OBJECTIVE:To optimize formula for the compound naftifine hydrochloride cream and to study the stability of its finished products.METHOD:The dosage of the hexadecanol,octadecanol,S-40and sodium dodecyl sulfate was taken as variable factor,the orthogonal experimental design method was adopted and L 9 (3 4 )table was chosen for the experiment.RE-SULTS:The optimized formula is composed of4%of hexadecanol,2%of octadecanol,6%of S-40and0.1%of sodium do-decyl sulfate,from which the finished products manufactured had good stability.CONCLUSION:The cream prepared from this optimized formula and method can meet the specification stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the best formulation and process of acitretin capsule and to study the stability of its finished preparation.METHODS:The orthogonal experiment was conducted with the formula quantity of amylum pregela?tinisatum,lactose and low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose(L-HPC)as the determination factors,the comprehensive e?valuation was conducted with dissolution rate,flowability,content uniformity and so on as the quality determination index of finished preparation;The stability of the finished preparation was determined under illumination,high temperature and high-moisture.RESULTS:The best formulation was composed of the following,amylum pregelatinisatum20%,lactose20%,L-HPC1%,which was prepared by granulating process;The finished preparation was stable in quality.CONCLUSION:The optimized formulation and technics of acitretin capsule were reasonable and the dissolution,content uniformity and stability of the finished preparation from which were in conformity with China Pharmacopoeia.

OBJECTIVE: To provide references on the development of soybean isoflavones products for Chinese enterprises and research institutions of pharmacy.METHODS: Both domestic and abroad markets of soybean isoflavones and the exploitation status quo of which were analyzed in detail.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Soybean isoflavones is worthy to be exploited and the market for which is very broad.

BACKGROUND:K-wire and steel wire tension band wiring is the most commonly method for the treatment of patel ar fracture. However, there have been many reports of complications related to the mental implants. Based on the reasons above, some scholars begin to replace the steel wire with braided polyester sutures for the treatment of patel ar fracture. OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of patel ar ring pins and FiberWire braided polyblend sutures tension band fixation for treatment of patel ar fracture. METHODS:We performed a retrospective analysis involving 26 patients with patel ar fracture (16 males, 10 females, at the age of 36-54 years with a mean age of 44.6 years) who were treated with patel ar ring pins and FiberWire braided polyblend sutures tension band fixation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the patients were fol owed-up for 6-18 months, average of 12 months. Al patients were primary healing and achieved bone union in 8-16 weeks, averaged in 12 weeks from surgery. There was no fracture fragment displacement, internal fixation loosening and break. No pins protruding from the subcutaneous and irritate the skin. According to the Lysholm&Gil quist scales, 18 cases were excellent, four cases were good, and four cases were fair, with the excellent and good rate of 85%. Tension band fixation using patel ar ring pins and FiberWire braided polyblend sutures resulted in good outcomes with few complications.

Objective Investigate the significance of the antibody and antigen detection of Rh blood group.Methods Detecting Rh blood group antigen phenotypes and screen Rh blood group antibodies in 2 700 inpatients from August 2012 to May 2013.Re-sults Rh blood group antigen phenotypes in descending order of propotion were as follows:CCDee,CcDEe,CcDee,ccDEE,CCDEe. 5 antigen genes in descending order of frequency were D,e,C,c,E.Conclusion For donors and donees,in addition to routine tests, the other 4 types of antigen and antibodies in Rh blood group should be detected too,which helps avoid secondary transfusion diffi-culty because of the immunity antibodies generated in blood transfusion.

Knowledge management is a brand new theory based on information and aiming at innovation of knowledge, and is in accordance with the nature of medical informatics. Medical informatics based on knowledge management promotes management of medical information, which not only benefits the integration and development of disciplines of medical informatics, also benefits hospital informatization, implementation of evidence-based medicine, and education in medical informatics. Basic studies on medical informatics, personnel training and management should be guided by knowledge management theory in the field of informatics.
