This paper aims to discuss the distribution status of insulin resistance in TCM syndromes of Type 2 diabetes mellitus and to provide objective indicators for TCM syndrome differentiation of Type 2 diabetes mellitus.The research methods of the paper involve:Select 180 cases of Type 2 diabetes mellitus as subjects to be investigated and divide them into three groups of yin-deficiency dryness-heat, dampness-heat distressing spleen and yang-deficiency dampness-stasis.Another 60 healthy cases are selected as comparison group. Aim To further research into the antithrombotic mechanism of scorpion venom active peptides (SVAP). Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were cultured with enzyme digestive method. After the cultured HUVC was incubated in conditioned media for 1 hour, the effects of SVAP on the concentration of 6-Keto-PGF 1? and NO of HUVEC were determined with radioactive-immunolygic and nitrate reduction enzyme method respectively. Results As compared with control, SVAP in the doses of 1,5,10, 20 mg?L -1 had the distinctive increase of 54%, 68%,72%,79% of the concentration of 6-Keto-PGF 1? and SVAP in the doses of 10, 20 mg?L -1 had the significantly increased of 27%, 46% of the concentration of NO. Regression anylysis showed that the release levels of PGI 2 and NO in HUVEC induced by SVAP was of positive correlation. Conclusion Antithrombotic mechanism of SVAP is related to the increase of PGI 2 and NO released from HUVEC and synergistic and mediating action between NO and PGI 2.

Objective To design a new Chinese mandarin version of speech sample text for perceptual assessment .Meth-ods The speech sample text included all phonemes and limit number of words .The correlation analysis of the constituent rati-os of all phonemes was performed between the speech text and the ones in Chinese language reported by the institute of Acous-tics Chinese Academy of Sciences using Pearson's correlation coefficient and Spearman correlation coefficient .And their differ-ences were tested by paired sample t test and Wilcoxon signed rank test .Legibility was alsotested .Results Our speech sarrple text contained 21 vowel ,38 consonant and 4 tones .The proportions of vowel ,consonant and tone in the speech text had high correlation with those in Chinese language (for proportions of vowel ,the Pearson's correlation coefficient was 0 .908 and Spearman correlation coefficient was 0 .775 ,P<0 .01 ,respectively ;for proportions of consonant ,the Pearson's correlation co-efficient was 0 .802 and Spearman correlation coefficient was 0 .808 ,respectively ,P<0 .01 ;for proportions of tone ,the Pear-son's correlation coefficient was 0 .967 and Spearman correlation coefficient was more than 0 .999 ,respectively , P< 0 .01) . There was no difference in the proportions of vowel ,consonant and tone between them(P>0 .2) .The value of legibility was 2 , indicating legibility of the speech sample text was good .Conclusion The new Chinese mandarin version of speech sample text can be used in perceptual assessment .The value for perceptual assessment still needs further clinical research .

Objective To comparatively study the advantage and disadvantage of different polysaccharide extraction methods of enzymatic extraction,ultrasonic extraction and a combination of these two processes.Methods The enzymatic extraction and ultrasonic extraction were first optimized by orthogonal design and then compared with the effect of combination.Results From the results of three extraction techniques,enzymatic extraction of Talinum crassifolium polysaccharide's average extraction rate was 17.45％,ultrasonic extraction was 20.01％,enzyme-ultrasonic extraction was 20.74％.Conclusion The combined optimum preparative procedure of Talinum crassifolium is simple,quickly and high efficient.

Objective To understand the development history and current situation of healthcare-associated infection(HAI)management in children’s hospitals in China during the past 30 years.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted in 20 children’s hospitals,the investigated contents included:basic situation of hospitals, HAI management organizations and professionals,the support of hospital leaders for the management of HAI, training on HAI knowledge,monitoring on HAI,and so on.Results Up to 2015,20 hospitals all set up independent HAI management departments and HAI management committees,46.15%(6/13)of hospitals with more than 1 000 beds were understaffed in HAI management.There were a total of 88 professionals in HAI management in 20 children’s hospitals in 2015,53.41% (n=47)of professionals had bachelor degree,34.09% (n=30)were with intermediate professional title,46.59%(n=41)were nursing staff.Up to 2015,incidences and missing report rates of HAI,antimicrobial usage rates,incidences of HAI in neonates all decreased compared with 2006.In 2015,20 (100.00%)hospitals all carried out monitoring on antimicrobial application,multidrug-resistant organisms,disin-fection and sterilization,and provided personnel protective equipment.In 2015,9(45.00%)hospitals used non-tou-ch faucets in all wards,19(95.00%)hospitals supplied hand-drying paper towel and alcohol-based hand rub in all wards.None of professionals in these hospitals participated in national-level training on HAI for ≥3 times in 1996, professionals in 11 hospitals (55.00%)participated in national-level training for ≥3 times in 2015.Conclusion In the past 30 years,the management of HAI in children’s hospitals in China has basically met the requirement,moni-toring on HAI gradually improved,but allocation of HAI professionals and personnel quality ability still need to be strengthened.

The paper is about the systematic studies of biological characteristics of 15 stains rhizobia isolated purified from Acacia confusa grew in Guangxi karst environment.The results showed that there were typical characteristics of rhizobia.there were negative reaction about use of 3-ketolactose and beef extract peptone nutrient agar medium,and positive reaction about use of starch and citrate medium,and produce acid in reaction of BTB and litmus milk medium,(NH4)2HPO4 was used as nitrogen sources and both four monosaccharides and three disaccharides could be utilized as carbon sources in 15 strains rhizobia isolated Acacia confuse.Among the 15 strains for the tests,11 strains could deoxidize the nitrate of medium into nitrite,14 strains could grow well on NaCl solution concentration 3.0 %～4.0 %,14 strains could grow at 39℃,13 strains may grow on highest pH12 and 4 strains on lowest pH4 cultrue medium.15 strains can grow in 10% and 11 strains in 10%～30% of CaCO3 solution concentration.
