Objective To study the stability of the Bradford method for determination of soluble protein in animal materials. Method The absorption of CBB G-250 combined with proteins was determined by the UV-Spectrophotometry method with the detection wavelength at 595 nm,and the dried bufo was selected as sample,BSA as control. Results The method showed a good linear relationship between absorption and protein content (r =0.996). The sample was stable with in 10 min (RSD=5.0%). Conclusion This method was reliable, simple and rapid.

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of thin foam dressings(Allevyn Thin)combined with ice compress on facial plastic postoperative swelling and to summarize the nursing key points. Methods Sixty patients after facial plastic surgeries in our department were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. In the control group, ice packs wrapped with sterile gauze were placed on the patients’ wound dressings postoperatively and fixed properly for 30 to 40 minutes with an interval of 30 minutes,6 to 10 times a day for 72 hours postoperatively. In the observation group, thin foam dressing was stick to the wounds, followed by ice compress as in the control group. The facial swelling degrees of both groups were compared on day 3 and day 7 postoperatively.Result The swelling degree in the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Thin foam dressings combined with ice compress can effectively improve the postoperative early swelling of patients receiving facial plastic surgery and therefore it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Objective To explore the effect of ankle strategy stability limit training on balance and gait in recovering stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Forty recovering stroke patients were randomized into an intervention group and a control group. The patients in the intervention group were given ankle strategy stability limit training using visual feedback on the static long sets of a Smart Equitest Balance Master (SEBM) machine. Those in the control group practiced routine postural balance training using mirror visual feedback in parallel bars. Both groups of patients practiced balance and posture control for 30 minutes, once daily,6 days a week for two weeks. Both groups were also given routine therapy and other rehabilitation. The patients' balance function was evaluated using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS),and their gait was assessed using the walk across technique (WA). Results There was no significant difference between the two groups with regard to general information,BBS scores or WA results before treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment,BBS scores as well as the step length and pace in the WA improved significantly in both groups, but all improved significantly more in the intervention group. There was no significant difference in width of gait. Conclusion Ankle strategy stability limit training can enhance weight-bearing on stroke patients' affected foot as well as their balance and the symmetry of their steps.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle warming therapy plus pelvic floor muscle training in treating post-stroke neurogenic bladder.Method A total of 124 patients with post-stroke neurogenic bladder were divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table, 62 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture, moxibustion plus pelvic floor muscle training; the control group was intervened by Chinese patent drugs. The intervention was conducted with 2 weeks as a treatment course, for 3 treatment courses in total. The daily voiding frequency test and maximum cystometric capacity (MCC) in the two groups were measured before and after the intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result Each item of the daily voiding frequency test in the two groups was significantly changed after the treatment (P<0.01). Each item of the daily voiding frequency test in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group after the treatment (P<0.01). The MCC was significantly changed after the intervention in both groups (P<0.01). The MCC in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group after the treatment (P<0.01). The recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 35.5% and 96.8% in the treatment group versus 19.4% and 77.4% in the control group. There were significant differences in comparing the total effective rate (P<0.01) and the recovery rate between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Needle warming therapy plus pelvic floor muscletraining can produce a significant therapeutic efficacy in treating post-stroke neurogenic bladder, and the therapeutic efficacy is obviously better than that of medication.

Objective To observe the positive rate of serum anti-cardiac troponin Ⅰ autoantibodies (anti-cTnI) in the patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 200 CHD patients and 200 healthy controls from the Department of Cardiology,Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School during September 2015 and May 2016 were collected in the case-control study.Serum anti-cTnI was detected with an indirect ELISA method.Meanwhile, the general data, chnical biochemical parameters and coronary vascular lesion from the two groups were analyzed. Results The positive rate of anti-cTnI in CHD patients(21/200,10.5%) was significantly higher than that in healthy controls(4/200,2.0%,P < 0.01).According to the detection results of serum anti-cTnI,the participants were divided into three groups, including anti-cTnI positive group with CHD,anti-cTnd negative group with CHD and anti-cTnI positive group in healthy controls. The median age and serum Glu level in the anti-cTnI positive group with CHD were significantly higher than those in the anti-cTnI positive group in healthy controls (P < 0.05),while the levels of serum HDL-C and apoA I were inverse (P < 0.01).The median age and Gensini score in the anti-cTnⅠ positive group with CHD were significantly higher than those in the anti-cTnI negative group with CHD,while the level of serum HDL-C was inverse (P < 0.05).Conclusion Anti-cTnI may be more likely to occur in old CHD patients with severe coronary artery lesions, and the low levels of serum HDL-C and apoA Ⅰ may correlate to the production of anti-cTnⅠ.

Methods The performance of the multi-purpose urologic examining table was described, and 198 cases that applied this table for the lower ureter retrograde urography were reported. Results With 196 cases (99% ) succeed and 2 cases (1% ) defeat, this examining table enhanced achievement ratio of the lower ureter retrograde urography. Conclusion The multi-purpose urologic examining table has great superiority in the lower ureter retrograde urography, and can integrate ureter retrograde catheterization under cystoscope and contrast examination.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of personal injuries in motorcycle accidents in Chongqing area to provide the reliable information and reference basis for reducing the injury and death risk of the motorcycle accidents. Methods Two hundreds and thirteen cases of motorcycle traffic accident occurred in Chongqing area from January 2015 to June 2016 were deeply collected, the collected contents included the basicinformation, driver information and personal injury, etc. Then accident data were statistically analyzed. Results The death rate of motorcycle drivers was higher than that of the pillion passengers. The death causes of craniocerebral injuries and craniocerebral injuries complicating thoracic and abdominal organ injuries accounted for 58.8% and 20 % respectively, the proportions of head and neck, chest and back, lower extremity, upper extremity, abdominal and pelvic part and perineal part MAIS ≥2 were 71%,59%,33%,25%,20% and 7% respectively. The perineal injury rate of motorcycle drivers was higher than that of the pillion passengers. The ratio of occurrence rates between lower extremity fracture to upper extremity fracture was 1.8 ∶ 1,the persons in motorcycles-trucks accidents were easier to suffer from vehicle crushing. Conclusion Head and chest injuries are important causes leading to motorcycle drivers and pillion passengers' death and injury. The perineal injury can serve as an important basis for identifying the drivers and pillion passengers in partial motorcycle accidents.
