RE-SULTS:Total consumption sum of drugs was 16 038.28 ten thousand yuan in our hospital in 2014,accounting for 27.95%;antibi-otics drugs accounted for 9.55%(1 531.44 ten thousand yuan) of total consumption sum, drugs for cardiovascular system 3.30%(529.60 ten thousand yuan),drugs for digestive system 8.32%(1 333.68 ten thousand yuan),anti-tumor drugs 2.93%(469.27 ten thousand yuan),and biologicals 3.50%(561.22 ten thousand yuan). 1 575 bacterial samples were detected in Nov. 2014,and bacte-rial were detected in 358 samples with positive rate of 22.73%. 136 Gram-positive bacterial were detected, and top 5 were Staphylo-coccus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium and Streptococcus agalactiae. 222 Gram-negative bacterial were detected, and top 5 were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii,Hae-mophilus influenzae and Enterobacter cloacae. CONCLUSIONS:Five categories of drugs used in our hospital is rational compara-tively,and the proprotion of antibiotics in total consumption sum is much lower than other hospitals;control and standardization of antibiotics use has made some achievements.
4.A study on the influence of laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer on micrometasis of tumor cells
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the influence of laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer on (postoperative) micrometastasis of tumor cells. Methods Using cytokeratin,CK-20 mRNA as target gene, the RT-PCR method was used to examine the pre-and post-operative changes in the number of tumor cells in the peripheral blood of 48 cases of colorectal cancer. Results After operation, the number of tumor cells in(peripheral) blood was significantly higher in the laparoscopic surgery group as compared to that of traditional(laparotomy) operation group(P0.05),but was significantly related to positive rate of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)(P
5.Recepteur d'origine nantais(RON)in tumor pathogenesis and development
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(12):844-847
Tyrosine kinase receptors mediate many critical cellular functions that contribute to tumor progression and metastasis.Recepteur d'origine nantais(RON)belongs to a subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases(RTK)with unique expression patterns and biological activities.RON is activated by a serum-derived growth factor macrophage stimulating protein(MSP),primarily expressed in cells of epithelial origin.RON activation induced cell transformation, growth, migration and matrix invasion. We review RON molecular structure, activation, and carcinogenic mechanism related. It will contribute to cancel treatment and to discuss RON expression in the tumor.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2015;(8):1112-1116
Aim To investigate the toxicity of isopsor-alen in HepG2 cells and its effects on bile acid, bile acid synthesis and transport. Methods Cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay and bile acid was deter-mined inside HepG2 cells, with exposure to various isopsoralen for 24h. The mRNA transcription of BSEP, MRP2, MRP3, NTCP, OATP2, OSTα, CYP7A1, CYP27 A1 , FXR and PXR were assessed by real-time PCR. Results The cell viability was decreased dose-dependently with isopsoralen in HepG2 cells, and IC50 was 118. 1μmol·L-1 exposure to isopsoralen for 24h. Bile acid inside cells significantly increased with 100 and 400 μmol · L-1 isopsoralen. Isopsoralen caused the down-regulation of MRP2 , MRP3 , CYP7 A1 mRNA at 25 μmol · L-1 . Beside these, the up-regulation of OATP2,OSTα,CYP27A1,FXR,PXR with 100 μmol· L-1 isopsoralen, but there was no significant change of BSEP and NTCP. Conclusion The results show that isopsoralen induces bile acid accumulation and cytotox-icity which may be associated with the down-regulation of MRP2, MRP3 in HepG2 cells.

It was the honor to participate in the exchange program between University of Malta and Soochow University focusing on Dementia care;gerontology and elderly rehabilitation care from September 2016 to January 2017. During those 5 months, as a nursing graduate student, the experience which made me a deeply impression is the point of view ofperson-centred carefrom the medical care I′ve seen in Malta. This essay combined with the exchange experience through clinical observation and practice at hospitals in Malta, is going to highlight the point of view of person-centred care. That can reflect on some shortages of domestic in the medical care environment in China, hoping for a morehumane, moreperson-centred, andperson in heartmedical care environment.
