In primary schools, the rate was 53.0 percent and in middle schools, 27.1 percent. The school boys' rate was 33.2 percent and the school girls' 55.6 percent, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.001). The rates were different by grades in middle schools. Hallermann-Streiff Syndrome is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by dyscephalia, dental anomalies, hypotrichosis, congenital cataract, bilateral microphthalmia and has characteristic feature of bird face due to marked mandibular hypoplasia and beaked nose. The authors have experienced a case of Hallermann-Streiff Syndrome combined with bilateral aphakia and glaucoma in a 34 years old woman and we report this case with the review of literatures.

Although cryptococcosis complicated with steroid therapy is well described, cryptococcosis has been rarely reported in the presence of Cushing's syndrome characterized by endogenous steroid excess. We experienced two cases of cryptococcosis in patients with Cushing's syndrome and diabetes mellitus. We describe a case of cryptococcal meningitis complicatiog Cushing's syndrome, secondary to pituitary adenoma. And another case of cryptococcal pneumonia complicatiog Cushing's syndrome, secondary to bilateral nodular adrenal hyperplasia. Before Cryptococcosis, two patients were suffered from diabetes mellitus, and they have got both adrenalectomy.
