treatment of liver carcinoma, how to improve the treatment effect of the moderate and advanced liver carcinoma, ameliorate the quality of life and prolong the survival time, becomes the focuses and difficulties both at home and abroad.

5.Influence of Gujing ( Consolidating Menstruation) Granules on Relationship Between Exfoliative Vaginal and Tongue Cells in Massive and Dripping Uterine Hemorrhage.
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(04):-
Observation was made on the changes of exfoliative tongue cells before and after treatment in 49 cases of massive and dribbling ulterine bleeding. Meanwhile, the mature index of vaginal exfoliative cells was also e-valuated. Results showed that all the exfoliative cells from both were regulated by female sex hormQne with synchronous changing rules.
6.Mechanism for baclofen inhibition on quantal glutamate release in spinal dorsal horn neurons
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Aim To investigate the inhibition mechanisms of baclofen, a specific GABA B receptor agonist, on quantal glutamate release in the rat spinal dorsal horn neurons. Methods Whole-cell voltage-clamp technique was performed on dorsal horn neurons in rat spinal cord slice to record glutamatergic spontaneous miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents (mEPSCs). Baclofen action on quantal glutamate release was assessed by analyzing the change of mEPESC to baclofen perfusion. Results Baclofen(10 ?mol?L -1,50 s) depressed the frequency, but not amplitude distribution of glutamatergic mEPSCs, indicating baclofen presynaptic depression on glutamate release. The depression on frequency of mEPSCs persisted in Ca 2+-free solution, or in the presence of K + conductance blocker, 4-AP. On the other hand, the depression was occluded by forskolin, an activator of adenylate cyclase, but not protein kinase C (PKC) activator phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (PDBu). N-ethylmaleimide (NEM), a sulphydryl alkylating agent, which destroys G protein, abolished baclofen depression. Conclusion Not presynaptic K +, Ca 2+ conductance or PKC, but G protein and/or cAMP pathway are involved in the baclofen depression on glutamate release in rat spinal dorsal horn;this depression might contribute to the analgesic action of baclofen at spinal level.
7.Analysis of questionnaire and clinical characteristics of 2,000 cases of dysmenorrheal.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(20):3920-3924
Through the questionnaire survey of 2,000 patients with dysmenorrhea, the clinical characteristics of dysmenorrhea were investigated, and the reference basis for preventing and controlling dysmenorrhea was provided. The results found that the age of menarche, short menstrual cycle, by volume, long period of time has no obvious relationship with the occurrence of dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea main influence factors to feel cold; syndrome (symptoms) characteristics for the actual situation inclusions mainly, with severity, deficiency symptoms more obvious; in different degrees of dysmenorrhea, frequency of belly chills symptoms appear most, and cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome (symptoms) appear higher frequency; The type of cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea was 53.2%. Dysmenorrhea measures to select bed rest most, accounting for 79.6%. For severe dysmenorrhea in patients with drug choice to traditional Chinese combined with western medicine accounted for 43.4%. Selection of Chinese medicine formulations in patients with dysmenorrhea Decoction formulation accounted for the most 26.5%. The survey results, to avoid cold and have a positive effect on the prevention of dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea treatment should pay attention to warming channels to dispel cold.

9.Discussion on strategy of treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with Chinese and Western Medicine.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(20):3899-3906
Perimenopausal syndrome refers to a series of physical and mental symptoms ,caused by the fluctuation of the sex hormones in the menopause, which is one of the common diseases in gynecology. With the acceleration of the aging population ir the world, it has caused the world's attention. Modern medicine has developed rapidly in the field of basic theory and clinical research, but there are still some problems in the treatment. Clinical treatment is mainly in hormone replacement therapy, but there are some potential risks, adverse reactions and many contraindications, thereby reducing patients' compliance and tolerance. Traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the concept of wholism cure perimenopausal syndrome based on syndrome differentiation, which has unique advantages, such as a variety of ways, less side effect, curative effect, which was patients more and more welcome. It is very important for the study to explore the perimenopausal syndrome.

10.Preliminary study on relationship of disease-syndrome-symptom of ovulatory disorder infertility based on factor analysis.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(19):3860-3864
OBJECTIVEIn this study, the clinical data of 240 cases of data acquisition on ovulation in patients with anovulatory infertility.
METHODUsing the method of factor analysis, summed up the distribution situation of various syndromes and the relationship of disease-syndrome-symptom.
RESULTFrom the study we found that polycystic ocary syndrome > premature ovarian failure > corpus luteum insufficiency > luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome > hyperprolactinemia > anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Using the factor analysis method, the syndromes of anovulatory infertility were divided into six types and the distribution proportion of them is: kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis > kidney Yang deficiency > kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis > kidney Yin deficiency and liver Qi stagnation syndrome > kidney Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness stagnation > kidney Yin deficiency. By means of statistics, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms as abdomen pain before menstrual onset, obfuscation colour, cold lower abdomen, insomnia, fatigue, eyes dark, face dark or ring lip dark, before and after menstruation breast swelling, chest tightness, irritable insomnia, depression and lower abdomen pain during menstruation etc contribute high degree in the process.
CONCLUSIONPolycystic ovary syndrome and premature are the main causes of ovulatory disorder infertility and the disease incidence rate assumed the tendency which rose year by year. The treatment of the disease of kidney yang deficiency syndrome scales biggest the disease degree of contribution. Blood stasis is the important factor in the process of pathogenesis evolution. In the study of disease distribution, we found that symptom distribution trend roughly the same and the same symptom severity in different diseases with different, which provides experience for the theory-different diseases with the same therapeutic method. These conclusions provide guidance and reference evidences for clinic practice.
